Guest Reviews
- Joan (6/5): A wonderful location in the middle of the village but the cottage felt a bit tired and unwelcoming - The location was ideal , in the centre of Brancaster Staithe, as our main focus was the Shanty Festival , so we could walk to all venues. The village is also well situated for exploring this part of Norfolk The cottage felt a little tired, and the sideboard did not feel like it had been cleaned for a while which was a little off putting although the rest of the cottage seemed clean. The welcome pack if it was intended was a package of bacon crisps and a bottle of wine in the fridge , which was not a problem, it just felt underwhelming and unwelcoming, almost better if there was nothing. The other issues were the only draws for the main bedroom had 2 broken draws, as there were no other storage apart from 3 hooks for the room this was a real issue . The shower also was blocked on our last night which was too late to report before we left so we left a note.
