• Guest (1/5): worst - nothing We came to the Hamory Guesthouse in the morning. There were very rude wife and husband. Wife first refunded our first half payment to my card which already paid via booking. Then she said we have to pay by cash. Then i went to outside to take a money from my bag. The wife following me to downstairs and looking us very rudely. Then she said something to the the husband and he came down and picked up our luggage to upstairs. They think that we will not stay there. My husband was angry and argued with them to take our luggage. Suddenly the wife fall in down at the street and husband called to the police. Ha ha. I think that is not a first time. Police officers came there. They wanted money and no refund. We paid and came out. I didn't want to stay there even for a few minutes. How could be act like them. Now i am reading many complaints about them. Pathetic fraudster wife and husband. How did they live and become like this? On the other hand, I feel very sorry for these person. God bless them. They must have had a very bad life up until now. I booked many times by booking. First time i met like these people.

• kpanda (5/5): - ・とにかく立地が良い。駅から近いだけでなく、飲食店やショッピングモールも近いため、テイクアウトをするにも一人飯をするにも、食べに出かけるのが楽だった。 ・オーナーご夫妻が、顔を合わせるたびに挨拶してくださるなど感じが良かった。 ・清潔だった。 ・シャワーの温度も水圧も十分で、地味にストレスフリーだった。 ・大通りに面し、夜は建物の前にも黄色いテントが並ぶが、夜中でも外の音は気にならず、静かだった。（隣の部屋との壁は薄いため、夜中、隣の宿泊客に遠慮なく喋られるとうるさかったが、、） ・４泊５日したが、タオルを替えてもらえず、新しいタオルがどこかに置いてあって自分で交換するとかでもなかった。お願いすれば替えてもらえたかとも思うが、４枚あったため順に使った。 ・部屋にティッシュペーパーがなく、持っていたポケットティッシュや、予備で置かれていたトイレットペーパーを使った。 ・建物入口のドアを開けると、目の前にある狭くて少し急な階段を上がらないといけないため、スーツケースを持っての昇り降りは少し大変。（オーナーご夫妻がいるときは手伝ってくれた）

• Anzhelika (10/5): - Расположение 10 из 10, приветливый персонал, было прохладно в комнате, но обогреватель спасал ситуацию. Всё таки зима в Корее. Очень удобно рядом остановка лимузина до аэропорта. Чистая постельное белье и есть все принадлежности для принятия душа.

• 谷 (5/5): 1人で泊まるには良い、友達と泊まると気まずい。 - 地下鉄、バスの駅に近い。 オーナーの方は簡単な日本語ならできるのでチェックインのコミュニケーションは困らない。 ウォーターサーバーがある。 部屋にヘアドライヤーがある。 温風の出る扇風機で部屋の温度を調整できる。 近くにsparexというスーパー銭湯がある。 ユニットバスだが、トイレの中にシャワーがある感じで実際に使うのは難しい。 温風の出る扇風機を使わないと寒い。 階段しかないので荷物を持って上がるのが大変。
• Francesc (7/5): Buenas ubicación y precio - La ubicación es muy buena, justo delante de la parada de bus que lleva al aeropuerto y justo en frente de dos lineas de metro. La estación central de tren esta a solo 3 paradas. Habitación sencilla pero con lo necesario, buen tamaño, ducha y baño limpios, para unos dias esta bien. Quizas las habitaciones necesitan de renovacion, las paredes tenian manchas, los enchufes y cables por el medio, toallas de ducha del tamaño de toallas pequeñas de mano...

• andrea (1/5): Subito presentato come scam, Booking.com non ha risolto nulla dopo due chiamate - Posizione, e solo quella. Esattamente davanti alla DDP. Pernotatamente subito dimostratosi scam. Prima ancora di arrivare ci e' stato scritto un messaggio, tramite Booking, per cui appena arrivati avremmo dovuto pagare nuovamente la camera con una carta diversa dall'originale (sottolineo che la camera era già stata pagata) ed in un secondo momento, il primo pagamento ci sarebbe stato riaccreditato. Sembrataci subito strana questa cosa, abbiamo immediatamente chiesto di annullare, annullamento negato. Subito dopo abbiamo contattato l'assistenza clienti di BOOKING.COM per ben due volte chiedendo di risolvere la situazione, e dopo due chiamate l'assistenza non ha risolto un bel niente. Risultato siamo dovuti arrivare dall'altra parte del mondo con l'ansia (cosa che in una vacanza non dovrebbe essere compresa mai) e siamo stati obbligati a pagare nuovamente la camera per poter accedere. Il fantomatico rimborso del primo pagamento deve ancora esserci riaccreditato dopo due settimane e se volete ridere vi dico anche che la struttura ci ha segnalati come non paganti per poter riavere il riaccredito delle tariffe. ORA SCRIVO IN CAPSLOCK CHE IL PROBLEMA DI TUTTO QUESTO E' SI DELLA STRUTTURA MA ANCHE DI BOOKING.COM CHE PERMETTE QUESTE COSE, DAL MOMENTO CHE ERANO STATI AVVERTITI CON LARGO ANTICIPO DEL PROBLEMA. Chiudi dicendo che di 4 hotel prenotati in Corea del Sud con questa piattaforma, due erano scam, ben il 50%. Fate i vostri conti e valutate con chi prenotare il prossimo viaggio.

