• Jana (1/5): Don't book this place, they're scammers. - - They took our money for nothing. They're renting the apartment on several platforms simultaneously. They called us in the afternoon and said we couldn't check in until after 8 pm because the cleaning lady had accidentally taken the key and she was now outside of London. When we arrived in the evening, the key box wouldn't open and the property was no longer reachable. We met a guy at the door who told us, he booked this apartment on a different platform. Unfortunately, the official check-in time was only until 8 pm, so we didn't get our money back. The property claims we didn't show up. It seems to be a common scam. I've read other reviews of this property where it was similar. Stay away.
• Ana maría (1/5): Horrible - Nada Todo, nos cambiaron de ubicación al llegar a Londres sin previo aviso, nos quedamos en la calle al menos media hora porque se habían equivocado de llaves de la casa, al llegar allí, no había red wifi como decía en Booking, el trato mal, no funcionaba la televisión y la calefacción tampoco, enciam estaba todo a por lo menso una hora cuando el que habíamos reservado estaba al lado del centro, un trato pésimo, todo pésimo

• alarcon.l (1/5): Reserva incumplida, cero acceso al alojamiento, anfitrión sin respuesta. - Absolutamente nada. El alojamiento jamás estuvo disponible: no pudimos ingresar, fue imposible realizar el check-in y la propiedad resultó completamente inaccesible. La reserva no se cumplió, no se nos permitió entrar en ningún momento y la falta total de respuesta del anfitrión nos dejó sin alojamiento desde el inicio. No hubo un solo aspecto positivo; la experiencia fue totalmente fallida e inutilizable. No hubo absolutamente nada positivo: jamás pudimos ingresar al alojamiento, no recibimos instrucciones de check-in pese a solicitarlo y el anfitrión dejó de responder por completo. La reserva resultó inutilizable. Lo peor fue la negligencia total del anfitrión: informó a último momento que había perdido la llave, no brindó ninguna solución y nos dejó completamente desamparados, obligándonos a pagar un segundo alojamiento de emergencia. Se cobró un servicio que nunca fue prestado, sin acceso, sin comunicación y sin responsabilidad alguna. Una experiencia gravísima que no debería atravesar ningún huésped.
• Anne-louise (1/5): - We didn´t like anything about it!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY!!!! I can't describe the place, since we never got in. We asked for a late check in at 10 pm. They asked for our booking nr (This was 10 am), but after that we heard nothing more. In the confirmation message, they said they would send instructions on how to get in. They never did. Which ment we were standing on the street for 2 hours trying to get a hold of them on all their contact informations. They never answered. This is a total waste of money. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! We contacted booking.com to get help and the only answer we got was that they had been in contact with them and they were ready to receive us. They gave us another number to contact Fernando flats. The number didn´t work. To make this an even better joke. They send us a message to remember the check out time the day before we where supposed to live the apartment.
• keleta (9/5): - We stayed here for a week before, It has all the facilities. 5 night with out hot water (shower) and cooker and I called them several times to fixed but no one answered. the toilet of Sink doesn't work

• Guest (1/5): - Le métro et les établissements à proximité Pas d’eau dans la SDB, pas de wifi, draps sales, voisins bruyants, séchoir cassé, pas de réponse de l’hôte
• Giuseppe (2/5): La sconsiglio - Nulla Eravamo prenotati per Fernando Fiat, ma una volta atterrati a Londra mi contatta il gestore cambiando marca in tutt’altra zona (Whitechapel) perché nella prima non funzionava la caldaia, arrivati nella nuova casa non solo funzionava la caldaia pure qui, non funzionava nemmeno il piano cottura, non c’era Internet, non funzionava la tv ho trovato scatoloni il giro per casa, che sono stati rimossi da qualcuno che è entrato a casa a nostra insaputa al penultimo giorno di permanenza, e sopratutto per le scale per raggiungere il terzo piano c’erano una miriade di scatoloni e mobilio rotto parcheggiato che ostacolava il passaggio. Non c’è stato il benché minimo rispetto sia per il turista che viene a visitare una bellissima città che per la persona in senso di civiltà. La sconsiglio vivamente
• Nejc (4/5): - Good location with great connectivity options Very poorly equipped kitchen — you can't even make coffee because there are no cups. No running water in the bathroom sink, low water pressure in the shower, poorly maintained apartment, and not properly cleaned.
• Elio (1/5): Londra è affascinante, ma l’appartamento è fatiscente, forse adatto per dormire una notte. Non la consigliamo a nessuno - Purtroppo della struttura non ci è piaciuto niente Siamo rimasti delusi dalla pulizia, dal luogo che non corrisponde alle foto postate, ma soprattutto dalla mancata assistenza alle nostre richieste, l’appartamento che ci è stato assegnato non era adatto a 10 persone, ci siamo dovuti adattare in camere piccole senza finestre e un divano letto che era previsto, ma in una cucina dove non ci entrava nulla, anche il tavolo inadatto per 10 persone, inoltre invaso dalle formiche, abbiamo dovuto tenere addirittura il pane in frigo per evitare l’invasione, anche la mancata assistenza , più volte abbiamo chiesto di portare più posate, ma non sono mai arrivate, ci sono alcuni ventilatori che non funzionano e sono davvero sporchi, di seguito solo alcune foto, ma potremmo aggiungerne altre. Non credo faccia onore a una struttura come Booking

