• 요굴우트 (8/5): - [장점] 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 일단 숙소가 넓어서 2인 기준으로 각자 침대 하나씩 쓸 수 있어 굉장히 여유로웠고, 식탁이 있어 편의점 등에서 사온 음식을 먹기도 편했으며 대부분의 물품들이 다 잘 작동했습니다. 일본 숙소 치고 넓은 편이라 2인 기준이면 캐리어를 펴두고서도 생활이 가능한 수준이에요. 숙박세도 따로 없고 셀프 체크인 하면 되서 솔직히 입실이 굉장히 편리했습니다. 완전 시내 부근은 아니지만 그래도 도보 12~15분 정도면 하카타역까지 나갈 수 있었기에 대부분 시내까지는 걸어다녔네요. 주거 지역이다보니 밤 시간에 주변이 조용한 점도 근처에 음식점이 따라 많지 않은 점도 마음에 들었습니다. 욕조도 있고 세면대, 화장실, 샤워실 모두가 분리되어 있어 사용하기에 참 편했네요. [단점] 연박을 해도 수건 개수가 늘어나지 않는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 다른 분들 리뷰에도 언급된 내용이지만 개선되지 않은 점이 역시 옷거는 곳 관련 문제네요. 침대로 인해 옷장이 막혀있는데 침대 이동은 불가능하고 집 안 그 어디에도 옷이나 젖은 수건을 걸만한 마땅한 공간이 없어 정말 불편했습니다. 추가로 커튼도 없고 가릴 수도 없는 긴 창문 여러개가 침대 근처에 있는데 너무 눈 부셔서 자꾸만 해뜨는 시간에 잠을 설치게 되는 단점이 있습니다. 대여 물품의 경우, 우산 같은 일용품 대여가 어려운 점도 아쉬웠습니다. 실내에서는 벌레를 따로 보진 못했지만 베란다나 현관문 앞에서는 커다란 그분의 뒤집어진 잔여물이 항상 있어서 (방역을 잘한다는 뜻이겠죠) 조금 무섭긴 했습니다. 급하게 잡은 여행이다보니 가격 대비로는 꽤나 만족스러웠지만 재방문 하고 싶냐하면 장단이 뚜렷해서 조금 고민되는 곳이었네요.

• ChiungYao (8/5): - 離博多車站不遠 有2張床各有獨立的空間 有小廚房 位在住宅區附近沒有商業設施，要走一小段路到博多車站附近才有 室內空間太小，3大1小使用略顯擁擠
• SG (7/5): - Separate bedroom was great but the small fixed glass panes in the room was very bright in the morning due to lack of curtains. Wish there was walking space at both sides of the bed for easier access. Lack of hooks especially in the bathroom area so placing towels n clothes was a challenge. Proper table with 4 chairs was a luxury, as with the washing machine cum dryer. Clothes didnt come out all dry but we managed to hang up overnight and by morning it was all dried. Good water pressure with hot water although it can fluctuate slightly in temp. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent all provided. Trash separation was abit tough cos we were unsure which bin is for what trash type. Ended up leaving all the plastic bottles on the kitchen counter in case i used the wrong bin. 15mins walk to Hakata Station with a upslope and downhill portion. You can cut the walking by taking a bus for 1 stop but then you would need to wait for the bus.

• Junko (10/5): 最初は不安でしたが面白い経験で楽しかったです。 - 無人ホテルとは知らずに申し込んだが誰にも気を使わずとても良かったです。また泊まり旅行をする時は利用したいです。　　ダブルベッドでゆったり寝れた。 タクシーも2回ほど乗ったが1000円しなかったし駅までの距離も思ったよりも近く感じました。 部屋の外は蚊がたくさんいて何箇所が刺されました。

• Tze (9/5): Comfortable stay although a bit struggle to drive and park there - Room size is very good. Clean and quiet place, and of course quiet place means not much to eat around the location but that is totally fine. It is now very common to travel in Japan by car. Many foreigners are using mapcode to identify the location. Host is not able to provide a mapcode to guest. And the location showed in Booking.com is not exact. Although Host has later provided the full address, it will be more convenient that the host provide a mapcode for both the property and the entrance of the big car park nearby (as there is no private car park).

• Sharmaine (6/5): Overall, we still enjoy our stay since the place is comfortable and somehow accessible to the Bus/Train station, res - The room is clean and comfortable. They provided everything you might need from kitchen to bathroom to dining. They also have a 2in1 laundry machine. Although it’s only 15-min walk from Hakata Station, it took us so much time to locate the actual property because the location is not accurate in the map. Some locals have trouble also to confirm the location since the name is not it English. Also, the additional registration/ Pre-check-in 2-3 days prior to the check in day, is not so convenient process. Took us time to check-in since we haven’t checked the process and email from the host for the room number and passcode.
• Carmen (8/5): Very spacious, convoluted check-in - Very spacious. Nice to have the space in comparison to other hotels. Pretty good location. Washer and dryer with detergent. Convoluted check-in process. Multiple emails prior to check-in and the English instructions were not very clear. You submit your passport information through a survey link and receive a QR code. The pin required and the actual unit number (there are two units, one lower and one upper) to enter the unit were buried in multiple emails that were sent. They also send a check-in code which I now don't even remember if we ever actually used. Once you get in, there is a security camera survelling the entrance and so it will record whenever you enter and exit. Unclear if audio is recorded as you have private conversations in the unit or if it is continuously recording. After you enter, you must check-in on their tablet which requires a video session that ends abruptly. I'm sure this is all legal requirements to run an unmanned hotel, but a bit unsettling as you don't know what is actually being recorded.
• Biing (8/5): Good location but has room for improvement - Pretty good location. About 10 minutes away (walking) from the Hakata Station. Also not far from the Fukuoka Airport, Uber charged me 1800 JPY. 7-11 and Family near by. Kitchen has no drinking glasses and no pots, only has a non stick pan, not convenient if you want to cook for yourself. The main table and chairs were likely not assembled properly as screws were coming off the furnitures. No gas for hot water one night.
