• Deborah (4/5): - Location good Beds uncomfortably couch and mat smelt old and unclean. Walls need a clean.
• Karen (6/5): - Price was fair Dirty, scuffed walls and dirty high touch areas. Peeling wall paper. It looker like it was nice at one time, but it was definitely showing wear and tear. Steep two sets of stairs to get to apartment may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues and it was far from nearest train station.

• Serena (9/5): Superb - Very nice size apartment. Plenty of space in the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and there's even several sauces already in stock in the kitchen for food prep. Lots of windows for natural light. The stairs going up the apartment are very steep and narrow. The street outside was busier than I thought it would be, with more traffic noise than I expected. Also (though this is in no way the fault of the hosts!) there is an ongoing construction project next door, so if you're staying here throughout 2025/2026, be prepared for extra noise from morning until evening. The beds are not proper mattresses, more like box springs - for a short stay, they were okay, but I wouldn't want to sleep on them for an extended time.

• Simmonds (2/5): Unfortunately, an uncomfortable stay. - The host answered all our questions in a prompt manner. I was disappointed that there was no mention of the steep and long staircase leading to the apartment. This was a significant issue for me as I had four large suitcases and would not have booked the apartment have I known about the stairs. Additionally although the booking was for four people there were only beds available for three. My daughter and I had to share a bed which was very uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and you could feel every wooden slat. A thicker mattress would’ve been much more comfortable.

• Sue (9/5): A good short stay and lovely quiet neighbourhood. - The location was great as it was close by to Haneda Airport - only 3 stops away on the Keikyu Line and an easy walk from there. Great spot to easily visit Yokohama due to its position south Tokyo. Good amount of room but the beds weren’t overly comfortable. However the bedding was warm and cosy.
• Aslinda (8/5): Good for small family & healthy person. - I like the facilities in the house, it's complete with the extra futon bed, kitchenette, toiletries, the heating & air pressure also good. It's have iron & iron board too. The staff also very kind, always relpy my message & very helpful. I think the homestay is not suitable for old person because its was in the 3rd floor & have narrow & steep stairs. Only 1 person can climb at a time. Very difficult if you have big and heavy luggage. The house only can fit 8 people & if you have big size people its little bit full in the house. A litte bit far also from the train station. 11 minute..
• Young (8/5): Suggest good place for family members in terms of price and in general. - The accommodation location was quite place which was good for family staying. Clean the bathroom, kitchen and the living room. Enough towels and rubbish bins. Each room has air conditioning which is total of three air conditioning was really good for hot and wet weather. To get to the main city Tokyo was a bit difficult for tourists as we don't know the skills for transit public transportation. It was great has each room has own air conditioning but the living room air conditioner smells stinky.
• Alan (9/5): A simple and yet cozy apartment - It's convenient location for nearby convenience stores, McDonald's, 24 hours Matsuya by driving or walking distance. Our flight delay and arrived Haneda around 12am and reach the homestay around 2am and still can get supper and convenience store open. The unit is 3 floors above and it's narrow staircase. We have 8 person's and with 8 luggages too. Althought some big and some small. Carrying to 3rd floors seems hard and difficult. Overall, the unit is small and fitting 8 person's might not be too ideal. So, I suggest to have any within 5 person's stay would be nice. Also, the unit only have 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. So, fitting all 8 person's will take turns for long Q.
• Paul (8/5): Haneda airbnb - Rooms were clean and tidy. We thought there were 4 beds in the room. But there were only three. Steps were difficult to climb with large suitcases.
• Mia (4/5): Disappointing - Clean and nice common space Beds were extremely uncomfortable, felt like wires were pressing into our backs for some reason. Some outlets did not work.
• Sunny (8/5): Perfect for a family of 4 for an overnight stay. Good amenities; clean; suitable; easy to access. - The location was very convenient, just a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station which was only a very short train ride from Haneda International Airport. It was spacious for a Japanese apartment; there were two bedrooms, a small living room and a full kitchen/fridge as well as a little bath/shower/toilet. The couch folds out into a bed if needed. The kitchen is well-equipped with a rice cooker, gas hobs, hotplate, mini oven and so on. Every room had aircon which was amazing as it was a very hot summer night. The curtains were great at blocking out sunlight. I would stay here again. Check-in was extremely flexible and simple as we were able to get the key from the lockbox at any time (and we arrived at nearly midnight due to coming off a flight). The wifi wouldn't work, but the host was extremely responsive and resolved the issue right away. The wifi code listed in the information booklet is not up to date, but the host was able to respond even late at night so I was able to connect after that. The beds were interesting, they were inner sprung mattresses but they kind of felt like bases because the springs were right at the top of the mattress, so I could feel them very clearly through the mattress and into my back. This is the only reason that I wrote 4/5 for comfort whereas I gave everything else 5 stars.

• Jessy222 (6/5): Good for long stay - It was spacious, it has a rice cooker, microwave, small oven, tissues, paper toilet, shampoo, body soap and a few condiments were already present The bed were really hard, it's a bit far from kojiya or otorii Station, but you have a bus 5 minutes away and the stairs are really dangerous so be careful And the walls are paper thin ! (Really easy to damage by accident and you can easily hear the neighbours)

• Mohammad (8/5): Very good - Location near to haneda airport. Convenient to reach Tokyo with various public transport. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to reach 3rd floor where the property is located.
• Steven (10/5): Great and convenient - It was exactly as described- great ! The apartment is conviently placed between Akabane station and Shimo station which are on train lines directly into Tokyo.

• David (6/5): The apartment itself was good but the stairs made it difficult - Location, the area was quiet. The property was clean. The stairwell to the property was very steep and had no handrail. We had seniors with us and they struggled climbing up and down. The beds were also uncomfortable and this is not about the futons. The furniture was from ikea and does not last long.
• Quinn (8/5): A convenient stay close to Haneda Airport and nearby eating, run by an efficient host. - The location of this appartment was excellent for our purposes. We were 15 minutes total travel time to Haneda Terminal 3, which was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The walls are thin, and the immediate ajoining apartment was quite noisy. The resident had their TV up to a loud volume from the time of arrival until bedtime, and the resident also had a very loud phone conversation around 2330 which disturbed my sleep. The bedroom closest to that apartment was the most affected, the further bedroom it was barely audible. Also a small note, the door hinges need oiling. They emit a very loud squeal on opening and closing, which I am certain can be heard by the other residents. This would be an easy fix to alleviate some noise.

• Tobine (1/5): STOP ! DONT GO HERE! - It was horrid . Our flight didn't come in until after 1 am . Paid 250 $ asked for a late check out so our 2 year old could handle the trip . Never replied to the request . We get there it's not a motel or hotel ...call the guy and find out he hides a key for you! Ask about a late check out he say rudely I MIght add NO you must leave at 10 am ....at this point we will get 7.5 hours in the room . ....at 10 am the literally came and kicked us out to clean ! Our 2 year old was all wet from her 2 min shower crying her eyes out standing outside in the cold ! About 40 degrees f!!! So we are very upset and disgusted ! It was horrid . • Izzat (9/5): Superb - The house and the facilities is very good and very clean and the message he's being a reply quick the ladder is steep n small, unit on 3rd floor(japanese floor system is 1,2,3 not G, 1,2) So if you bring your heavy luggage will be a bit off exercise but it's not really bad and not to host fault
