• Mandy (9/5): Excellent, would stay again. - Location was excellent, right on the harbour. Plenty to watch, seagulls can be noisy when fishing boats coming in & unloading, but we didn't mind that. Been to that area & Burghead before, so knew what to expect. Appartment very spacious & comfortable, everything you need & more. Good powerful shower, comfy beds, excellent kitchen, with everything you need. Nice welcome pack. Nothing, could maybe do with a mirror, or two in bedrooms, within reach of sockets, for hair drying etc. Other than that, all good.

It’s perfectly suited for a family of four, with a modern and spotless interior that made us feel instantly at home. The location is simply idyllic—nestled in a peaceful harbor setting, yet just a short walk from a convenient supermarket. One of the most magical moments for our children was watching the seals in the harbor basin from the windows each morning—an unforgettable experience! We would absolutely book this apartment again without hesitation. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort, tranquility, and a touch of nature.

• Joe (10/5): An excellent holiday accomodation and location! - What is not to like?! Telford Escape is a beautifully renovated historic warehouse apartment with wonderful views over the harbour and out to sea. The history of the building, harbour and surrounding area is significant (especially the Pict fort and well), and if that doesn’t interest you, you can just sit by the windows and watch the trawlers leaving and returning on the tide, unloading their catches, and watching the sea birds and seals looking for a free meal. We are a retired couple who have travelled over many years and rate this the best accomodation and location combination we have ever experienced. Nothing - for us, it was perfect.

• Jo (10/5): Wonderfully peaceful and highly recommended - A lovely presented property with all the expected amenities. Set in a peaceful location on the harbour with beach walks on the doorstep. The bedding and towels had a lovely fresh aroma of Lenor or similar, which is a nice change! Just a recommendation to add coat hooks into the cupboard by the entrance as we had to go upstairs to hang our coats.

• Prosser (9/5): Superb - Superb accommodation. The best so far in our 6 weeks of travelling. We found nothing to complain about. Great view of the bay from our loungeroom. The beds were very comfortable. A very quiet place to stay. We were sorry to leave. No cooking tongs or toiletries.

• Dawn (10/5): Excellent location for beautiful beaches and close to Lossiemouth and 1 hr from Inverness and the highlands. Thai proper - The location and view is fabulous and the property is immaculately kept, clean and tidy. This is my second visit and we will definitely be back again. Plus we had the additional visit from the seals in the harbour in the morning which was the highlight to opening the blinds every morning. Nothing.

Very comfortable set up with large open plan kitchen-dinning-lounge area and 2 good sized bedrooms upstairs. Nice touches included small welcome pack and also dishwasher tablets/ laundry detergent / refuse bags etc which not all self catering properties provide.

Lovely welcoming hamper Form owners and great communication from from them prior and are easy to contact should you need them during your stay. • Harold (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and stylish apartment. - The apartment was beautiful and the view of the harbour was amazing. The kitchen was just a little below the of standard of the rest of the apartment. Some of the pans had seen better days and we would have liked a more extensive range of crockery e.g. some small plates and small drinking glasses.

• Frederick (9/5): a very enjoyable stay in a very smart apartment in a lovely location - The location, the decor and clealiness of the apartment Would have been useful to have a welcome/ information book, some local literature and instructions about using equipment within the apartment, e.g heating, how to deal with rubbish etc as different colour combinations of bins to the ones we have at home. No hooks for hanging outdoor clothing/ coats.
• Lindsey (10/5): Excellence accommodation, great views and location great value for money. A wee gem. - Great welcome pack most appreciated by the teenagers who got in there before the adults 😂. Accommodation was absolutely spotless and what a view. Great location to explore the local area and everything you’d need in a self catering flat. Let’s not forget the waterfall shower which was brilliant with lovely soft towels provided. Did I say how great it is. Will most definitely be back although I’d like to keep this little gem to myself. Absolutely nothing.
