• giada (10/5): APPARTAMENTO SPLENDIDO GESTITO DA UNA GENTILISSIMA PROPRIETARIA - L'appartamento è spettacolare estremamente pulito dotato di tutti i confort arredato con un stile affascinate, si trova in una zona tranquilla con affaccio sulle bellissime colline toscane a pochissimi passi dal centro storico, si ha la possibilità di lasciare comodamente l'auto nello stesso edificio, la proprietaria è splendida gentile e disponibile nonché estremamente ospitale, consiglio vivamente questo bellissimo e comodo appartamento per apprezzare tutti i confort per un ottimo viaggio..un'ottima esperienza Assolutamente NIENTE...tutto perfetto

• Martin (9/5): Overall it is an excellent place to stay, we would come back anytime again and I recommend it to all. Thank you! - Easy checkin as the owner lives nearby. Big apartment with nice view and balconys. Beds are wide and comfortable. Our kids loved the the old style furniture, even if it was a mix of antiques and modern style which might be a matter of taste. Very nice location 10min walk to the center. Overall it was a great value for money. The owner does not speak English, but you can write messages via booking and we were checked in by owners son who does speak English very well. The owner was so nice that they let us to use their parking until 3PM. What would have made our already excellent stay even better: - moskyto net on the windows - electric cattle in the kitchen - some shelves in the rooms (at the first sight there is a lot of furniture and antiques in vitrines, then you realize there is no space where you can unpack your luggage. Was ok for one night) - the whole flat was very clean, even if there were two small things: there were some stains on our bed sheet and a light smell in the bathroom like from the waste pipe (moskyto net might be a quick fix)

Домакините са страхотни, разбирахме се с тях чудесно(и на италиански и на английски езици), направиха ни подарък в новогодишната нощ. The area is very quiet and good for resting, still close enough to reach the town with a 15m walk. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Ideal for a family or a group of friends, as we were in this case. A parking spot makes life even easier.

It was very close to San Gimignano castle. Also a nice parking space is very important in limited parking spaces in the town. The restroom door was opening from outside even you lock it from insight.

The apartment is located at the edge of a street, about 10 minutes walk from San Gimignano old town. With great views to the countryside. Excellent choice for a couple of days in the area. The kitchen is well furnished, adding a microwave will make it perfect.

The decoration is so wisely chosen and it is so beautiful! Honestly, you think you live in the past and you are a royalty! Excellent job, Anna!!! I am saying no more! Check it out yourselves! 🙂 The only downside is the bathroom door which is a sliding type door and guarantees no sound insulation... Minor flaw, if you ask me, compared to the apartment's total atmosphere!

Ideally located just near the center of beautiful San Gimignano but in a quiet district. We enjoyed the traditional toscan atmosphere of the apartment. Just as a comment because it was not an issue for us: there is one bathroom for the 3 rooms and no possibility to check in 30 minutes earlier