• cindy (8/5): - The location right in front of the airport bus drop off makes it so easy to arrive and depart from the guest house. Our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight and they waited patiently to check us in. The room was more than adequate for two people with small luggage. The water pressure for showering was great. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Anywhere we wanted to go was 30 min to an hour walk - all the neighborhoods that have stuff to see and do. The subway stop is very close if you want to take the train. The guest house is directly across from Dongdaemun Design Plaza - a must see - and if you want to experience a Korean Jimjillbang (Sauna) Sparex is very close - 3 minute walk. We would stay here again. Nothing
• YUKARI (7/5): 寝るだけなので満足 - 立地が最高！鍵がなく、暗証番号なので楽。 狭い急な階段。重いスーツケースを降ろすのに、手伝ってはくれません。
• 晴 (10/5): - 環境很乾淨，地點又很好！下飛機可以直接搭機場巴士過來或地鐵都有到超級方便，晚上旁邊還有很多小攤販跟OY、百貨都可以逛。 老闆夫婦都很熱心，去的時候可以跟他們說一下會下來幫忙搬行李，如果有吃東西還是回收 要記得拿到二樓公共空間丟～缺什麼東西直接跟老闆他們說就好了，態度很親切，入住會給一張紙上面都有中文不擔心，樓下有CU、NIKE、NB還有換錢的都有。

• Yi-Siou (9/5): 這次在出發前幾天遇到房東說因為銀行簽名問題所以先退刷現場再付即可，一開始有點擔心第一次遇到這樣的情況，但房東有提供退刷收據，還跟我們說可以理解我們的擔心，後來確實有退刷再重刷，且房東提早告知其實是沒問題的👌房東跟房東太太白天跟入住時間通常都 - 地理交通位子極佳。樓下就是超商跟機場巴士，走路幾部就有地鐵可搭。晚上有東大門夜市很熱鬧，還可以去對面的廣場走路，超多點可以逛！👍👍👍
• Jasmin Huang (9/5): 近地鐵交通方便，樓下有機場巴士，沒電梯較推薦給行李不多的人 - 交通方便，近東大門歷史文化公園站，三線交會，樓下又有機場巴士站 房間部分，門鎖是密碼鎖，空間以一個人住來說算大 沒電梯，樓梯有點陡，行李太多要注意 床偏硬，垃圾要自己拿出來丟

• HOU-CHANG (9/5): 只有樓梯，行李多的人需要辛苦一些。退房時房東太太很熱心幫我們搬行李下樓 - 三線地鐵交會，位置很棒、交通方便，仁川機場搭乘巴士直接在住宿門口下車。價格便宜，性價比高。 沒有

• Annelies (1/5): Do NOT book this guesthouse! - Absolute nothing. We have stayed in many hostels and guesthouses before, always with good experiences, never with any problems. This one was different, however. The alarm bells started ringing when the host asked us to pay again, saying he would refund the original payment. Since we already paid, we asked to be shown to our room. The host (the man) refused very rudely, started shouting and verbally abusing my partner. After discussing this with the woman for another hour, while the man continued cussing and drinking, refusing any assistance, we decided to pay again and trust the initial refund would be done. When we asked for the refund, the man tried charging our card a second time. As it was 11pm, and we had no other options, we decided to stay, but we knew there would be trouble. After checking out, the man made up “damage” which he used to threaten us for an additional charge. For all the beauty of the Korean country, and all the amazing people, this host is the exception. He is a fraud. A bitter and rude man and should honestly not be hosting a guesthouse. Tldr; do NOT book this guesthouse. Threatening, abusive and rude host Refusing amenities Fraudulent in payments and making up damage.
• ISOGAI (3/5): - おじさんは親切でした。 おばさんも4階からスーツケース一緒に運んでくれました。 1.部屋の匂いがなれるまできつかった。 2.虫がいた。 3.特にチェックインの時にカード支払いで済んでいるのにまたカードで支払いをされました。 おじさんもあとから気づいてマイナスのレーシト渡されましたが帰ってからダブル支払いになったら、またBooking.comさんに問い合わせいたしますので確認をよろしくお願いいたします。私的にはもう二度と止まらないです。

