• Permial (10/5): A Birds Eye View 👁 - Warm welcome, was helped by proprietor carrying my case up 5 flights stairs due to my recent heart pacemaker operation. Beautiful flat ,well equipped, beach view, best apartment we have stayed in a big Thankyou highly recommend 😀 Key box was a bit fiddly ,however proprietor arrived within minutes to assist and issue was more of me not trying enough I am sure other guests will find it easy to open with code that was provided on day of arrival

• Clare (10/5): Perfect escape to the centre of weymouth - The location was perfect. Despite being on the main strip of bars the layout and bedroom at the back of the apartment meant it was lovely and quiet yo rest I also loved when I couldn't sleep the calmness of walking into the kitchen and being able to look out the window at the sea! I went with my daughter and after the show we ate locally and came back to relax and watch Netflix which the accommodation provided. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the sofa was really small and hard so it was very difficult for two adults to sprawl and lay out on the sofa while watching a film. Perhaps a softer futon or sofa bed would be good there as it would provide more comfort and if a sofa bed the apartment could accommodate another adult or 2! That would also appeal to small groups and a family of 2 adults, 2 children perhaps, only a suggestion! There was also only 1 mirror in the bathroom and a small hamd mirror in the bedroom so perhaps a second mirror on the wall in the bedroom would be good. I know the owner welcomed suggestions so these are only my ideas to add to the stay and also to potentially add value for money! Overall great

• Daniel (10/5): Beautifully well-equipped, flat in a central, seafront location minutes away from public transport. - We had a lovely stay for a few nights, the place was small but that made it cozy, especially to relax in the evenings after exploring the nearby surroundings. The location was perfect to have dinner or breakfast in one of the nearby restaurants and only a short walk. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The host met us outside to hand over the keys, gave us a brief tour of the apartment and then gave us space to make ourselves comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with cutlery, plates & bowls, cooking utensils. For the price I paid I am more than satisfied.

• Derek (5/5): Weymouth a lovely seaside town but accommodation was disappointing. - Kitchen was o.k and bathroom was good even though the shower was over the bath. The stairs were a big issue. We were in Flat 3 which said stairs in the blurb but not 5 flights of steep stairs. Getting into the QB was an issue as it was up against the wall and one person had to crawl across the bed to get to their side. Parking was a huge and expensive issue around the apartment ( that.’s if you could get a park. There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine, dishwasher , stove top and microwave. The windows were cloudy which obscured a beautiful sea view.

• Stephen (7/5): Good - Everything was clean and tidy. Good facilities self catering facilities with some basics(coffee/tea etc) already provided. Literature provided on the history of the local area and points of interest/attractions. Most things were very good but one negative was that I found the tap water(from the kitchen tap) to be not very drinkable(brackish?) so had to resort to buying bottled water for drinking.

Excellent views of beach and sea and prime spot for fireworks on Monday night. Couple of cleanliness issues eg Kfc pot left in fridge and stained mugs. No tea towel for drying up. Would have been good to have a welcome pack eg phone number, fire procedure etc. These were just a couple of small things we noticed but these didn’t affect our lovely stay in this great apartment
