• Sabine (8/5): - Die Lage ist traumhaft - mitten in der Altstadt. Da es einfach noch zu kalt war, konnten wir die geniale Dachterrasse leider nur kurz besuchen und nicht wirklich genießen - muss bei schönem Wetter aber ein Traum sein. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön möbliert. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden mir allerdings Schränke für die Kleidung fehlen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und sehr nett. Wenn ich eine Wohnung buche, dann habe ich auch meist vor, selber zu kochen. Deshalb finde ich es immer wichtig, nicht nur eine wirklich sehr hübsch anzusehende und große Küche vorzufinden (das ist hier der Fall), sondern auch die notwendige Ausstattung dazu. In diesem Punkt war ich wirklich enttäuscht. So fanden wir in einer Wohnung für 4 Personen eine kleine Pfanne und einen sehr kleiner Topf vor. Damit konnten wir nichts zubereiten. An Kochutensilien mangelte es ebenso. So blieb der Herd aus. Bei einer sehr überschaubaren Anzahl an Tellern und Besteck, lohnte sich das Anstellen der Spülmaschine auch nicht wirklich. Auf dem Esstisch fanden wir die Menükarte für das Restaurant, das sich im Erdgeschoss befindet - vielleicht war dies der Fingerzeig, wo wir viel einfacher Essen bekommen konnten. Vielleicht kann man im Badezimmer auch noch einige Haken für Handtücher anbringen. Auch hier wird es bei 4 Personen schnell eng mit den vorhandenen Möglichkeiten.

• DarinaDd (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in Altstadt - Sehr schöne Wohnung, vor allem punkten die Terrasse oben und die direkte Lage in Altstadt. Alles war sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Obwohl die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, wurde uns eine andere innerhalb von paar Stunden gebracht. Die Kissen waren uns zu flach, aber das ist eine subjektive Meinung 😀 die Treppen zur Wohnung, und zu Terrasse sind teilweise anstrengend, das muss man berücksichtigen.

• Dick (7/5): - Het bleek en mooi ingericht appartement: koper en design, midden in het niet al te levendige centrum. Het top roof balkon is aardig. Het appartement ligt in een onooglijke doodlopende steeg. Via een zware deur komt men in een naargeestig trappenhuis waar 42 treden van ongelijke hoogte moeten worden opgeklauterd om bij het appartement te komen. Geen lift. Mooie keuken met inductiekookplaat maar alleen een koekenpan en steelpan. Fijne oven maar geen braadslee. Ook een legkast ontbrak. Voor mensen die slecht ter been is het af te raden.
• Claus (10/5): Skøn og dejlig lejlighed lige i centrum af byen. - Placeringen og terrassen som i det gode vejr var helt perfekt Trappen til terrassen…. Den var virkelig ikke samme standard som resten af lejligheden
• Maria celeste (2/5): Not at the level of a Booking.com partner - The position is cool. Dining room is nice. Unfortunately we can not evaluate the appartment for which we have booked. Because it was assigned to another client. Service is absolutely unprofessional. We had a confirmation from booking but when we arrive at 9….. the pentahouse appartment has been given away… to another client. And none was telling us the truth. They were allegedly looking for the keys for 30’min. In the meantime it was 930 pm and we went for dinner thinking keys were looked in by the previous clients. Then once back a young waiter (the only honest person) told us what happened.. but she has been rudely silenced by the others… so what I can suggest you is not to trust your confirmations as this structure is not structured to provide professional Booking services.

• Rika (8/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location! - The whole apartment is set up in a very modern but still cozy way and in a great location of Kolding old city. It has a very nice rooftop although the staircase going up might be challenging for older people and small children. The beds are very comfy. The apartment is located above a restaurant /cafe. We had breakfast there one morning and it was excellent! The apartment is very modern and very tasteful designed. From the pictures in booking.com we were expecting a better equipped kitchen. There were exact 4 knives, 4 forks, spoons. It is a very modern kitchen but has hardly any cooking equipment. There was one tiny pot (big enough for one person) and one very big frying pan. There were no cooking tools, but a very fancy looking box of cutting knives. However the staff in the restaurant was extremly helpful and gave us a big enough pot so we were able to cook some easy food for our children in the evenings. There was one big shower towel per person but unfortunately not face towels. No hooks to hang the towels and no shower mat to avoid slipping or getting the bathroom floor wet. We asked for more towels and were given more without any hesitation. There are no shelves in the bathroom to keep some items. The floors were not cleaned very well as there was a lot of dust and hair in the corners.

• Rob (9/5): Lovely, luxury apartment in the old centre of Koldiing - Very nice and luxurious apartment in the old city centre of Kolding. Lots of cafés and eateries around, but still quiet at night. Well equiped kitchen. Very clean; nice beds and bedding; luxury bathroom. Balcony and terraces looked lovely, but wind and rain spoiled the opportunity. Room service available from the restaurant below, where you can pick up your key from the helpful staff A minor detail: the main entrance door closed locked and the key did not work to that door, so had to return for help from the staff. They assured me this will be fixed.
• Mark (8/5): Comfortable. Nice staff. Almost spectacular location looking over roof tops. Very central but quiet. Very nice place. - Perfect Location. Modern clean. The view. Appreciated finding fresh milk and oat milk in the fridge. I liked it more when the staff quickly responded to request for more towels and a pan. Some very small additional things for living would have helped to make the place 5 star - more of a range of pots and pans, some tables or surfaces to put clothes down in the bathroom and bedrooms. More than one key.
