• Andrea francesco (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo alloggio e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. Tra gli aspetti che ho apprezzato di più c’è sicuramente l’attenzione al cliente, evidente nei piccoli dettagli: dalla cura degli ambienti alla disponibilità e gentilezza dimostrata durante tutto il soggiorno.

• ani (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and had everything necessary. The location is convenient, as two metro stations are less than a 5 minute walk away. It's 18 minutes from the Colosseum. the host was very friendly and helpful. Most importantly for me, there is free parking. The self check-in process was very easy too.
• Mariarosaria (7/5): - L'appartamento si trova a ridosso della fermata metro Ponte Mammolo. Comodo il parcheggio condominiale per lasciare l'auto e girare Roma con i mezzi pubblici. Staff pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio o incertezza. Utilissimo il self check-in con i codici validi per accedere all'appartamento per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Casa accessoriata per permetterti la permanenza anche per più giorni. Calda, priva di rumori nonostante il passaggio metro. Macchie in cucina non rimosse, coperte con un po' di polvere e il bagno aveva poca disponibilità di carta e saponi per 4 giorni di permanenza.

• Dinota (9/5): Ottimo - Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla metro blu. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto il necessario per la permanenza . Consiglio di lasciare nel bagno più rotoli di carta igienica e di chiudere in modo adeguato il foro di scarico del lavabo del bagno per evitare l'eventuale perdita di piccoli oggetti che possono anche essere di valore.

• Agostino (1/5): Evidenziare le situazioni nelle quali al Checkin si viene accolti da persona fisica !!! - Lì niente : si repirava la speculazione di individui incapaci del rispetto . Incuria complessiva , figurarsi i particolari. Dotazioni guaste: phon e TV sono rottami non funzionanti.Fatta la doccia , impossibile asciugarsi i capelli. Stanza con le voci degli appartamenti vicini come se fossero nella stanza , si udiva persino il respiro . Host inconcludente. Quartiere degradato. Come a Bologna in febbraio . Perché non controllate questi speculatori che alla fine rovinano quei pochi giorni di riposo che possiamo permetterci ? Evidente che chi si affida alle chiavi elettroniche , non vuole metterci la faccia : ha qualcosa da nascondere .

• Alice (10/5): PERFETTA - Vorrei scrivere tantissime belle parole, un'esperienza che sto tra l'altro portando avanti perché sono ancora nell'alloggio. Ambiente ottimo, spazi gestiti alla perfezione, ogni comfort desiderabile c'è, ideale per media lunga permanenza proprio perché dispone veramente di tutto. Ovviamente anche tutto meticolosamente pulito e, soprattutto, profumato. Difatti entrerete in un mare di buon odore che mi ha colpita fin da subito! Climatizzatore, wifi, TV, stufetta, lavatrice, microonde, macchinetta del caffè, phon, stoviglie pulite, cucina completa. Perfetta e stra consigliata, un'esperienza straordinaria!! Dover lasciare questa splendida casetta e non poter vivere qua
• Myah (10/5): Its a great little apartment!!! - It was very clean. The host was lovely. Its a great little apartment that I felt super comfortable to stay in even on the days I was home all day. There is a great pizza place 2 min walk away, and an AMAZING cafe 10 min walk away. Ponte Mammolo station is a 5 min walk away. You cant beat the price. So, location is good in the sense that the train station is so close and there are a couple good food options in walking distance. However.. it doesnt feel like the safest area. To get to Ponte Mammolo, you have to walk under an underpass that feels quite sketchy- as a solo female it even felt sketchy during daylight hours. I was asking one of my guides in Rome about the area and his response was a flat look and "... just text me if you have any problems". I felt generally safe but I did not feel like I could stay late in the city and then feel comfortable walking under the underpass- so I ended up taking taxis at later times. Which obviously is more expensive- but this is the way around it if you dont feel totally secure in the area. During the day never saw anything sketchy- just felt my instincts go off walking down some of the streets and the underpass. Like I needed to be hyper aware. I would imagine for couples, friends, and males you dont need to worry.
• Emma (9/5): A wonderful experience - It was really clean and had everthing necessary. It was close to Rome (max. 30min), but quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning in the bedroom was wonderful! The bed was quite hard but that is the only thing that bothered. But that was just my opinion, my partner really liked it

• Jozef (10/5): A comfortable, clean apartment with a responsive host,convenient location,and thoughtful little gift - I like how the owner immediately react to my question, and how helpful and friendly the owner was. The place has a great location smth like 5m from the subway. The apartment was clean, with a lifesaving A/C. Details which really surprised me were, many little gifts from the owner for us :).
• Filip (9/5): Close to metro station - Rome is extremely expensive so we were looking for a place further from the center but close to a metro station. This place was that, 20min from the colosseum. With free street parking and flexible self check-in.
