• Sarah (10/5): Fantastic in every way! - We absolutely loved this apartment. it is on the second floor in a clean, secure block (with a lift!). The reception desk is in a cafe 2 doors down, open 24 hours and staffed by extremely helpful people. We were able to get into the apartment at 9am on arrival day, which was very welcome after an early flight and enabled us to drop our bags and head out for a full day of sightseeing. The apartment was larger than it looks in the photos with cool tiled floors throughout and air conditioning in the two bedrooms and dining room. There were three small balconies, a small kitchen and a large bathroom. Everything worked and it was spotlessly clean. The location of the apartment was perfect- a ten minute walk into the centre of Verona in one direction and a ten minute walk in the other direction to the train station with cheap and efficient services which we took to Lake Garda and Venice. I would 100% book this apartment again. There was a lack of basic kitchen crockery etc- no kettle or mugs and only one large pan, but this was not a problem for us as we weren’t cooking and I’m sure if we’d needed anything, it would have been supplied.
• Per-erik (8/5): Good location and friendly staff - Very friendly staff that fixed problems that did occur very quickly and with a smile. Very good location to city core and train station. A bit shortage of equipment in the kitchen (but fixed quickly when we talked to the staff) Very sensitive with electricity (the basement fuse went out several times)
