• Paul (5/5): - Comfortable and clean Close to airport Maintenance issues need attention No tea or milk Power outages No shops or restaurants nearby - a long way from any activity. That was our call, but you should be aware. It's a new estate and a lot of construction underway.

• Linda (8/5): Great accommodation and very helpful host, but the location let it down. - The accommodation was excellent and had a washing machine, a large fridge and was very comfortable. The location wasn't close to any bars or restaurants.
• manoj (8/5): - Good location for airport, well designed and decorated. All facilities available easily. Hot water, kitchen and fridge. Better clarification of location to get to as address was inadequate but host was easily contactable to direct us.

• Subira (10/5): Great accommodation with location compromise. - Immaculatly clean, easy to access the property, back garden and pool for your leisure. If you have laundry to do you have a washing machine which is especially useful if you have children. Drive at the front of the property for your vehicle if you have one. It is a gated community so you can feel especially safe at night. The location isn't the best however you can clearly see it is an up and coming neighborhood with buildings already in place for businesses. You will need a vehicle or to make use of the lovely taxi/neighbour to get you around. We are a family who wak a lot and far but in this instance it would be unrealistic depending on what you are after. You can't tick every box but the main standard is met, that being the accommodation standard being westernised.

• Gwendolyn (10/5): Exceptional - A real gem. Amazing to have electricity 24/7. All the amenities are excellent. The mattress was the most comfortable I've slept on in Zambia. Super fast internet. Having a washing machine was also a lifesaver. I didn't use the pool but it looked very clean and inviting. Very friendly and thoughtful staff too. Quiet and secure location (although rather distant from most things, so be aware of that - but if you don't mind taking taxis or driving, then it's not a problem). It would be nice to have the option to pay by card.

• Steven (9/5): Fantastic apartment! - Clean, spacious apartment, with a well equipped kitchen (with washing machine!), 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with solar heated water). Very fast (Starlink) WiFi and back-up generator during the 12+ hour power cuts (with somebody looking after it 24/7), so we could work and make video calls at the apartment. Every morning, the housekeeper came to check if everything was ok and if the apartment needed to be cleaned. Secure parking right next to the apartment, behind a gate (the apartment is also in a gated community (Emerald Hill), with security). Because of the noise of the generator, it's not so nice to sit outside in the garden and use the pool (but this is definitely not a big issue). No shade to park your car in.
• Berkia (10/5): Jewel of a flat at Emerald Hill - The facilities were as pictured. Very high end finishes and equipment in the flat, very clean, comfortable, spacious and offered great value for money. Initially the location, but once I figured out where I was it was okay. It's right opposite Papa Joe's and if you are looking for directions use that as a reference point.

There were a few added things which shows how they keep open ears when getting feedback from guests. We had a great stay. They are the best hosts Nothing at all. All was well.

• Mibenge (8/5): Clean and modern apartment with friendly staff. - Very clean and modern apartment. The comfortable beds, washing machine and flat screen added a nice touch. Staff were friendly. The power regularly went out but they had a backup generator. The Wifi did not work. There is no dryer which makes it tricky to dry clothes during rain season. Had to pay cash for the first time ever after using booking.com for many years which was inconvenient.

Everything was great, but just a small regret that parties aren't allowed which most people like do do when on holiday, meeting/gathering with friends especially if visiting home town where you have alot of friends. Other than this, very good place to stay.

The apartment is fully furnished with state-of-the-art furniture, and it's so warm and welcoming that you'll feel right at home. It's also the perfect place to work from home, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable workspace. The hosts are incredibly friendly, polite, and patient. They're always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. The help is also very respectful and thorough, and they'll take care of everything you need. We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay in Lusaka.

Absolutely recommend!! A bit far from the centre if you don’t have a car. Yango works but it’s a bit pricey from the location.
