• Blair (10/5): If the opportunity ever arises again we would definitley stay here again! - Location was great. It was close to the mall, casino, and the cruise terminal. Staff and accomodations were fantastic given the location in the city. The shuttle from Santaigo and to the hotel and then the cruise terminal on the next day was flawless. Breakfast was perfect. The overall appearance and feel of the city was not great but again the Hotel was fantastic.

• Carol (8/5): Very nice Bed and Breakfast style family hotel with fantastic view. - Location great. It was right across the street from the harbor. Close walking to the waterfront and the shopping mall with a food court. Owners so friendly! Breakfast provided was very good and plentiful.Very basic accommodations, but had everything you neeeded. For extra fee took us to the cruise port. No heat or air conditioning. Lots of stairs,but owner helped with the luggage coming and going.
• Kathy (9/5): Friendly staff! Close to the cruise port. - The people at the hotel were amazing! It was a family-owned property which was very welcoming. Breakfast was included which was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the port (room 4). They offered transportation to the cruise port (additional fee) which was very convenient. And the property had beautiful flowers outside and on the patio. It was very welcoming, pleasant stay. We had quite a bit of street noise but still slept soundly.

• Martina (10/5): Like it. - Location! Location! Location! The owner lady is very nice to give us a ride to the cruise port. No hair dryer. No cup/glass in bathroom and the bathtub was slippery.

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, había calor como para estar con la ventana cerrada y al estar con la ventana abierta entraba mucho ruido de la calle. Si quiere dormir tranquilo, evite la habitación con vista al puerto.

• Magdalizama (10/5): Frente al mall y con vista al mar - La amabilidad y atención. Estaba limpio, se ve el mar desde la habitación, frente al mall. Había que subir muchas escalas, pero sirve para hacer ejercicio....en general todo estaba muy bien.

• Marta (7/5): - El trato del personal fue excelente. Nos prepararon el desayuno con mucho gusto. Tienen servicio de transfer a la terminal de cruceros, lo cual es muy cómodo. La habitación tenía mucha humedad, no estaba climatizada. Poco aislada en general, lo que hacía que el ruido de la calle se oyera bastante.

O pequeno almoço é pobre , incluído no preço do quarto mas almoça- se muito bem! ( o restaurante tem gestão diferente do alojamento) Os quartos que têm vista porto é que valem a pena... Muito perto do porto e centro da cidade. Paga- se muito pelas garrafas de agua ( não se pode beber da torneira!) e a dona tenta vender transfers a 20$ quando de Uber se paga 2$!

• Susan (2/5): Trotz schöner Aussicht für Touristen nicht zu empfehlen. - Zentrale Lage. Nettes Personal. Toller Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer. Es handelt sich um eine einheimische Arbeiterunterkunft und entspricht nicht deutschen Mindeststandard. Warmes Wasser war nur für ca. 30 Sekunden vorhanden, danach war es kalt. Frühstück sehr spärlich und nur auf Nachfrage gab es ein zweites Brötchen und Kaffee. Leider ist diese Unterkunft für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen.
• Lieven (8/5): Zeer leuk verblijf - De nabijheid van de Stille oceaan en de cruisehaven is zeker een pluspunt als je op cruise vertrekt of als je graag op de kade rondkuiert. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en doet er alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken. Dit is heuvelachtig gebied, het hotel is ook gebouwd tegen een heuvelwand en je heb wel wat trappen te doen eer je in je kamer bent. Anderzijds helpt het personeel je met plezier met je koffers dus als je goed te been bent is er geen probleem.

Se agradece y es un sello característico, cuando un lugar es atendido por sus propios dueños y que les gusta lo que hacen, ya que se preocupan de entregar lo mejor de sí para que el pasajero tenga una grata estadía. Necesitaba descansar por lo que buscaba un ambiente tranquilo. Ella tuvo la gentileza de mostrarme las habitaciones disponibles para que pudiera escoger una. Lo recomiendo y volveré sin duda.

• Daniel (10/5): Muito confortável. - Boa localização, café da manhã não é colonial, mas é muito bom! O atendimento da equipe é incrível, me receberam de forma muito gentil, mesmo eu tendo dificuldades quanto ao idioma local. Vista do quarto e da recepção são incríveis também. Limpeza impecável. O quarto não tinha AC, mas mesmo no verão, isso não trouxe nenhum impacto, pois a temperatura do local é extremamente agradável.

• Eleanor (7/5): - We stayed here for easy connection to our upcoming cruise trip. It's a 15-minute walk to the cruise terminal. There's a mall nearby the hotel for our last-minute shopping. The hotel staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. The room was small but cozy. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. The hotel is a bit old and needs some care. For a hotel for travellers (who usually come with suitcases), the lack of the elevator is a huge problem for us, but the hotel staff helped us carry our 3 suitcases all the way up to the third floor. The WiFi was slow, so was the hot water in the bathroom.
