• Munih (9/5): - Odlična lokacija. Metro par minut stran, do plaže ali do parka Turia cca.20min hoje. Trgovina lidl samo par metrov stran. Apartma je zelo velik in prostoren. Zelo enostaven način vstopa (koda). Ena postelja in velik raztegljiv kavč. Ker je apartma tako velik, bi lahko spalnico pregradili in naredili 2 spalnici, ali pa vsaj dali še kakšno posteljo (pograd). V kuhinji samo osnovna posoda. Imeli smo kavo, sladkor, olje. Priporočam da dodate še sol in poper (mi smo naše pustili tam za naslednje obiskovalce).

• Sandra (7/5): - Las camas son comodísimas y todo el apartamento está muy limpio. Hay varios supermercados cerca. El check-in se hace estrictamente a las 16h auqnue tenga la habitación preparada antes. Las habitaciones se abren con un código que no se activa hasta esa hora. Nada más llegar al apartamento la cortina que quitaba la claridad de la calle se cayó abajo.

È uno dei pochi appartamenti in cui siamo stati viaggiando che non ci ha assolutamente delusi, anzi, ha superato le aspettative. La pulizia era impeccabile: lenzuola e asciugamani perfettamente puliti e, cosa per me fondamentale essendo allergica alla polvere, non c’era nemmeno un filo di polvere in tutto l’appartamento (cosa purtroppo rara da trovare in viaggio). L’appartamento è completamente attrezzato con ogni tipo di elettrodomestico, il letto è molto comodo, ci sono due smart TV e abbiamo trovato anche piccoli dettagli utili come olio per cucinare e caffè, davvero apprezzati. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili: ogni volta che abbiamo scritto in chat ci hanno risposto rapidamente. Lo consiglierei vivamente a chiunque, ci tornerei senza esitazione!

• Yuliia (10/5): Would highly recommend for families and group of friends - Great size of the apartment. 2 big rooms. Kitchen is very well equipped. They left olive oil, suger, coffee and tea for us. Which was very thoughtful! Very good location. Direct metro stop (with the elevator- important if you have heavy luggage) which goes to airport and city center is just 5-7 minutes walking. Turia park and Arena beach are just around 15-20 minutes walking. Liddle and MCDONALD'S is just next door. Mercadonna- 5 minutes away. Mattress and pillows are super comfy- like 5 stars hotel. Bedroom has no windows, for me it was a big plus as there is no noise from the street and good to sleep! Boiler is not enough of hot water for 3 people to wash one by one. But if you wait 20 minutes- you have hot water again.

El colchón de la cama principal a nuestro juicio no era cómodo. El colchón del sofá cama , lo esperable en un sofá cama. Es un antiguo local reformado, pero muy muy muy impersonal. Todo con luz blanca, ni un solo cuadro, cero decoración. Es para pasar una noche una pareja.

Pour un appartement idéal, il faudrait une fenêtre par exemple. quelques défauts dans l entretien des portes notamment. Il faudrait mettre un blocage de la porte d'entrée pour ne pas abîmer le mur. En terme de service, ils sont absents. Donc on ne peut pas indiquer que l accueil est parfait si on ne voit personne, Pour le check out, nous n'avons pas d indications sur ce qu il faut faire pour les draps et les serviettes utilisées. Il faudrait un lave linge pour les séjours à la semaine.

• Syra (9/5): Semana cultural y gastronómica en Valencia - Destacamos la limpieza, seguridad y buena conectividad. Asimismo, el confort de la cama con un colchón muy cómodo. El apartamento es muy accesible, ya que está situado en la planta baja, aunque no tiene vistas. Por otra parte, resaltar que hay un Lidl al lado y un Mercadona en las inmediaciones. Se agradece a la llegada que haya en la cocina cápsulas de café y otros detalles como aceite, también las sugerencias que nos facilitó Raquel sobre la ciudad. Le falta un punto de luz en el espejo del baño que facilite maquillarse o afeitarse. En general, la iluminación es correcta.

Faltaba olla y sartén pequeñas, supongo fue puntual en nuestra estancia, que no se dieron cuenta de revisar antes de la entrada que menaje había. El sofá cama era grande pero no muy cómodo.

• Tóth (9/5): Nagyon tiszta, kellemes. - Könnyen megközelíthető, jól felszerelt (konyhában kávéfőző, vízforraló, mikro, hűtő, sütő és főzőlap, kávékapszula, cukor, só és olaj), nagyon tiszta. Fürdőben szappan, sampon, tusfürdő és haj balzsam is volt. 2 TV és 2 klíma is volt, a konyha minden alap eszközzel felszerelt. A hideg idő miatt a szállás is hideg volt, a klíma nem tudta felfűteni megfelelően. A bejárati ajtó mellett van csak ablak, így kevés a természetes fény.

