• Tugba (4/5): - Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Konumu merkeziydi. Öncelikle biz 304 numaralı odada kaldık. Otelde asansör çalışmıyordu ama bunu dert etmedik çünkü taşımamız gereken az eşyamız vardı. Bu otele rezervasyon yaparken bize vaad edilen şey yüksek hızlı internet bağlantısıydı ve benim online bir dersim vardı. Odaya çıktığımızda önce internet bağlantısı vardı ve sonra bağlantı kesildi. Maalesef dersimi yapamadım. Vakit geçirmek için televizyon izlemek istedik internet bağlantısı olmadığı için televizyon da izleyemedik.Otele giriş yaptıktan hemen sonra internet bağlantısı ile ilgili hem bookingden hem de otel görevlilerinin daha önce bize ulaştıkları whatsapp numarasından onlara defalarca mesaj attık ve aradık. Fakat kimseye ulaşamadık. Kimse problemimizle ilgilenmedi. Ertesi gün biz otelden ayrıldıktan sonra "problemi çözeceğiz" diye mesaj atmışlar. Ama bizim bir işimize yaramadı sonuç olarak. Uyumak en iyi seçenek olacak gibi göründü. Bu sefer de odanın baktığı taraftaki merdivenlerde bir gurup insan alkol alıp yüksek sesle gürültü yaptılar. Saat sabah 4 de sonunda gitmeye karar verdiler ve merdivenleri boşalttılar. Böylece uyumak için uygun bir ortam oluştu. Sonuç olarak buradaki konaklamamız bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Özellikle hiç bir görevliye ulaşamamız çok korkutucuydu ve güvenliksizdi. Sonuçta tek problem internet oşmayabilirdi. Daha büyük bir problem yaşansaydı da kimseye ulaşamayacaktık. Sonuç olarak burada kalırsanız rahat bir uyku için 304 numaralı odada kalmayın ve erişilebilir bir internet bağlantısı olup olmadığını sorgulayın.

• Sánchez (10/5): ¡Increíble que un lugar así sea tan barato! - Tanto la ubicación como la relación calidad precio del lugar son excelentes. Además, creo que el lugar es mas bonito en persona que en las fotos. Lo digo porque la habitación era más acogedora de lo que las imágenes podían mostrar. A veces se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas y de la calle.

• Rommy (10/5): Me pilló la tecnología - Es probablemente el mejor servicio que he recibido en relación al precio pagado. Casi una anécdota, llegamos muy tarde en la noche y no sabíamos que había que tocar la cerradura para que se iluminará la pantalla. En el momento pensamos que no podríamos acceder.

• Alfredo Rodriguez (10/5): Excelente, un poco de ruido pero estoy mas que acostumbrado. - La zona es muy buena, queda cerca de los lugares turísticos de Valparaíso así como de una estación de camión (que no usé) y también de una del metro. En la noche hay bares cercanos en los 3 días que estuve fui a 2 y me la pasé increíble. El lugar esta bonito espacioso, y limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia agradable. En la noche coinciden todos en que las calles están solitarias, y sí, las calles en la noche se vacían y en ocasiones sí te sientes un poco solo, pero la realidad es que está tranquilo. Hay ruido de los vecinos de las otras recámaras se escucha todo, también por ejemplo el último día escuchaba una fiesta en la madrugada, a mí sinceramente no me afectó ni me incomodo porque estoy más que acostumbrado, pero quizá a otras personas les parezca algo molesto, a mi no.

• Jennifer (10/5): Muy buenas vacaciones - Me gustó todo, la habitación muy cómoda en todos los aspectos, ya que tiene una cama cómoda, grande, también con loza, cubiertos para poder comer dentro de la habitación, toallas en el baño, tv con cable (canales nítidos) sin problema y sobretodo por el tiempo que nos hospedamos nos otorgaron un día de aseo de la habitación, lo cual se agradece. Todas estas cosas hacen que uno quiera volver a hospedarse aquí. Nada, todo era perfecto.

• Laura (8/5): Great location and decent for a short stay - I appreciated having a mini fridge, toaster oven, kettle, and some basic utensils in the room. It’s a great location for exploring. I liked the tasteful, minimalist decoration and the tiny little balcony in the room. Its also great that they offer laundry service! The sheets and towels had a sickly sweet smell from the laundry detergent, it would be better to use unscented detergent for any guests with allergies or sensitivities. I had a light in the ceiling the flickered randomly even when all the lights were switched off. Heating appears to be a boiler system so no on demand heating for unseasonable cool summer / fall evenings, although they provided extra blankets. The electric hobs in the kitchen were a little sketchy and started smoking when I turned it on like there was oil or grease on there. The floors creak so if there’s a person in the room above you you can hear every time they take a step or move something across the floor, so I wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.

• m (9/5): Well designed hotel - I like I like the concept, the room was big enough, and it was clean a kitchen for everybody, which you cook whatever you want, free water! The staff was weird I mean she was OK when I checked in but when I checked out, I just said I liked the hotel, but she didn’t say anything it was like I was talking to a wall. The rest was perfect.

• Maria (6/5): Naja - Die Leute der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben erst das dritte Zimmer akzeptieren können. Das reservierte Zimmer hatte gebrauchte Bettwäsche aufgezogen, das konnte man riechen und es gab Haare im Bett. Der Balkon war unbegehbar wegen viel Vogeldreck und die Aussicht sehr traurig auf verfallene, leere Häuser...Das zweite Ersatzzimmer, ein ähnliches Problem und roch schlecht. Im dritten Zimmer war soweit alles einigermaßen, aber war dann zur Hauptstraße raus und sehr laut. Daß der Stadtteil schwierig ist, wird auf der Seite von Booking auch nicht klar. Obwohl das dritte Zimmer keinen Balkon mehr hatte, blieb der Preis... Auch die Dusche war zwar sauber, aber wie so oft wird Schimmel mit Silikon einfach zugedeckt...

• pablosoza (8/5): - La ubicación y las instalaciones, las camas y el baño están muy bien. Mala aislación en las ventanas que en nuestro caso daban a la escalera del chivato. Hubo carrete todas las noches y costaba conciliar el sueño. Sería importante reforzar la aislación sonora.

Al lado hay una cafetería que tiene deliciosos cafés y croassanes rellenos. En la estadía necesite una impresión de un texto y la recepción fue muy amable para solucionar mi consulta. Volveriamos sin duda! Nada.
