- choulet-parpillon (9/5): - J’ai bien aimé l'emplacement qui est à proximité de tout, Les couchages, Le rooftop Je n’ai pas aimé le ménage qui n’avait pas été fait dès notre arrivée à 15h mais l’homme de menage a été rapide et efficace,le manque de papiers toilette,pas de torchon,peu de produit vaisselle,la douche centrale etait cassée alors je l’ai signalé au réparateur qui là de suite changé,ils ont été super,le lavabo de la salle de bain trop petit et pas de tapis de douche,ns avons dû mettre une de nos serviettes au sol. Et le rooftop qui devait être ouvert de 10h30 jusqu'à 22h,lorsque l’on voulais y accéder,il etait fermé,ns n'avions pas de code, Sinon jolie petit appartement que je conseillerai 😃

Il tavolo era piccolo e scomodo c'erano 2 mini sgabelli e uno troppo alto.

- M. Clerc (8/5): - Appartement très agréable et plutôt propre. L accès est facile grâce au code. Très calme. Emplacement vraiment top à 50 m du métro San Josep qui permet un accès très rapide au centre de Barcelone
- Esther (8/5): Estancia tranquila y adecuada a nuestras necesidades - Lugar muy tranquilo, con lo necesario para pasar un par de días, cerca de tren y metro. Supermercados y tiendas de alimentación cerca. Se agradecen los detalles de bienvenida (champú, cápsulas de café, dosis de aceite, azúcar…), que para un par de días son suficientes. Limpieza. Estuvimos 4 personas y el espacio era bastante justo. No pudimos utilizar la terraza superior a pesar de que supuestamente estaba abierta y teníamos código (realizamos consulta pero no obtuvimos respuesta). Se agradecería algún armario con baldas para poder organizar mejor la ropa.

- Cristiano (7/5): Bien pour solo ou couple et court sejour - Facilité d’accès et proximité du métro direct centre ville . Le lit est très confortable . Pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain c’est embêtant pour ce laver, juste un lave main . L’évier de la cuisine est minuscule , faut juste faire attention à ne pas inonder le plan de travail. Pour le ménage ça sentait tellement la javel que j’ai dû laisser ouvert la fenêtre au moins 30mn et obliger de sortir , je trouve le rapport qualité prix un peu chère

Possibilité de laisser les bagages jusqu’à 21h le jour du départ ! Appartement fonctionnel et calme, code pour accéder dans le logement. La propreté des parties communes, la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas
- Liliana Patricia (6/5): Très bon hotel, dommage de ne pas avoir quelqu’un sur place ou qui puisse se deplacer en cas de problème - L’emplacement est géniale, très proche du train. La propreté est un des points fort! La qualité du personnel, j’avais pas reçu le mail avec les accès. J’ai du appeler 4 fois afin d’obtenir de l’aide, avec un bebe de 3 ans au froid la nuit. De plus pas de linge pour 4 personnes comme dans la réservation. De plus un mail est envoyé pour demander de l’aider, j’avais pas de duvet ni tête d’oreiller. Il y avait effectivement du linge de lit dans le lit principal, mais pour le canapé lit le linge prévu normalement sous le lit avait été oublié. Photo a l’appuie et message de demande de l’aide aussi.

- Juan Jose (7/5): Buen confort, buen precio, algo alejado del centro de Barcelona - Buen estado del apartamento y confort. El barrio obrero, tranquilo, pero algo alejado del centro de Barcelona, aunque junto a la casa hay una boca de metro y cercanías, que enlazan con el centro. Alejado del centro, junto a un patio de colegio donde había algo de ruido cuando estaban con clases.

