- Jean (10/5): My brother and I were visiting relatives. The accommodation was perfect. - Very clean, well presented and great location for us. Off street parking could be a problem. Didn’t affect us as we can walk.
- Gordon (9/5): A centrally located, fully equipped flat with high standard of decor. - Smart, modern decor close to centre of Maidstone. Sean was very helpful and responsive. It had everything we needed for a short stay including streaming services. Parking was tricky at times, though a permit was supplied.
- Carl (10/5): We are staying again next week. Very quiet and homely - Very clean and the shower is very good Nothing
- Thomas (10/5): Excellent apartment nice and comfortable - It was so clean and comfortable
- Mark (8/5): Sean was very responsive regarding cooker and lost toy. - N/A Very few oven dishes. Could have done with more kitchen equipment. Knives forks chopping boards. Another frying pan.
- Phillip (10/5): A real home from home and everything needed for a relaxed stay. - Great location and parking if a little busy was always available. the host made it easy and stress free to collect the key and had everything ready which is perfect after a long day. the flat was immaculate . I would definitely book again if available on my next visit. 10/10
- Sharon (10/5): Superb accommodation for business or pleasure. - This is an excellent 2 bed property with on street parking for your stay.
The host provides excellent instructions and is in hand if you need anything. The apartment is immaculate and very well decorated. Generous sized rooms and the patio/garden is a lovely bonus. Nothing to dislike here.
- Darren (10/5): Very nice apartment Will definitely try to book this next time I visit Maidstone - first
- Zaven (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely stunning (Top End) apartment, excellently thought out when renovated, decor & furnishings to an extremely high & luxurious standard with extra personal touches such as a welcome basket & disposible tooth brushes etc.
Evidently maintained well by the owners & already looking to rebook for next year.
Only negative point for us was we didn't sleep well, the bed was extremly comfortable but once dawn breaks the bedroom was very very light so we were up at 5 the first morning, i think this is because the blinds do not fully close andthe room is all white & the light reflects of the mirror & walls...we did however put a throw over the centre bay window so that we were able to sleep longer the second morning & we did so very well.
Dealing with sean was an absolute pleasure, and nothing was too much trouble as he was contactable almost instantly if there were any problems which there were none. It would have been lovely to leave a personal note in perhaps a guest book so the owners could then look back on this in the future.
- Lynzie (10/5): Very good and well worth the money will stay again - Location was great, house was clean and modern and was a very good stay
- Caroline (1/5): Property is clean pleasure place to stay until you meet the rude ever I seen mr owner and hes friend and he’s partner I - Nothing as the owner was so rude so made everything feel horrible and uncomfortable. They have cameras at the front and I guess all they do is keep an eye who’s in and out.
Good luck for anyone that book these as is the worse place I ever been. Everything due to the owners you can have a palace but if the owner is not polite turn to be a disaster in every way.
- Alan (9/5): Superb -
- Alison (10/5): Great - Nice facilities, clean and well equipped. Good communication with the host.
- Amanda (9/5): A really lovely place to stay - So clean and really carefully decorated. Even the garden was perfect and neat Nothing
- Martijn (9/5): Superb -
- Soňa (10/5): Great stay with kids in a calm neighbourhood. - Everything was great. We booked the apartment 2 hours before we arrive on our way from Folkestone to London. We were travelling with a little daughter and Sean did amazing job to have done our apartment and be ready even for the kid. There were very nice cot, highchair and plastic plate and spoon:) We had everything we could need. Wifi worked, night was calm, parking was no problem, we found spot immediately. Sean gave us the mark behind window, very helpful. Keys were collected clearly. Really liked the terrace. We welcomed the simplicity of heating our apartment. Nearby is Tesco and close to the city - we went for a pizza within 8 min of walking :) We could not stay longer :)
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (10/5): Beautiful home - Beds were very comfy, loved the little touches like bottles of water and the table laid up.
The bathroom, whilst small, has everything you need, there are plenty of pillows and towels. Parking is free nearby but only if there's space. It took us a good few journeys round the block to find spaces a couple of times.
The blinds are lovely in the rooms, however some blackout curtains would help keep the room dark at night (particularly when trying to get kids to sleep/get them to sleep in in the morning) as the blinds let a lot of light in.
- M (10/5): It was easy from start to finish - Clean tidy and lovely little garden N/a
- Andy (10/5): Great place close to town - Very comfortable and close to town
