• Valentini (10/5): Wunderschöner Altstadt-Palazzo in der Barockstadt - Wunderschöne Location, mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, sehr ruhig, hübscher Innenhof mit Pool, feines, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliche Besitzer.

• Petra (9/5): Ein Ort an den man sich gerne erinnert. - Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht im Palazzo. Ich hätte gerne mehr Zeit in dem wunderschönen Zimmer verbracht. Das Personal war äusserst hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Das Frühstückskaffee war der einzige Wermutstropfen. In Italien wünscht man sich was anderes als einen Automatenkaffee.

• Giorgio (1/5): Un incubo. - Posizione abbastanza centrale. Manutenzione della struttura lacunosa, pulizia approssimativa e assistenza pessima. In seguito al rinvenimento nella nostra stanza di alcuni insetti particolarmente sgradevoli, abbiamo ricevuto un’assistenza a dir poco deludente. Qualora decidiate di scegliere Palazzo Saetta, auguro a tutti di non avere imprevisti spiacevoli come il nostro.

• NICOLAS (10/5): Très agréable hôtel au coeur de Nardo - Très beau palais, décoration soignée des chambres et piscine ! Pas d'indication à l'entrée du bâtiment qu'il faut se rendre à la réception de l'hôtel à quelques minutes à pied.

• Therese (10/5): Gorgeous apartment - Incredibly beautiful apartment with all amenities including washer/dryer made for a perfect 6 night stay. Fantastic sheets and towels and wonderful room fragrance. Three air conditioners worked very well to keep apartment cool in the summer heat. The small pool was perfect for a refreshing break in the afternoon. The palazzo is located in the pedestrian zone but free parking is easy to find nearby. Housekeeping comes every three days to change linens and towels. Would not hesitate to return. Nothing

• Rhep (9/5): A stylish, boutique gem in beautiful Nardo. - Stunning hotel in beautiful Nardo. My room was spacious and stylish with soft sheets, plump pillows and exquisite furnishings and decor. Every member of staff I spoke to was so wonderful - happy, chatty and helpful. Really really enjoyed my stay and would 100% return. This is a very small thing but I'd love to see more healthy options at breakfast. I don't eat sweet things, meat or pastries so felt a little limited and the boiled eggs were really overdone.
• Joel (8/5): A beautiful property in a great location, with lots of attention to detail. Some tweaks needed in terms of service quali - The property is incredibly beautiful and there has clearly been a lot of thought and attention put into the detail of the place. They have done an incredible job of keeping the Palazzo’s key features, whilst modernising it. Our apartment was huge and superb to spend time in! We had a few practical issues during our stay. Firstly the shower was blocked on our arrival, meaning we had to keep turning it on and off to avoid it flooding into the bedroom. This was resolved quickly when flagged and was caused by blocked hair in the drain. One suggestion would be for this to be cleaned out before any new guests. We then had an issue where the water in the whole apartment was not working for a large chunk of the day. We had to wait a few hours for this issue to be acknowledged and was told we would be contacted when resolved. I had to go out for the evening having not been able to wash. When we returned home, the water was back and working but we had not been contacted to say this was resolved, as promised. Secondly, we booked this location to use the pool and relax, after our wedding. Unfortunately, we were told that the pool was not clean and it’d be our decision to enter until the pool could be cleaned the following day. We returned to the pool the following day and after it had been cleaned, was told we could not use it for 4 hours, due to the chemicals. All of which meant we missed out on this experience. Finally, the WiFi in our apartment was practically non-existent with the signal incredibly weak from the router. I think this could be improved using a booster of some kind, as not everyone is able to use their 4/5g for the whole of the stay.

• Stephanie (5/5): Pretty but badly managed - Beautifully restored palazzo but badly managed - staff not very responsive and did not listen. Not easy to find and no one answered bell or phone- it was 39 Celsius heat outside and we were desperate to check in
