Tanja (9/5): Nice apartment in great location - Fredricka was great in coming out to meet us so we could find the apartment and the location is in a great spot - easy walking area in Naples. Place was clean and worked great for our family of 5. I did not realize it was on the 4th floor (we had a heavy suitcase) and no car access. Napoli soccer team had just won the championship and the streets were crazy!
Stanislav (10/5): Absolutely amazing! - The accommodation was absolutely amazing. Renovated, clean apartment, friendly staff who were willing to help with anything. The accommodation was right in the center, everything at your fingertips. I definitely recommend it, we will definitely come back!
Esmeralda (8/5): Good and clean place to stay. Just make sure all the conditions when booking the property. - Very good location. Property is spacious, very new and freshly renovated. I was traveling with a colleague, and when we booked the property, we were not informed that we would not be allowed to use two separate bedrooms. The host insisted that two guests must share one bedroom or pay extra 50 euros for cleaning. We were only granted access to separate bedrooms after lengthy chats with the host and intervention from the Booking.com Customer Service team. It also should be indicated that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, and the steps are very steep - it is quite a task to carry up and down the luggage.
Holly (8/5): Very good - clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds Kitchen not equipped with basic utensils. Booked for 2 individual travellers. One was given a bedroom with no duvet. Chose and paid for the apartment as it had 2 bathrooms but we were only allowed to use one of them.
