• Nabeel (1/5): Absolutely disappointing and possibly my worst stay ever - The space it had Everything pretty much. The host was not available at the time of check in. We were only handed the keys to the room by his family as he was not available. The room was not clean. Table was broken. Toilet seat was absolutely disgusting. Poor ventilation in the room.

There was dust on the surfaces and mould on the wall. The room had a smell for which we had to buy air freshener and the bed also smelt. We would have liked to have towels provided
• Druscilla (10/5): PERFECT!!!!! - the very best get away we had from Norfolk to London, Thank you, i will be booking this palce again end of June 2024 the owner came and greeted us and showed us how the heating works, there was no hassle getting the keys to the property and the most quietest road in east London,,,No police sirens!!!

• Moshood (4/5): I didn’t like it at all - The owner gave extra one hour to check out The room was so cold The heater was turned off at night or very early in the morning. What you see is not completely what you get It was not a good value for money. The bedsheets and duvet were not white They were old patterned sheets. Looks so rough and wasn’t gentle on the skin

• Anna (1/5): I did not stay. I do not recommend - Nothing It’s a shed at the bottom of a garden. The host is rude and curt. There’s a second room in the shed which someone else was in so there’s no privacy. No tv. Old bedding. Can not control the room temperature. I left, I did not stay there it was uncomfortable and unwelcoming
• Ellie (7/5): Good - Location and parking was good and the bed was comfy The water in the shower didn’t drain so basically flooded the bathroom as it’s a wet room.
• Karlburton (6/5): Pleasant - The layout is good and the location was ideal for me. The room was being renovated, not informed of this before arrival. No tv, no towels or microwave. And told not to use the shower because it had just been sealed.
• Denise (5/5): Passable - Location, good shower. It was a shed at the bottom of the garden. No curtains, paper stuck to the window. Mouldy Cloth and jug under the bathroom sink. Naked wires. Dirty switches, floor was much to box desired, needs replacing. Fridge was dirty on the outside. Rust marks on the floor in the bathroom. No lampshade just light bulb. No TV.
• 胡 (5/5): There is no information provided to guest and need to improve. - The location is easy to located. There should provide two single beds instead of a double. The shower room drainage was blocked, The toilet exhaust fan is not quiet.
• Jasvir (5/5): It should have a window as it was very hot and please change the description from apartment to en-suite room - Clean It said apartment but is a building at the back garden. Kind of misleading Not much air and no fan was provided, people was helpful tho.

• K.sylvie (8/5): Very good - Good price, good location, kichenette. Friendly owner, but you have to text him and make appointment to get the keys. He came quickly so it wasnt a problem. The flat still needs a few adjustments, but it's not a big deal. The window is covered so you cant see the owners garden, who lives in the house next to the apartment. On the one hand its good, because provides you privacy but on the other you dont have any view from the window. It would be nice if there was a dining table and a TV.
• Carenza (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts were great, very helpful and attentive. The property was in a great location for my work and I really appreciated the free parking and the big fridge freezer. The property didn't have a wardrobe or chest of draws to store clothes and it didn't have a place to hang towels in the bathroom.

• Samantha (6/5): very good stay and host was easy to deal with. Would stay again - Very Clean studio apartment, free parking on the street outside, comfy bed and the area is very quiet. Also such a friendly host. I would have liked a toaster
• Matthew (6/5): Comfortable but misleading and in need of some work - The host was very helpful and kind. He was there quickly on hand to help with any issues such as the hot water going off. Parking was on the street but was easy to get spaces. Shower was brilliant. Bed was comfy. I feel this property is abit miss leading. It is labelled an ‘apartment’. This is more of a studio room, it also doesn’t state that it is infact an outbuilding in the hosts garden with another ‘apartment’ in the building. The kitchen is simply 2 hobs which is perfectly useable however the only utensils provided is one frying pan, no knives or chopping boards and no spatulas. You are however provided with one plate, 2 bowls and a selection of cutlery with plastic pint cups. Next, upon arrival the fridge was switched off and inside was out of date milk, one with 1 day out of date and a little one with a week out of date. Why this wasn’t checked and emptied before I don’t know. Similar to this the kitchen cupboards were full of just crap, and some grotty washing up items. I was woken up by loud talking/shouting on a couple of occasions by my neighbour in the ‘apartment’. Last, there were 2 exposed sets of electrical cables on located in the bathroom and the other a kitchen light, both live, slightly dangerous in my opinion.
• Leonie (1/5): Beware...the health and safety concern - The host was pleasant Unfortunately, the facilities where of such concern we left after 3 hours of checking in and did not stay as planned. The mattress was stained with various fluids, as was the mattress protector and the duvet cover. There was no toilet roll. After bringing this to the host attention he immediately changed the sheets and provided toilet paper. But there is no wardrobe or hook to hang clothes, no long mirror just a small one in the bathroom that steamed as the extractor fan did notveork. no garden view as the window was covered up by the host...possibly due to the ongoing works in the apartment. A number of sockets did not work, light fittings were missing and the dust was caked in in areas. There are other issues but I won't go on. Quite simply, this apartment should not be rented out until works are completed , it is safe, and the cleanliness warrants the rate they are charging. I could not allow a friend to stay for free in such conditions much less charge a stranger for business purposes. Once they sort this im sure it will be nice. Think I'll stick to hotels going forward
