• Fleur (9/5): Great stay! - Good location, nice neighborhood. The apartment has a great lay-out, plenty of space to organize your stuff / includes everything you need and is very clean. Very friendly owner as well! It is in a typical Milanese building with very nice details. It is very quiet given it’s location in the city due to the place of the apartment in the building. Not a major issue but if I have to mention something: There are large windows but as it sits on the ground floor with windows facing the patio there is limited natural light. However, I think in summer this is a pro as it will not get so hot :-)

• Ginu76 (9/5): Sejur plăcut! - Locația aflată în apropierea de zona centrală (2,8km) față de Dom ,la 20 de minute de mers pe jos de la gara centrala Milano, în apropiere de stația de autobuz ( 100 de metri), de supermarket,curat,gazda amiabile. Faptul că nu ai soare, apartamentul este situat la parterul clădirii într-o curte interioară, iar în interior se simte un ușor miros de vechi !

• Elena (9/5): Cómodo y acogedor. - El trato de los propietarios, la atención excelente muy agradables y dispuestos. La ubicación del apartamento muy cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. El piso está equipado con todo lo necesario, si quieres cocinar o pasar tiempo descansando, es muy cómodo y acogedor. La zona es tranquila. La cama no era muy cómoda pero para poquitos días está bien.
• John (9/5): Lovely home - The owner collected us after we'd had to walk a mile with luggage as we had issues with the train strike and demonstrations in Milan. We couldn't thank Goffrado enough. The bed was comfy and the pizza restaurant around the corner was excellent. The apartment block was very characterful. Better to have a washing machine rather than a dishwasher and a few more mugs would help. No breakfast bowls either.

• Jemima (10/5): Exceptional - Stylish and spacious apartment with everything you could need. Apartment block felt safe and was in a very convenient location. City centre approx 2km pleasant walk but lots of local shops/cafes to enjoy. The hosts were very kind and hospitable, full of useful recommendations and information. The apartment was a perfect base for us to explore Milan for a few days and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody.

• Egor (10/5): Excellent value for money, close to centre owned by a great host - The flat is a great value for the money spent, very well furnished, has all the stuff you need for breakfast or lunch. The host is just excellent, responsive and helpful. We had a good time there I would replace the dish washer with a laundry machine with dryer, it would make more sense for the guests.

• Tracey (10/5): We loved our stay - It’s been the best accommodation out of our 5 stays so far in Italy. Check in was easy as we met our host on arrival. He guided us through the facilities and gave us restaurant and shopping tips. The space is clean, well designed and spacious. There’s a large living / dining area and well fitted out galley kitchen. The bathroom is large and modern & has good water pressure. The bedroom is large and the mattress comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything from Netflix to large bath towels. The Metro is an easy walk 450m away on the Duomo line. Would definitely recommend staying here.

• Ivana (10/5): Perfect apartmet in the great location. - Apartment was excellent, newly renovated, spacious, beautifully decorated with everything you need, even more beautiful than in pictures. It’s located in the beautiful and safe neighborhood with a lot of nice restaurants and cafés and marker right across the street. Central station is in the walking distance (15 min) and metro station that takes you to the center is just few minutes away. Goffredo was very welcoming and helpful. As he didn’t have guests coming that day he let us check out later then official time which meant a lot. Defiantly be back here when we visit Milan next time.

The living/ kitchen area has everything you could possibly need to stay. The bed was incredibly comfy and the bathroom modern and stylish. Only tiny negative was the number of towels. We could have done with a few bigger towels for our 3 night stay.
• Aspen (10/5): Exceptional - very professional, helpful and always available host, easy and quick check-in and check-out while communication through WhatsApp worked seamlessly, high level of cleanliness, very good location with nearby restaurants and central station, very modern apartment and nicely equipped with all one needs, the apartment is located on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the courtyard full of greenery, once back in Milan, we will definitely select this apartment again just a tiny detail that towels could have been larger and could have been exchanged more often, though we were aware of it, so we brought our own
• Davide (9/5): Nice, cute and well decorated apartment in Milan! - The small radio in the toilet it's great. Really nice bed; great bathroom and overall decoration! The reception when arrival was great and Goffredo made sure we felt at home. Maybe the towels from the bathroom could be bigger; and since there was no heating in the apartment, it was not so warm, but there's a heater in the bathroom and that was something that didn't bother us.