• Leanne (1/5): Disappointed! - We are extremely disappointing that the concerns we raised on the very first evening of our arrival have still not been addressed. These are essential aspects of a safe and comfortable rental, and the lack of communication has significantly impacted our stay. We expected all items to be resolved: • BATHROOM - no running water coming from hand basin. A basic necessity. • SMOKE ALARM - A plastic bag covered the smoke alarm poses a serious safety hazard. • TV & Wifi - TV turned on though couldn’t not get any channels. Wi-Fi user and password information was not available. These features we paid for. • EXTRA BEDDING - absence of linen for the sofa bed. We booked and paid for accommodation for four guests, yet our children were forced to use beach towels as makeshift bedding due to a lack of clean linen. We paid extra money to accommodate four guests. This is unacceptable. •. CLOTHES DRYER - clothes were left in the dryer which were damp and musty. Furthermore, we discovered the kitchen lacked basic utensils — including a kettle and toaster, only 3 folks when 4 people staying. — and the bathroom presented unacceptable hygiene and safety issues. The bath rim was covered in mold, and the exterior abath façade was detached and unsafe. We have made contact with property manager three times with only once suggesting she’ll be in contact with management though we have heard nothing. Given the extent of these issues and the disruption to our stay, we are requesting a significant refund to reflect the inconvenience and the clear shortfall in service and standards.
• SARA (3/5): - El pequeño sofá El propietario no fue capaz ni de saludar ni de responder con una palabra a nada. Estaba muy sucio (ni siquiera habían barrido el suelo) . Los muebles de la cocina por dentro estaban sucios. No hay ni siquiera una pequeña mesa plegable donde poder poner los platos para comer. Los rincones del cuarto de baño y su suelo estaban sucios y desprende un fuerte olor a humedad. Las sábanas y las toallas estaban sucias (tuvimos que lavarlas antes de poder utilizarlas). La secadora no funcionaba. Tuvimos que comprar un pequeño tendedero. También tuvimos que comprar cucharas tenedores y cuchillos puesto que no había. El propietario tampoco dijo nada ni agradeció estas cosas y otros utensilios de limpieza que allí les dejamos y que él se encontraría en la casa para su uso.
• Christopher (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Absolutely nothing they lied on booking said entire place is yours that’s a lie they gave us the bunk beds when we booked it said 5 beds and sofas absolutely false information The customer service is awful I requested a refund and to cancel they ignored me and booking.com do not use this apartment they will take your money and not give you what you want and from previous reviews it’s a safety hazard as well
• Rashad (1/5): Unbearable stay of 5 nights in a poorly equipped, low ceiling heighted and overheated apartment. - Nothing was worth to be liked except nearby Bus and Train Stations We had a frustrating stay at the property. The apartment key wasn’t in the designated box, and we had to wait 15 minutes for a staff member to bring it. The apartment was on the upper floor, requiring a climb of 55 steps, and had a very low ceiling, especially in the bedroom with a sloped roof. There was no fan or cooling system, despite high temperatures of 32°C, and repeated requests for a fan went unanswered throughout our 5-night stay.
• Tareq (7/5): I would like to request a visit once a month. - The property does not include breakfast, but the location is excellent among many restaurants, the space is adequate, and the apartment is clean. (There is a non-working clothes dryer and a non-working refrigerator...it must be removed from the apartment. Also, Apartment 9 is extremely hot.) I was unable to obtain internet access from the property.
• Carlos (1/5): Bad - Nothing All the negative reviews are true. The photos and description are FALSE. We were four older adults, and nowhere in the photos or description does it say that there is only a bunk bed for four people. The floors were dirty, damaged, and smelled of dampness. In general, starting from the stairs, the whole place urgently needs maintenance. Exposed wires on walls and floors, broken doors and walls, and the smoke detector was covered with plastic. It's outrageous that Booking has not sanctioned and removed this place from its listings