• Susan (8/5): Great location! Various restaurants nearby. The APM Mall is a good shop for wholesale items. - The guesthouse is just across Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station Exit 1. I'm not good at directions so a more visual instruction going to the guesthouse would be helpful. Upon going out of Exit 1, take the right turn (D1) and go up the stairs until you are at the street. Just take the crosswalk and you will find the guesthouse.

• Darren (5/5): Contact them before hand and ask what if the front door is locked - Nothing to mention..wifi is ok, only when they get it working Its not mentioned of course but the best way to get there is to exit the Dongdaemun History and culture train station at exit 1.Turn right and walk up the steps which has the red love heart on it.Once you reach the above street, turn left and head to the 1st pedestrian crossing.Cross over and Hamony is on your right, next to an airport bus stop..Google maps went strange to tell me I can only get there via a bus. Hamony is opposite exit 1. They have no checklist before they hand over a room.1st night wifi wasnt checked to see if it works.They should check these things in front of you which means they go with you to your room to double check..Its such a simple action.Simply requires 2 legs.I solved my issue of the front door being locked and it was raining as well...Still cant belive no intercom or phone number on the front door.There is a coffee shop open next door..Some similar hotels work out a plan of action with the coffee shop.Shows not much thought has gone into many things. Maybe Im wrong but where on the booking.com did it mention they lock the front door around 7pm ? Maybe even earlier..Did it mention the hours of operation that their front desk is manned? Is there a intercom system if the door is locked when you arrive? Is there a telephone number on the door to ring if the door is locked? Once you book, do they send you extra information in relation to the times their reception is open and what to do if it isnt open for business? Seems to me thry want to be modern and have everything as a press pad door code..What happens if there is a malfunction? I had to change rooms and the room door code was the same as the previous room? Hmm, interesting...I suggest they get a copy of the E-Myth by Michael Gerber, in the Korean language.The lady is nice but its suited for the domestic market.Not international.Hamony mentions on booking.com thar rooms are sound proof.False.You can hear people pressing in their door code
• Narisara (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. it’s nearby the bus stop and the limousine bus no.6001 to get on or get off at Incheon Airport The owner(male) is not friendly and bad service, you can hear the subway and sound from beside your room (the room is not soundproof) there is no elevator.

Hosts speak enough English to settle you in. Room is clean and with all the necessary as a guesthouse so it was comfortable.

• Samia (1/5): No service. No comfort. - - -The room is not soundproof at all as you may find it in the description. The property is right on the main road, with cars and motorbikes at any hour as it is a very central area, with a night market right in front of the property, so bring some ear plugs. If you say this to the property, they will claim that “In 8 years noise didn’t happen and that you are too ‘sensitive’ ”. -If you happen to be there in winter, please also bring some very warm clothes as the small heater they provide you with does not cover the entire room and you can feel hard to stay because there is literally cold in the night. -Please be also aware that it is very close to a very big subway station and the trains almost will wake you up until late, as they seem to be right below. - There are no chairs in the room - They only provide with small towels and such Towels are very used. - Communication can be very hard for those who do not speak a Korean, as Korean is only spoken. and communication happens only on selected hours. - The reception is not really welcoming. - The stairs for going upstairs to the room are very narrow. - This property is very much priced for a service it does not actually offer. You could find much better for the same price with a much better service.
• Zilvinas (10/5): Great choice! - Amazing place in the huge intersection of 3 big metro lines. So you can easily get basically anywhere in the city. Amazing owners/staff, very helpful and friendly! Hated the bathroom integrated showers, they make your whole bathroom wet. But is Korean thing, you will see that in most of the hotels.

The owners were also very friendly and helpful, highly recommend the guesthouse! We had to climb a flight of staircase up the guesthouse which wasn't a big issue.

• Caroline (8/5): worth the price considering the location - staff were super kind! i had two large pieces of luggage and they brought it up to my room w/o me needing to ask :) they also helped me bring it down at checkout. later in the night my a/c didn't turn on so i emailed them and ten minutes later they came by and fixed it so it was working well. seem like very kind people! also i could see ddp from my window which was pretty cool no elevator
