Grace (6/5): Very cold stay - Good location and nice apartment. Host is very responsive and helpful. You have to collect the keys from another location which is a pain after a long journey as well as paying via western union which comes at an extra cost to you. We had a very cold stay - the ac is only two units in the whole apartment so it was artic cold! Then no cold water but seems this was a one off issue.
