• Rodríguez Fierro (10/5): Tranquilidad al lado del mar, paseos, comida. - Amplio, mucho espacio, nuevo, confortable, terraza en la entrada, aparcamiento. Zona tranquila, caminando a dos minutos de la playa de Melenara y Charca de Taliarte, cerca de playa de Salinetas; restaurantes, terrazas, supermercado, farmacia; paseo marítimo excelente, sin ruidos, sin vehículos; hasta dos kilómetros de paseo marítimo hasta La Garita, para hacer deporte, caminar, sentarse en sus bancos a leer, descansar, con vistas hacia el mar y costa. Lo recomiendo. Está todo bien.

• Weronika (5/5): Mixed feelings - The location was great, very close to the beach (which is really pretty), it’s easy to find a parking space in the street or use the reserved space in front. The owners were kind and communication went smoothly. The property is a garage turned into a flat so it’s hard to make it cozy. We had an issue with water leaking from the washing machine and kitchen sink. The water flowing though pipes on the ceiling was pretty loud. It’s hard to air out the place with only front door-window to open.
• joachim (4/5): Garage mit Geruch - Mind. 2 sehr nette Restaurants in der Nähe (Rubio & Sendero) Sehr Nette Pasteleria / Panaderia in Fußentfernung (La Malerna) Das Appartement ist eine umgebaute Garage, es gibt also nur Licht über das ehemalige Garagentor (jetzt Tür / Fenster mit Milchglas) – Nachts sehr viel Licht, tagsüber sehr wenig. Direkt über dem Bett verläuft die ungedämmte Abwasserleitung einer darüberliegenden Toilette. Das Appartement ist von einem durchdringenden Betongeruch geprägt (so wie in Treppenhäusern von Bürogebäuden), sicher auch dadurch bedingt, dass nur schlecht gelüftet werden kann. Die Sitzplätze auf der Terrasse (also der Garageneinfahrt) müssen Morgens erst von herumfliegendem Müll (Papier / Plastik) befreit werden. Der Charme ist begrenzt. Umbauten eher laienhaft (Regenwalddusche, die das Badezimmer flutet) bzw. sehr günstig ausgeführt. Wir haben uns die letzten Tage geschenkt und sind lieber umgezogen.
• Italo (5/5): - La zona muy tranquila El mal olor en el baño y el fregadero. Un tubo de desawe descubierto sobre la cama. Al despertar lo primero que vez es el tubo. Y una bomba de achique que sonaba a cada rato que se usaba el baño

• Oksana (10/5): - Понравилось все. Хорошее расположение, всегда было где припарковать машину, очень уютное жилье для одной пары. Рядом пляж с хорошей набережной. Также рядом находится магазин. Это очень выручало, когда забыли что-то купить))) Мне не хватало только зеркало. Было одно, что над раковиной и для меня немного высоко.
• Harald (10/5): - Grosse schön dekorierte Ferienwohnung Hinten etwas dunkel und schlecht durchlüftet. Badezimmer angenehm groß allerdings könnte ein Duschvorhang helfen
