- Santiago (7/5): Très bien pour un court séjour. Très bon emplacement calme, pratique fonctionnel (hors stationnement - L'emplacement très pratique car central et rue plutôt calme pour un centre ville. Difficile de se garer en période estivale où la zone bleue est payante une grande partie de la journée (des abonnements intéressants parking SABA sous le marché central). Les Hôtes à l'écoute et réactifs dont un qui réside sur place et qui nous a accueilli donné le premier accès à l'appartement par digicode et remis des clefs pour l'entrée de l'immeuble en journée (code la nuit)! Draps serviettes de bain fournis ainsi que Planche et fer à repasser, étendoir mais aussi produit vaisselle, dosettes café, sacs poubelle, produits pour le ménage! Climatisation ... indispensable en période estivale! Même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisée télévision de belle qualité avec à priori plateformes Netflix, Disney, Paramount ... Appartement au 2ème étage (pas vraiment indiqué sur l'annonce donc mauvaise surprise). Le descriptif nous avait montré une montée mais jusqu'au 1er) donc beaucoup d'escaliers qui plus est montée assez raide! La salle de bain sommairement équipée: pas de petites étagères pour poser le nécessaire de toilette, pas de porte serviettes pour la sortie de douche ou pour les pendre à sécher (avons dû utiliser étendoir dans la partie cuisine salon ...) Lavabo salle de bain avec peu de pression et robinet pas adapté (trop près du bord) à la grandeur de la vasque. Cabine de douche un peu petite et étroite pas facile de s'y mouvoir et pas de supports pour poser produits douche. L'appartement malgré les produits pour y remédier a parfois une odeur d'humidité qui se retrouve sur les serviettes de bain et certaines parties nécessiteraient un peu de nettoyage approfondi voire quelques petits travaux mais globalement correct! Nous n'avons pas eu à utiliser le matériel de cuisine mis à disposition, hormis verres, tasses et petites cuillères, mais il nous est apparu quelque peu usé, en mauvais état (surtout les casseroles, poêles)...

- Ruben (1/5): Bad - The washing machine leaks, the laundry machine doesn’t work properly. The urinal in the bathroom leaked. The apartment was extremely dirty on check in, bowls and gunk in it and were wet from a half attempt at being washed, there was things all over the floor and under the washing machine was disgustingly dirty. I contacted the owner about multiple problems and he didn’t get back to me. It was not a well looked after apartment.

- Richard (9/5): A welcome return to a well locate dand comfortable aprtment - I had a feeling that I had stayed in this very convenient little apartment about 15 years ago. When I saw the bright colours inside I knew I was back again! This is the perfect place for a short stay or longer. Great location for most needs. Very helpful host who kindly carried my bags upstairs due to a recent operation. 15 years ago I could have ran up and down them! Thanks for everything. Nothing...other than a lift!!
