• Bart84s (3/5): Poor - Nice furnished house, seams to be safe neighborhood. Ridiculously low water pressure, low enought that the elec shower would not recognise when hot water suppose to be flowing. So we end up not having shower and clean dishes in cold water for 4 days. Additioly the cleaner knock on the door 2h before check out, then keep knocking every 10min and demanding us to leave as soon as possible cos she have another places to be and not fancy waiting outside.

• Kristen (3/5): Find a different place to stay - Place was updated with new furniture but not very comfortable Sofa bed in an uncomfortable futon The wrong address is on the listing, left standing on street waiting for rental place to call us back and made us feel stupid for not knowing it was 143 not 144 as it was stated on everything even in their return emails Issue with turning the shower on Not enough towels, only given 1 garbage bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper. When contacting rental person about issue with shower and having to turn on water ourselves never once apologized for inconveniences and told us just to have a bath, and when I told them it was unsafe and unacceptable for my 74 year old mother to do that just gave the oh well attitude (I ended up figuring out the shower myself, switch is located on the outside wall in the hall by the bedrooms) When asked how to turn heat on in the house was told to scan the QR code so willing to help in any situation is not a priority for this rental There is nothing around the booking had to take a bus ride into central Glasgow for restaurants and groceries, and was informed by family that it is number for on the list for being a bad area in all of Scotland. Never felt safe being out at night Very small fridge The outside of property is overgrown and trashy looking Also scheduled a maintenance person to come to the property during our stay the man said they never show have done this because he needed to shut the power off Not very happy at all and would never recommend this place to anyone

• Allan (5/5): Passable - Tidy enough living room and kitchen Door was unlocked when we arrived, back door handle was hanging off door Upstairs bedroom carpet had stains on it Rubbish lying outside back door , overpriced and some refund requested

• Tee (8/5): Very good - Very cozy We were instructed to leave the property with clean dishes, but we were sadly greeted with greasy kitchenware. There were no sponge to wash the dishes, and only one hand towel for the entire place (we desperately need it for the kitchen) 😅

• Ann (5/5): Good facilities, poor location - Property is well equipped and comfortable enough for a short break The rug in the living area was dirty and smelt of dog. The boiler was switched off and shower was cold when we arrived although we managed to get them both working - some instructions would be useful. We were told kitchenware needed to be cleaned but no washing up liquid provided and no bin in the kitchen. One of our party had to stay elsewhere as no linen for the sofa bed even though we booked for 5 people and needed 4 beds.
• Lewis (8/5): Very good - Everything was comfortable, clean and very well presented. Had a nice style to it and wasn't too difficult to find. The shower didn't have hot water but thats ok as these things happen and the bins outside were overflowing a bit.
