• Monika (7/5): - Zentrale Lage Obwohl Nichtraucherwohnung befanden sich im Kosmetikeimer im Bad Zigarettenkippen. Mikrowelle fehlte, obwohl in der Ausstattung erwähnt. Fernseher ließ sich nicht auf deutsche Fernsehprogramme einstellen. Versuch den Vermieter zu kontaktieren (lt. QR-Code auf dem Kühlschrank) war nicht möglich, d.h. Wir erhielten keine Rückmeldung. Gitter im Backofen war sehr schmierig, haben den Backofen dann doch nicht genutzt.

• MoEaK (10/5): - Schöne Wohnung - sehr schöner Altbau - Küche und Bad gut ausgestattet - sehr wohnlich und angenehm. Überdachter Fahrradabstellbereich im Innenhof - alles perfekt - hat mir sehr gut gefallen Alles ok

• Nataliia (9/5): - Гарна квартира розташована в красивому старому будинку з високою стелею. Все чисто, акуратно. Велика ванна і зручна душова кабіна. Тепла квартира. До центру міста 15 хвилин пішки. Ми бронювали на чотири особи. І оплатили за 4-х. Але частина нашої команди захворіла і ми приїхали вдвох. Але постільної білизни було тільки два комплекти. Це великий недолік. Інтернет працював погано. Спочатку нам дали невірний пароль і адресу вайфая. Потім ми зв'язалися з власниками і нам відправили вірний пароль.

• ADRIANA (1/5): - Hello! We wanted to stay here, but it didn’t work out. Just be aware that if there’s an issue with check-in, they won’t let you know in advance. My husband arrived at 3:00 PM for check-in, but the key wasn’t in the lockbox. I reached out to the hosts — no reply. So I called to ask what was going on. They told me check-in would be later and they’d let us know when. Two hours passed and no one called or messaged. I called again, and it turned out there were issues with the apartment after the previous guests, and we were told we wouldn’t be able to check in that day. They also told us to contact Booking ourselves to sort it out. Huge thanks to Booking for handling the situation and refunding our money.
• Peter (4/5): - Die Nähe zum Klimahaus und zum Auswandererhaus. Die Sauberkeit der Fewo ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Balkontür hatte weder ein Schloss noch einen Griff und konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Der Balkon war vollerTaubenkot und wurde wahrscheinlich mehrere Wochen nicht gereinigt.
