- Jennifer (10/5): Love it here! - Everyone was so nice and friendly. The room was nice and roomy.

What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel. Note: the lobby's door is not locked, messy inside, and it looks like they are moving or will be filing bankruptcy soon.
- Cheryl (4/5): - Locks were outdated and almost impossible to unlock, room was very dark although it was very spacious. There was No " lakeview" as advertised. Spiderwebs in both windows.
