• Paula (9/5): Safe, well-served, comfortable location in Ballito - - frequent cleaning, replacing of towels and bedsheets. I wasn't expecting that! - good communication with the hosts - access to the gym and swimming pool - onsite wellness centre and restaurant - shopping centre within walking distance - the need for daily pins could maybe be replaced by a "visitor card" to make it easier for visitors and the security staff (?). Just a suggestion ;) - otherwise, everything was great and exceeded my expectations!

• Xylona (10/5): - I liked that the estate is central to all leisure activities such as shopping centers, beaches and restaurants. The facilities within the estate is enjoyable and entertaining. We really enjoyed the pool and game area. The accommodation was comfortable and everything that's needed is there. I liked that pins were shared every morning in order to us to leave and enter as well as allowing access to deliveries. The security to opening the door was also very reassuring and provided that extra safe feeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There wasn't anything that we disliked.

• Bongiwe (1/5): No place for humans 401 - Security services are excellent I booked unit 57 room 401, the apartment had broken doors, the TV was not playing, the oven was dirty, the oven dishes were dirty, there was a mop in the toilet which was absolutely filthy. The host extremely rude , did solve any of the problems. No place for human species.

The host didn't send me check-in information on time. I had to call while I was at the gate to request same. The host didn't send me the access codes on time, I was stuck at the gate when the code to access during check-in expired the morning after my check-in. That was such an inconvenience and made me late for my meeting

• Rifumo (9/5): If I need to find myself in Ballito again (which I hope I do), I’ll be staying here again. - What you see is what you get. Very comfortable, quiet, and centrally located. Host is very responsive as well. Really love that there’s a dishwasher and that the washing machine has a built-in dryer. Also nice having the cleaner come in every couple days. Kinda the best of both hotel and Airbnb worlds. Really wish there was aircon but there are two fans in lieu of this. Toilet seat and bathroom hand towel rail were loose. I wish the apartment key came with a remote for the complex gate but the host is very good about supplying you with ample access codes. I’m nitpicking here but it’s good to know.

When we come for the first day the access at the entry gate was difficult the driver had to drop us outside the gate as we released him as it took us too long to find the code. We discussed it and it was fixed and all went all after that All in all everything was up to standard.

Loved the Balwin App to gain access into and the out the complex. No dishtowels to dry dishes. Couldn't get sleeper couch open. No linen for sleeper couch that I could see.
