Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Denise (8/5): Overall really nice x - Lovely and clean, lovely area, lovely neighbours. Great oven and hob, lovely little outdoor area. Few little bits extra needed such as mirrors in bedrooms, few more toilet rolls, we only had 1 toilet roll so had to buy some, and an extra tea towel needed, Just little bits extra.
