One of the things I appreciated most was the staff: they were always kind, helpful, and available at any time of day, and they responded almost immediately to any request through WhatsApp. The pool is beautiful, and the entire property has a calm and peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. 🌈 My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean throughout my stay. I also ordered room service several times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everything was excellent. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, which makes it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some peace away from the busier parts of Bali. At the same time, it is very conveniently located. Using Grab, you can reach the center of Ubud and many of the main attractions in just a few minutes. Nothing !

My room was so clean and the biggest, comfortable bed. Breakfast delivered to my verandah every morning - delicious options! The pool was great for a refreshing dip. Staff were so helpful in arranging taxis and massages. Had the best Balinese massage when i arrived to get over the long flight. I couldnt fault the place. Also incredible value for money. Nothing

• Florian (8/5): Super für ein paar Nächte - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen, hat uns super herzlich empfangen und bedient. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Sehr schön war auch die gesamte Anlage und der Pool. Das Essen war auch top. Im Bad waren immer Ameisen. Zwischen den Holzbalken ist eine sehr große Kakerlake in unser Zimmer geflitzt. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr abseits gelegen, kein Supermarkt in der Nähe bzw. Sonstiges.

• Natsuki (10/5): It’s the perfect hotel for spending quiet time with yourself or enjoying a relaxing stay as a couple.🫶 - There is so much greenery, and above all, all the staff are incredibly kind. The restaurant food is delicious, and the spa is very affordable but amazingly skilled! Since I stayed for 6 nights, I really appreciated being able to choose breakfast from so many different options—it never got boring. It was also very convenient that I could request everything through WhatsApp. The poolside gets such a nice breeze that you can relax there for hours, and my personal recommendation is to book a room on the second floor! Having time to chill on the large balcony and do some journaling was really meaningful for me. And if you stay upstairs, you can see the sky turn pink with the sunrise early in the morning! If you get a massage, definitely try the hot stone treatment—I slept through almost the entire 90 minutes! There was nothing I didn’t like.

Its a little out of town which suited me fine, definitely recommend having a scooter. A lovely surprise when the staff bought me birthday cake with my breakfast....it was a really sweet! Also...the best massage I have ever had in Bali at the spa here 🙏 I did find alot of cafes and restaurants close by, maybe I just missed them.

• Melissa (4/5): High hopes but very disappointed. - The room and property is beautiful but I cancelled my stay the same day I arrived. Granted they gave me a full refund and were very apologetic but it was still extremely inconvenient. The room spelled like body odour and so did the sheets. I thought the sheets were dirty and asked them to change them and realized that’s just how they smell. There’s absolutely no way I could sleep in them when it smelled like sweat. They also didn’t have working wifi the entire day when I arrived which was extremely inconvenient because I had to go into town to even contact booking.com and find other accommodations last minute which was super stressful. The location is also extremely tricky for drivers. Bikes not a problem but a regular car definitely has issues getting there.

We needed to walk for 5-8 min with our suitcases to get there because the taxi couldn’t go through and the street is a big hill which was not nice but I have to say that for the check out the staff helped us bringing the staff with the motorbike

Recibí un trato increíble por parte del personal, era mi cumpleaños el día de mi entrada h me prepararon una bañera de flores preciosa, de sorpresa se aparecieron en la piscina mientras tomaba sol con una tarta para soplarme las velas. La comida es muy buena y bien presentada.
• Natalia (5/5): - Mandala Suits has a charming garden and the property itself looks appealing at first sight. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to that first impression. Our room wasn’t very clean and there was a strong musty smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. We could hear every step and movement from the guests above us, which made the nights pretty restless. The location also isn’t ideal, with the surrounding roads under heavy construction. What surprised us the most was being charged 75k for accidentally breaking an ordinary glass. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the experience missed the mark.

Masażystki dobrze masujące- polecam. Ręczniki sugeruje aby wymienić na nowe. Niestety były bardzo nieładnie pachnące mimo codziennej wymiany. Klapki i gabka pod prysznic nie powinny być po poprzednich klientach. Umywalka w której schodziła bardzo słabo woda. Komfort na stole do masażu mógłby być poprawiony. Bardzo nieświeży ręcznik pod twarzą na stole do masażu. Obok na placu zieleni trochę śmieci. Widok z okna łazienkowego - „przydałoby się trochę oczyścić”. Przydałaby się dodatkowa półka nad komoda na rzeczy podróżne. Trochę hałasu przez płot gdyż był remont sąsiedzki - ale teraz to podobno norma na bali ;)

Tle location is a bit further from the busy streets of Ubud, which was a huge plus for us, as we could rest after a day of sightseeing. A big thank you for the Mandala staff for making our stay perfect!

Il y a du choix pour le petit déjeuner, c’est copieux et très bon! Il n’y a pas d’insonorisation, si vous êtes au rez-de-chaussée et que les voisins du dessus sont bruyant la nuit peut être compliqué. Nous avons eu le cas juste la première nuit mais des bouchons d’oreilles sont mis a disposition si besoin

Ils nous ont trouvé un chauffeur au dernier moment tard le soir pour le lendemain matin. Possibilité de laisser son bagage après le Check out. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande ! Pas facile d’accès pour certains véhicules (rue étroite)
• Lucy (10/5): Beautiful stay amazing breakfast and staff - We enjoyed all aspects of the mandala suites, from the variation to pick from for breakfast to the incredible pool. Although the road to the suites is small we had no issues from grab taxis to and from, staff also advised they could book taxis that would go down there. Staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms are beautiful.

