When I wanted to extend my stay and pay at reception, he pressured me to remove my previous review and involved his staff to try convince me to delete it(because we are both and I’d hear listen to the worker).He handled the situation aggressively and even told me he has connections at the local police station even if I try and file a case against him, it’ll disappear into thin air He also contacted me on WhatsApp telling me to pay more money to how much booking.com has charged me. The way he constructive criticism was handled made me feel uncomfortable and unprofessional I would not recommend staying here as a black person

- CHARLOTTE (9/5): Peaceful gateway with a pleasant atmosphere - The location was perfect for the event we went for, the staff were quite helpful and allowed us check in early as requested. The facility was beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was a little limited.

The WiFi connection is perfect and hot water is always available. The garden is to die for, it's breathtaking 👌 The Aircon works perfectly and there is heated blanket (I think that is what they call it) so u will never be cold. They is no kitchen. When u want to wash ur glasses u have to do it at the bathroom 😔 There are no plates as well, it's a struggle. No microwave. No utensils

We would have liked to spend longer, but time did not allow it. The pool area looks wonderful. We didn't eat in, as it was a Sunday, but the host recommended a good place. The room itself was huge with an excellent bathroom. It felt like a four-star hotel. There is a bit of traffic noise, as some cars seem to think the main road is a race track at night.

- Henoch (9/5): Übernachtung mit Privatsphäre und Gemeinschafts-Pool in gepflegten Garten - Die Gastgeber sprechen neben Englisch und Africans auch Deutsch. Auf meinen WhatsAppcall wurde uns das Tor geöffnet und wir konnten bei "unserem Häuschen" parken. Das gut eingerichtete Zimmer beginnt mit Sitzecke, Pult als Raumtrenner zur Schlafgelegenheit mit angrenendem Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist reichlich, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich , kompetent bei Fragen und hilfsbereit. Insgesammt: Wir würden wieder da buchen. In der ersten Nacht (Samstag) war in der ferne ein lautes Fest im Gange, das auch um Mitternacht nicht endete. Trotz Fest und Strassenlärm haben wir später als üblich, aber doch gut geschlafen. In der Nacht auf Montag war es diesbezüglich ruhig.

The outside is gorgeous with a beautiful garden for photo lovers. The rooms are spacious and were exquisitely clean. The bed was comfortable with fresh linen. Check-in was smoothless. The owner sent instructions way before we arrived (including giving access to the gate) so we knew exactly what to do. Breakfast was delicious, we enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and amazing.
