- Rooboru (8/5): Great location. - Quiet part of town, away from the hustle and bustle. Right on the waters edge. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Amenities down two bottles of water, no fridge, no kettle. Host was friendly and spoke reasonable English. Laundry as in most places, was taken care of . All in all the location was the best part. Nothing to speak of, but a word of caution, have a copy of the type of room you have booked to show on arrival.
- Tama (10/5): Exceptional - Such a lovely family at Riverview home. I had an incident and the owner came and stayed with me for the whole day. He came to the hospital paid for the taxi bless him 🙏then dropped me off at my pick up address for the bus. Their two children are really beautiful and playful. Thank you for everything

- Amit (8/5): Very good - Great hosting family, the place is located next to the river, 10 minutes walk from the center in a quieter area. Many restaurants around. The hotel/hostel has many tours, bus tickets, motorcycle rental.
- David (10/5): Perfect - The room was perfect and clean. A bit further down the street from busy part of town which we appreciated. The view of mountains is beautiful. Family is incredibly nice and welcoming. The daughter offered us many peanut candies from her personal supply and the son is a truly gifted cook who makes many delicious recipes. We had sticky rice, yogurt fruit salad, fried eggs and more Phong Na specialties prepared by him. This homestay was an honor for us to be welcomed in. The price is too cheap, they need to charge more.
- Massimo (7/5): Good - Very friendly host, they droped us at the bus station and helped us during our stay. Good breakfast. The terrace in front of the house was not very usable, and the toilet was not working very well.
- Aleksandra (10/5): Super friendly and very helpful - So'n and his family were super friendly, he picked us up from the center and organized a driver to the caves. His wife fed us very well and our daughters had fun together. The host also can rent a motobike and support with advice. A motobike is awesome to ride in and around Phong Nha, which is beautiful and deffinitely needs more than two days. Tip for pairs with an 8-year old child- one bike is enough - just ask for a bigger one 😊 Nothing
- Ruby (9/5): Superb - The host was incredibly kind. Picked me up from the bus stop at 4am and gave me free bottles of cold water and tea when we arrived at the hostel. The room was comfy and big, and the location is great, with a restaurant and seating right on the river.