• antonella (7/5): Valencia da vedere e da vivere - La struttura è un po’ lontano dal centro ma ha vicino la fermata della metro che porta all’aeroporto e collega qualsiasi punto. Molto facile da raggiungere ogni luogo da visitare. Sicuramente d’estate molto più vivibile La poca luce, dato il fatto che la casa è sul piano strada, poco fornita di accessori, come appendiabiti, sia in bagno che nelle camere, carta igienica insufficiente. La cosa però davvero antipatica è stata il fatto che essendomi ammalata durante il soggiorno con febbre e altri sintomi, il giorno della partenza avevamo il volo in serata, ho chiesto, pagando di restare in casa fino al pomeriggio, ma non mi è stata data nessuna possibilità per evitare di stare in giro e poi in aeroporto con la febbre. Credo che dare un piccolo aiuto, avrebbe fatto la differenza, tenendo conto che le altre case adiacenti non mi sembravano particolarmente affollate.

• Paola (9/5): - Appartamento molto grande, situato a livello strada, adatto a quattro persone perchè dispone di un divano letto, oltre al letto matrimoniale della camera. Check-in automatico con pin, molto comodo per arrivi tardivi. Servito bene dai mezzi (7 min. a piedi alla fermata metropolitana Colon) e ai bus per raggiungere spiagge, centro e città della scienza. Letto comodo. La camera da letto è senza finestre. Ha un' unica fonte di luce che arriva dalle finestre dell'ingresso, ma per pochi giorni si può soprassedere.

• Mark (8/5): - The apartment was well located, easy access to transport and close enough to the beach and the city. Shops and cafes etc all within walking distance. very clean and well appointed. The hosts were very helpful, as we had to extend our stay due to illness and they assisted in sorting this out without issues. Bed was comfortable and rooms were spacious, kitchen was easy to navigate and bathroom was clean and functionable. Caged patio at the front felt like sitting in an animal pen. Shower cubicle was very small, only one entrance/ exit was worrying if there was a fire in the kitchen area you could be stuck in the bedroom.

• Gergo (8/5): Nice place to stay - The apartment is between the city center and the beach, both easily accessible. It was clean, has a separate bedroom and a small kitchen. Good communication with the owner. Walls are from paper, you can hear everything from the other apartments. Mostly it was quite at night, but there was a baby in another apartment and we could hear it cring like it was in our apartment.
• Kulma (8/5): Warte ceny, super lokalizacja. - Lokalizacja, wyposazenie, wygodne lozka. Stojaki na papier i reczniki pourywane, niby pierdola ale naprawienie zajmuje 2 minuty. Raz urwal sie karnisz przy odsuwaniu zaslony, ale poradzilismy sobie z zalozeniem ze stolu.. Najwiekszy minus to halas, niestety trafilismy na apartament najblizej ulicy i bylo bardzo glosno. Zwlaszcza ze lokal jest dostosowany raczej pod uslugi wiec wyciszenie bylo slabe.
• TERESA (9/5): - Ubicación, decoración, menaje y limpieza. La hora del checking de entrada es muy tarde. Lo ideal sería entrar a las 12:00 y salida a las 11:00. Son apartamentos y en una hora se limpian. Si se solicita entrar antes, se debería facilitar. Solicitamos poder dejar la maleta y el coche aparcado en la zona a las 12:00 y no lo conseguimos. Las 16:00 de la tarde, cuando vas de turismo es malísima. Llegamos al apartamento a las 00:00 de la noche.

• Sándor (10/5): - Tömegközlekedéssel ugyan, de Valencia központjától nem messze található Imperial Apartments egy kiváló választás, ha jó áron megfelelően felszerelt, tágas és modern apartmanban szeretnénk megszállni utazásunk ideje alatt. A szállás átvétele és elhagyása is borzasztó egyszerű mivel kulcsok helyett kód segítségével lehet bejutni az apartmanokba. A tulajdonos perceken belül válaszolt, bármilyen kérdésünk, kérésünk adódott és készségesen állt rendelkezésünkre. Az apartmanokhoz közel boltok is vannak és, ahogy említettem tömegközlekedéssel nagyon rövid idő alatt el lehet jutni Valencia belvárosába vagy bármely partszakaszára. Egyedüli negatívum az talán az, hogy a szállás nem kínál csomagmegőrzést, de, mivel a városban több ilyen lehetőség van, így nem mondanánk ezt sem “igazi” negatívumnak. Szívesen ajánljuk bárkinek, aki Valenciába menne!

• Anastasiya (10/5): LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - Perfect LOCATION. There is metro from airport to the location, 4 stops with a tube to the centre. LIDL, McDonald, grocery shops, local supermarket and lots of restaurants 5-10 minutes walking distance. Flat is ground floor with spacious balcony , spacious rooms and very high ceilings. Huge bedroom with very comfortable bed and pillows. All appliances in the kitchen , small treats as a coffee and bottles of water . Only one thing that will be nice to know in advance- there is no window in the bedroom. For 2 people was perfect. We just kept the bedroom door open, so at night we have some lights from the living room which has a big French windows. Everything else was just perfect. No window in the bedroom
