Once received, video instructions on how to enter door codes, and directions to bedroom, bathroom, kitchen etc. were very clear. No street number on accommodation description, and directions button directs you to a park down the road. Email enquiring about location was unanswered, leaving me wondering if I had been victim to a scam. Waited til following morning to phone, second call was answered. Front garden beds full of weeds and rubbish. Carpet on stairs covered in bits, needed vacuuming, was not done once during my 4 night stay. Roller blind in bedroom had to be rolled up by hand. Bathroom had mold on the sealant all around tap end of bath, shower head continually sliding down the rod as the grip is failing, and water temperature fluctuates. Getting out of bathtub felt risky as the only thing available to hold on to is hinged shower screen. Bathroom floor, and grout lines on tiled wall, needs scrubbing/bleaching. Doors and light switches could do with being wiped down properly too. There was no mention of the property being right next to train tracks, it was very loud. Received a text the day before leaving, to ask what time I would be checking out so they can book the cleaner. I didn't answer as check out times are clearly posted in ad, and mentioned in the messages received with door pin codes. Later on, I received another message, at TWELVE MINUTES PAST MIDNIGHT to inform me that the cleaner was booked for 11am, and could I please let them know if I left earlier.... Would have informed owners/management of these issues privately via email, but the message asking for my departure time, and especially the follow up message at TWELVE MINUTES PAST MIDNIGHT changed that.... Feels like I'm forgetting to mention something else, but I definitely will not be returning...