- Stephane (6/5): Bien mais peu s'améliorer - L'emplacement à deux pas du métro est super, la rue est calme. La télé avec possibilité de se connecter avec ses mots de passe, l'accès à beaucoup de chaînes. L'ascenseur apporte un confort apprécié après une longue journée à marcher. Le logement est mal équipé, évier et lavabo minuscules, pas de porte manteaux, une des deux baies vitrée ne ferme pas, l'accroche pommeau de douche était cassé quand nous sommes arrivé, il n'y pas de lampe de chevet pour le soir, les machines dans la laveries sont dégoûtantes, le compartiment congélateur est complètement givré du coup les aliments dans le frigo sont congelés. Je pense qu'il serait bien aussi de veuillez à ce que le personnel respecte les clients et pensent à enlever leurs chaussures quand ils restent dans la douche pour effectuer une réparation. Dans l'attente de récupérer ma caution de 200e bonne continuation. Mr Adamy

Po paros pakeitė patalynę, bet į dar prastesnius, suteptus lūpdažiu ir kažkokiu rudu skysčiu, panašiu į šlapimą. Šiukšlinė pilna,šiukšlės nebuvo išneštos. Nuotraukose užsisakinėjant matosi terasa, rašo, kad yra skalbimo mašina su džiovykle. Tačiau nebuvo net kavos aparato. Vėliau atnešė, kai pradėjom skambinėti visais telefonais. Pataplos šaltos, šildoma oro kondicionieriumi. Kuriuo net per naktį šildantis neprišyla patalpa. Nuotraukose įkeliu vaizdus, kurie mus pasitiko atvykimo naktį. Žadėjo gražinti pinigus už pirmą naktį, tačiau taip ir nesulaukiau.

Bei der Vermittlung stand nirgendwo dass man noch eine Kaution in Höhe von 300€ zusätzlich zahlen muss Waschbecken undicht, kaputter Toster -bei Meldung keine Reaktion Fußboden mega kalt -keine Heizung im Apartment vorhanden . Das einzige Fenster konnte man noch öffnen um zu lüften

- Peter (4/5): - Toto vážne neviem. 😁 Asi blízkosť stanice metra. Nebolo by treba veľa, aby bolo naše hodnotenie lepšie a s časti je to tým, že sa v čase nášho pobytu pohybovali teploty v Barcelone v noci okolo 6 st. Apartman čislo 3 bol nielen stiesnený, ale ani sa nedal vykúriť, kedze klimatizácia, s ktorou sa dalo kúriť bola len na poschodi a teplý vzduch ako každý vieme sa drží hore, takže v kuchyni a kúpelni bola zima ako na Sibíri 😁 Na poschodí bola jedna spálňa a v mieste schodiskového priestoru jeden rozťahovací gauč. Chýbal jedálensky stôl a stoličky, takze trebalo improvizovať. Steny boli asi z papieru a okná prepúšťali jednak zimu, ale hlavne hlučné rozhovory v átriu. Matrac bol už tak preležaný, že by som odporúčal pánovi domácemu nech sa na ňom jeden krát vyspí, aby vedel, ze ho uz treba vymeniť. A odporúčam vytepovať gauč, lebo vyzerá hrozne. Upratané bolo, nevravím, ale trebalo privrieť jedno oko😁 Upozorňujem, že po úhrade ceny si od Vas vyžiadajú ešte úhradu 200 eur ako kauciu, ktorá Vám bude do pár dní po pobyte vrátená pokiaľ nič nepoškodíte. Okrem toho ma ešte zabilo, keď pred odchodom nám došla správa, aby sme si odniesli aj odpad z smetiaku. To som asi ešte nezažil. 😁

- Laura (6/5): Ubicación y precio buenos - La ubicación El tamaño de la cama de matrimonio era muy reducido, el colchón muy muy muy blando. La pila del fregadero era ridícula, no cabía ni un plato, lo que dificulta lavar los platos y las sartenes y ollas imposible.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivées bien après l’heure à laquelle nous devions prendre la chambre la femme de ménage était dans notre appartement. Il faudrait changer les tabourets car ils ne sont pas très stables
