• RADOSŁAW (9/5): Czysto i spokojnie - Duży apartament, oddzielny pokój dzienny z aneksem, oddzielna sypialnia. Już nieco zużyte materace. Czysto, parking samochodu widoczny z okna. Samozameldowanie. W miarę nowy budynek. Lokalizacja nad kanałem. Nie ma się do czego przyczepiać, poza lokalizacją - 25 min do centrum.

• Mihai (10/5): Relaxare și punct de plecare în expediții - Apartamentul este situat pe chei, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de gară, intr-o zonă liniștită. Se ajunge foarte ușor cu mașina. Are loc de parcare personal în curte interioară cu porți cu telecomandă (sau cheie), ceea ce este un plus. La distanță de mers pe jos de toate obiectivele turistice din Ravenna (pe Google Maps nu arată, dar este un tunel pietonal prin care se ajunge direct în fața gării, la intrarea în centru, deci nu trebuie ocolit, așa cum se indică pe hartă). Apartamentul este situat la etajul 1 al blocului, care are lift - util pentru bagaje. Este foarte spațios, cu un living generos, dotat cu canapea, televizor cu internet, chicinetă (plită și cuptor electrice, chiuvetă, ustensile de bucătărie), aparat de cafea Bialetti cu capsule, masă cu scaune. Dormitorul este foarte mare, cu șifonier, pat dublu, canapea. Ferestrele dau spre spre locul de parcare. Baia spațioasă, cu chiuvetă, toaletă, bideu și cabină de duș. Apă caldă la discreție, de la boiler. Există aspirator și ustensile de curățenie, dacă este nevoie. Internet de calitate. Gazda răspunde la întrebări. Cheia se ridică de la intrare - este un locaș special, cu cod, pe care scrie numele apartamentului. Este o cazare pe care o recomand cu toată inima, fiind aproape de oraș, de magazine, de obiectivele turistice, dar oferind, de asemenea, locul de plecare spre vizite mai îndepărtate, cu mașina. Raportul preț/calitate excepțional. O neatenție, poate, din partea gazdei, care a uitat să transmită datele pentru preluarea cheii, drept care a trebuit să îi dau telefon, atunci când am sosit. „Autostrada” de furnici din zona cabinei de duș, deoarece apartamentul este deasupra unei boxe de la parter - nu știu ce conține, dar ar putea fi supusă unui tratament de dezinsecție. Lipsa unui cuptor cu microunde. Chiuveta din chicinetă era, în mod bizar, de tipul englezesc, cu robinete separate de apă rece și apă caldă, ceea ce o face puțin incomodă la utilizare.

• Demaria Fabrizio (8/5): Esperienza positiva, consigliato - Il parcheggio privato protetto all' interno della struttura, la perfetta pulizia dell''appartamento moderno, le dimensioni dell' appartamento ubicato in zona perfetta per raggiungere sia il centro commerciale a 5 minuti, sia il centro storico della città. Il letto matrimoniale dal materasso fortemente infossato, del quale è assolutamente necessaria la sostituzione, non abbiamo dormito bene. Non ci sono cuscini da letto in alternativa ai due disponibili decisamente troppo duri, sarebbe utile se ci fossero stati.Manca il riscaldamento nel bagno, perché climatizzatore nel bagno non funzionante; siamo in Dicembre ed il bagno era piuttosto freddo costringendo a tenere la porta sempre aperta per poterlo riscaldare.

• Kamilla (9/5): Fin lejlighed i gåafstand til Ravenna. - Privat parkering. I gåafstand til by. Dejlig lejlighed med god plads, godt køkken og lækkert badeværelse. Sengen alt for hård (men det er senge åbenbart i Italien) og buede ned i midten. En topmadras havde været god. Fine beskeder fra værten og i god tid. Sengen var for hård.

• Jerzy (9/5): Dobra miejscówka do zwiedzenia Rawenny - Wygląd mieszkania bardzo dobry, natomiast z funkcjonalnością pewien problem brak ociekacza do umytych naczyń. Prywatny parking - radzę dobrze ustalić numer miejsca gdyż ktoś twierdził, że stoję na jego nr.62. Materac w łóżku zbyt miękki. Jeden kieliszek do wina to trochę za mało.

• Stefano (10/5): Piacevole scoperta! - Appartamento molto carino, arredato con gusto, spazioso e pulito. È situato molto vicino sia al centro città che alla stazione, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi con una breve camminata. Sempre nelle vicinanze ci sono vari bar e ristoranti. Nulla da segnalare.

• Jana (9/5): - The apartment was nicely furnished and it was not so far from the city centre. It fullfilled our expectations for two nights. A part of the shower was stuck at one setting - on tge upper shower head. But the second day we fixed it.

• Suzanne (9/5): Excellent for pre/post cruise stay - Excellent property, excellent friendly and knowledgable staff, it’s only 5 mins walk from the train/bus station but ‘out of town’ direction which is nice and quiet. We stayed before getting on a cruise in Ravenna port and the staff even sorted transfers for us. Highly recommend

• Sergio (9/5): Comfortable apartment in Ravenna - Big size of the apartment, peaceful neighborhood. Elevator. The little gifts left like the toasts, jams and coffee capsules are appreciated. Private parking place. Large bathroom. Great communication with the owner. Easy check in/out. The apartment is big but poorly furnished. Really lacks some side tables and a big refrigerator. There is plenty of space to have those facilities. AC system is very weak and has a kind of timer, which turns off during the middle of the night. This is the major problem in this apartment. Small shower box , even with a very large bathroom. No washer and no drier, even that this is informed in the facilities. Not far, but not that close to Ravenna city center.

The immediate neighbourhood also includes a great bar with good food. Make sure to ask the host for recommendations!

• Dawn (8/5): Very cute place with the perfect size for our family. - Was perfect for our family to have a place to rest and be able to cook our own meals. Could not get the air conditioner to work and it was still 79 at midnight.
