Guest Reviews
- Daniela (8/5): Lovely grounds and outdoor spaces! Great location and the hot tubs were amazing! - Lovely grounds and outdoor spaces! The hot tubs were amazing - especially the one with the gorgeous countryside views!
The rooms were really well decorated, spacious and comfortable.
We loved having the two separate homes that were connected! For our family/stay - having 3-4 beds in some of the rooms weren’t very helpful as most of us were in couples, so this was a bit of a waste and therefore didn’t give us good value for money.
The living spaces weren’t very well decorated / felt a bit dated with the leather sofas in different colours etc.
It wasn’t that well cleaned - the floors were sticky, some of the cupboards had dirt in them, the glass doors had hand prints and some of the glassware was also dirty. It also didn’t smell very nice when we first arrived.
- Sue (8/5): Very Good stay for family of 4 generations but attention to detail required - Spacious well equipped houses - good bathrooms and good to be on one level for 98 year old. Gardens, Climbing frame, outside space generally, two pool/spas. Some items did not work - neither bedside light worked in one room. In another it only remained on as red. Some chairs (upright dining in main cottage) very uncomfortable.