• Michael (2/5): Very poor - The location is good, with many restaurants, shops and pubs nearby; close to train stations and a nice park across the road. The building of the property is disgusting and is filled with rubbish, food scraps and trash and two bicycles left in the way in the stairwell. The front door to the building is not kept secure at all, and there was a woman sleeping in the common stairwell on one morning when we left the apartment. The building does not seem safe. The apartment was not cleaned well, with the floors needing ro be swept when we arrived. The apartment does not have basic amenities such as a bin or any kind of dining table. The apartment is also very poorly maintained, with holes in the wall not repaired, door handles broken and lights having been pulled out of the wall. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer, but the washing machine had mould in it, so it was not something we were comfortable to use. I can't recommend that anyone book this accommodation.
• Claire (2/5): It was not safe or clean, was advertised in a completely misleading way and was generally awful. - The location was convenient Flat was advertised in a misleading manner, it did not have the promised beds (only had 2 beds for 5 people, despite saying it can sleep 6), it was filthy - the sofa was broken (the entire side fell off) there were chunks of dirt (possibly food??) on the lounge and sofa, the tv couldn’t even be plugged in and if it was? You would have to sit on the bench to watch it. The bathroom sink was not functional and had a BUCKET for water collection in the cupboard - which we discovered when it overflowed and we had to empty it. There were holes in the walls, the security door downstairs did not lock and anyone could and did walk in, including homeless people sleeping in the corridor in the morning. The door lock had a bandaid on it and the door number was written on in permanent marker and was a duplication of another apartment, there were cigarette butts and rubbish all through the hallway and stairs, exposed electrical wires all through the corridors. There was mold through the flat, in the window seals and inside the freezer. The entrance door was blocked by groups of drug dealers the whole time (and we know because I witnessed a drug deal) and considering the door was completely unsecured and Macdonalds downstairs has a 24 hour security guard on the door - it is obviously a known issue. The fire exit was left open the whole time giving access to anyone. It was beyond horrendous - one of our children has a disability and due to him being so nervous about our accomodation he needed Dad to stay with him and I didn’t feel safe to go down to get myself food on my own (I had been harassed on the street and witnessed a drug deal at our door and knew our flat wasn’t secure) - I went without eating rather then risk it. We have more photos of the issues if you require them. I have never written a bad review in my life - but this was just absolutely extreme

• Michael (8/5): Value for the money is fine - Only 3 minutes foot walk from Shepherd's Bush Station, flat was reasonable considering the budget price. If you plan to spend most of the day in the flat, go for a more expensive one. It's not for elderly or disabled, steep staircase etc. But it you only need a flat for spending the night(s) then go for it, everything was alright :)

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - The value for money is absolutely incredible for this accomondation. The communication with the host was quick and easy. We were suprised how well everything was euqipped and how great the location was. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom are really nice. We would come any time again when staying in London. It could have been a little cleaner and with 6 people it was definelty very cramped. (Would only stay there with close friends) However considering the low price this are just minor inconveniences.
• Monika (8/5): Very good - The accomodation was exactly according to the expactation. Great place just several meters from the metro station Shepherd´s bush on the Central line. It was possible to accomodate all 10 people and we fit in there. Of course it is not 5 star hotel, but it was quite clean. And there were no animals like mice, bugs etc. If I come back to London, I will book the accomodation again. The building is older, outside the flat the corridor is older, the flat is not big. But we were there 5 adults and 5 kids and we all had a bed and place to sit. The street outside is rush, but we didn´t hear the noice. Other people in the house are quite.
• Lucie (8/5): Very good - It was very easy to get into the accomodation. Our host sent us instructions and videos which was very thoughtful. The apartment was quite big, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it. The WiFi didn't really work, other than that we were satisfied with the accomodation.