• Ana (8/5): Una estancia que repetiría, muy agradable - Es muy bonito todo, el lobby, la piscina, la habitación es como una cabaña y te sientes totalmente arropado por la naturaleza de alrededor. Además, es muy acogedor. Cobran un plus por limpiar la habitación (no es mucho, pero creo que debería entrar en el precio), y al limpiar siempre dejaban la ventana del baño abierta, por lo que cuando llegábamos, nos encontrábamos algún que otro bicho en la habitación (y en Bali hay bichos de tamaño considerable).

Nos gustó el detalle del incienso en la puerta Quizás la ubicación por la complejidad para llegar para los coches (calle muy estrecha). Resto todo maravilloso
• Shelley (8/5): Een oase van rust in een mooie en ruime kamer! - Een oase van rust in de Mandala suites. Heel sfeervol, mooi en onwijs vriendelijk personeel. De locatie is niet ideaal met de smalle weg naar het hotel, maar wij hadden veel en veel erger verwacht op basis van de reviews. Iedere grab of taxi is ons op komen halen of heeft ons voor de deur weer afgezet. Wij vonden de rust wat uit het centrum juist prettig. Het bed was heerlijk en de badkamer is prachtig. Het enige nadeel was de gehorigheid van de kamers, iedere stap van de gasten boven je kun je horen helaas. Het heeft ons verblijft alleen niet minder leuk gemaakt.

• Albert Also (9/5): Relax y desconexión en Mandala Suites - El ambiente del lugar es maravilloso, se respira mucha calma, y el apartamento es muy agradable. El personal es muy amable. Y la comida del restaurante está muy buena. La limpieza es excelente. Para mi calidad precio muy bueno. Gracias a su ubicación, el sitio es muy tranquilo, pero es de difícil acceso. A veces hay problemas cuando intentas acceder con un grab, ya que la calle de acceso es muy estrecha y algunos conductores ponen pegas.

• Colleen Andrée (7/5): Sympa, mais de loin pas le meilleur hôtel d'Ubud - L'hôtel est globalement bien. Le lit est confortable et le personnel est adorable. La piscine est au soleil qu'un tout petit moment vers midi. La chambre est assez petite. L'accès a l'hôtel est difficile... il faut prendre une route très étroite qu'il est difficile d'emprunter pour les voitures. Le.petit déjeuner est très cher pour les quantités. Se qui nous a toutefois le plus dérangé, c'est qu'il s'agit de cabannes a 2 étages. Nous étions en bas et avons subi chaque mouvement des voisins du dessus. Les planchers grinces énormément. Nos voisins ne sortaient visiblement pas beaucoup de leur chambre et avaient en plus décidés de faire des randonnées entières dans leur cabannes tout les matins (en plus, en marchant sur les talons...) ! Très désagréable !
• René (10/5): Paradijsje!!!! TOP! - De ligging van de accommodatie was erg mooi. De weg er naar toe was slecht, hobbelig en smal. Maar was de moeite meer dan waard! De weg naar de accomodatie toe was slecht. Klinkt een beetje onnozel, maar de föhn blies alleen maar "koude" lucht.
• Melanie (7/5): Nett aber mit Schwächen - Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage. Die Poolarea sieht nett aus, wobei es die Poolbar nicht mehr gibt. Es war sauber. Das Zimmer war nett dekoriert bei unserer Ankunft. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker und das Personal war nett. Kein einziges Autotaxi brachte uns oder holte uns von der Unterkunft ab. Das hieß, dass wir um 2 Uhr nachts im Regen zu Fuß mit 20 kg Gepäck den hügeligen, löchrigen Weg gehen mussten. Das wurde aber nicht erwähnt. Das Zimmer war soo extrem hellhörig. Das Personal fing um 2 Uhr nachts meistens an miteinader zu sprechen und die Sessel zu rücken. Im Untergeschoss hört man alles vom oberen Stock. Das Bett war für uns persönlich sehr hart und roch etwas modrig im Zimmer. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer selber, sowie Ablageflächen könnten definitiv verbessert werden.

Petit coin de pa - La disponibilité et le service des employés, le restaurant, le service laundry, la propreté Pour certains Gojek l’accessibilité était difficile donc on a eu plusieurs refus lors des commandes de taxis sur l’application. On a néanmoins aimé l’endroit car loin du bruit de la ville, l’hôtel est au calme

• laura (10/5): - Had a lovely stay here the staff are really accommodating and friendly they let me have my breakfast early when I had to leave early for the airport. The location is abit out of town which I personally think is much more preferable to being in town considering how bad the traffic is now, you can walk through the jungle right from the hotel. The pool area is beautifully maintained and when I stayed no other guests seemed to use it. The hotel is really peaceful and quiet I did get noise of the people walking above me as I was on one of the lower rooms but I think it was just the way the floors are built- would probably benefit from a rug being put down. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was so comfy I slept really well. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Ubud.

• Ruth (9/5): Peaceful at Mandala Suites - Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast on my balcony. Meals were delicious. Staff friendly. Quiet at night, no street noise. Loved hearing the frogs when eating dinner. Lovely dining space.
• beyza (7/5): Genel anlamda yeterli ve fiyat/performans oteliydi. - Tesisin konumu Ubud merkeze yakındı. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği menüsü yeterliydi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz yardımsever ve güleryüzlü insanlardı. Odalar temizdi. Tesise giden asfalt bir yol yoktu ve bu nedenle ulaşım zorlayıcıydı. Biz oradayken havuz kullanıma kapalıydı ve bu tatil yapan biri için oldukça kötüydü. En önemlisi, 2 katlı bungalovlar olduğundan üst katın tüm sesleri (adım sesleri ve gece sesleri) sanki bizim odamızda gibiydi.
