• Эмма (5/5): Нам понравилось наши каникулы в Афины ,расположение квартиры хорошая , рекомендую! - Комната чистая , постельное белье чистое , полотенца чистые , есть фен , утюг , все необходимое , можно приготовить завтрак , выпить кофе , если есть вопросы то хозяин быстро отвечает и поможет .

• Jael (9/5): Estancia agradable. Apartamento limpio y bastante cómodo. Queda cerca del metro y de cafeterías. Muy cerca del centro en - El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y tenía aire acondicionado que viene muy bien cuando hace calor. El pasillo del rellano en el edificio tiene muy poca luz y por la noche no es suficiente con la lámpara pequeña que tiene. Además la calle no está muy iluminada tampoco y aunque no había nadie conflictivo podía dar un poco de cosa.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar, goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding - Alles wat ik nodig had was aanwezig, handdoeken, handzeep, zelfs douchegel. De airco werkte perfect, was wel nodig met 37 graden. Gezellig zitje in de kamer, ruim opgezet, prima ruime douche. De afstandsbediening van de tv is verouderd, werkte slecht. De host een mail gestuurd maar omdat het zondag was kon hij er op het moment niets aan doen omdat de winkels gesloten waren, acceptabel.
• Mollie (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay - Studio is exactly as pictured and was clean, tidy and spacious. Check-in was also very easy and the apartment building has an elevator which helped with getting bags up to the studio.
• Xavier (9/5): Clean and good value for money - Everything was good 👍🏼 The only thing is the location, a little far away!
• Douwe (7/5): Good - Good location near the city center, a short walk from the metro, in a quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the host, easy entry with key box. No sink in the small kitchen, balcony door shutter didn't work.
• Kate (9/5): We will deffo be back! - Loved the interior design, amazing location and an even better host! The only thing was that the cooker did not work but the host came and replaced it for us within hours!
• Mihály (9/5): A superb studio - The host provided clear instructions, the property was easy to find, quite close to Victoria station but already in a quiet area, and we had pretty much everything we needed in the apartment. The absence of the kitchen sink was a bit surprising but we could live without that in such a short term.
• Julia (7/5): Nice studio for short visit in Athen - Nice place to sleep and rest after visiting the city. There are a few things to cook with and a fridge. Room is quite and has a small balcony. There is a nice bakery a few streets from the studio and you can also reach the metro stations by foot. The kitchen area is quite small, but if you work around, you can create small meals like pasta. To clean the kitchen supplies you have to use the bathroom but for a few small meals that is totally okay. Athens also offers a lot of nice places to eat.

• Roxane (9/5): Great for an active couple - The room is ideal for a few nights. The bed was really comfortable and the little balcony was a lovely addition. Shower & bathroom was functional and clean. Not ideal to cook, you'll have to eat out. Location is a good 35 minutes walk from the old centre, so be prepared to walk. The neighbourhood isn't fancy but there was plenty of places to do shopping and grab a nice Greek pastry and breakfast.
• Nino (10/5): Exceptional - The prorerty was nice, clean and locations was also great. Near to the metro station. The neighborhood was quiet.

• Katherine (4/5): as noted above - this was a very misleading flat. It’s decent inside but the building looks like, and smells just as bad, something that a bad landlord left for someone else to clean up. The light fixtures are hanging off the walls in the hallway. The smell on the first floor was horrendous. We did not feel safe even going up to the flat. The hallways were dark and the lights stayed on for less than 20 seconds. it is also not in a safe neighborhood. The owner of this property needs to alert anyone staying there as to the condition of the building and the location. That is merely for safety purposes. We did not feel safe staying there. as noted above

• Dina (6/5): Pleasant - 1- Alex, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. 2- being in the sixth floor, it was so quite. 3- Very close to Victoria metro station and to "28th October" main street. 4- Many many shops are very close to "Pipinou Studio" 5- The smart TV with Netflix channels. 1- The mattress is uncomfortable, you will feel the metal spring in your back. 2 - It is not a studio, it is just a room. 3 - Towels and bed covers are old ones. 4 - Doesn't have a washing machine.
