• Milica (3/5): - bed comfort and hygiene were good In the evening when we arrived in the bathroom there was no hot water for showering, we contacted the staff and they said they would solve the problem. In the morning, there was no hot water either at the sink or in the shower cabin, and not even in the evening. The water was neither lukewarm, but ice cold. They only fixed the "breakdown" the next day, so for the first two days we showered with ice water. I think that even though it is a shared bathroom and there are a lot of users, it should provide basic needs.

• Bohdanová (7/5): - Výhodou bola blízkosť stanice aj letiska. Pešo cca 10 minút od každého. Na prespatie na 1-2 noci obstojné. Na izbe ani kuchyni nebol stôl ani stoličky. Kuchyňa bola aj práčovňou :( . Po požiadaní nám personál dal stolík a 2 stoličky z vedľajšej izby :) - tak potom chýbali asi tam. Personál by mal urobiť údržbu kúpeľní - chýbal tam sprchový šampón, WC bolo rozbité. Z vedľajších izieb aj kúpeľne bolo počuť hluk.

• Emilie (10/5): - Très bonne communication avec l'équipe. Tout est très propre et la bouteille d'eau et le chocolat d'accueil ont fait plaisir. Situé entre la gare et l'aéroport. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied.
• Chax (4/5): - The bed was comfortable. It wasn't located at the original address. But apparently, it's their secondary location. It stated their rooms were quiet, they were absolutely not! There was supposed to be a shared kitchen area, but that was just a dumping place for the cleaner. There was also supposedly a terrace. Again, there was not. It was a super small balcony filled with a trashcan and stuff. Left pur luggage before departure, had to pay an extra 5 euro. And when we came back for pick up, we had to wait for the person to come to the location, cause unlike the advert, there is NO reception here, and when he arrived the person didn't even talk to us. Just went upstairs without letting us know, he was there for us. Since it is a community building with other residents, it wasn't clear, he was the one to help us. Overall, we were super disappointed.
• Francesca (1/5): - Purtroppo non posso valutare questa struttura dato che non sono riuscita ad entrare. Avevo prenotato per un ragazzo che è venuto a Pisa per suonare ad un evento. Dato che non sapevo quando sarebbe arrivato precisamente e da quanto scritto su booking il check in fisico era fino massimo le 22, il proprietario mi ha detto che avrei potuto fare il selfcheck in, logicamente mandandogli la foto del documento per la registrazione in struttura. Cosi è stato fatto, quindi mi ha mandato le informazioni per entrare. Essendo self check in pensavamo che si potesse fare a qualsiasi orario, dato che nessuno doveva essere li ad aprire, ma avrei solo dovuto seguire le istruzioni. Arrivati in struttura in nottata inoltrata, perche il ragazzo a cui avevo preso la stanza non era riuscito ad arrivare prima dell’inizio dell evento in cui doveva suonare, abbiamo seguito le istruzioni per entrare e ci siamo trovati davanti la cassetta di sicurezza senza chiavi al suo interno. Ho provato a contattare il proprietario che non mi ha risposto (era tarda notte quindi probabilmente dormiva) ma che non mi ha nemmeno riaposto nella giornata di domenica. Sinceramente ci sono rimasta molto male dato che ho pagato la struttura fino alle 11 della domenica (che sarebbe poi avvenuto il checkout) e perchè ci siamo trovati in una situazione spiacevole, senza poter entrare, in tarda notte e senza un posto dove farlo dormire. Avrei voluto maggiore comunicazione da parte del proprietario, che una volta visto che ancora non avevo ritirato le chiavi, avrebbe potuto mandarmi un messaggio per sapere, invece che sbattersene completamente e lasciarci in questa situazione. Allego foto della cassetta di sicurezza vuota e della richiesta di aiuto.
• Radúz (8/5): - Ubytovanie sme rezervovali v deň príchodu. Boli sme radi, že máme kde prespať. Bolo tam čisto. Pešia vzdialenosť k letisku. Spoločná kuchyňa a kúpeľňa. Chýbal toaletný papier. Po potvrdení rezervácie sa personál 4 hodiny neozval, nemali sme pokyny na self check-in ale našťastie hodinu pred nahláseným príchodom nám pokyny prišli. Treba brať ohľad na susedných turistov, počuť každý zvuk. Len sme prespali a o 3:30 ráno odišli na letisko.

• Helena (7/5): Dobrá poloha pro cestovatele - Prostorný jednolůžkový pokoj (s televizí a klimatizací - tu jsem nezkoušela). Sdílená koupelna a kuchyň (mikrovlnka, sporák, lednička) pro 4 pokoje. Apartmán je na hlavní cestě mezi letištěm (10 minut pěšky) a vlakovým nádražím (také 10 minut pěšky), cca 30 minut od Šikmé věže. Za rohem jsou potraviny Coop.fi. Z ulice nebyl slyšet hluk a celkově bylo uklizeno, jen by to chtělo trochu dotáhnout :) Pokyny k ubytování přišly přes WA (musí se poslat foto občanky/pasu). Za 5 dní mi z pokoje nikdo nevynesl koš (v kuchyni vynesené byly) nebo nevyměnil ručník. V kuchyni by to chtělo provést generální úklid a doplnit příbory. Přes dveře pokoje bylo slyšet, co se děje na chodbě. Ve sprše nefungoval moc odtok.

Everything you need available within 5 min walk Cleaning was surpringly good - seriously the cleaner guys deserve 5+ stars just for themselves. • Eliška (4/5): - Ubytování bylo čisté. V dobré lokalitě. V den check-in nám hostitel oznámil, že jsme ubytováni na jiné adrese, v jiném jejich apartmánu. Nebylo to sice nijak daleko od původního ubytování, ale dozvědět se to pár hodin před příjezdem je nemilé. Dále od 22 hodiny netekla voda až do našeho ranního odchodu. Nebýt toho, že jsme chtěli jen někde přespat blízko letiště, před odletem, tak to nebylo tolik omezující, zuby jsme si dokázaly vyčistit aspoň vodou z lahve kterou jsme na ubytování obdrželi. Nicméně kdybych měla v Pise trávit další den, dost by nás to naštvalo.

• John (9/5): Perfect for final night before travelling home. Comfortable stay and great value. - Great location for the airport. It was comfortable, clean and had plenty of space for clothes etc. Close to minimarket and really easy to get to. The shared bathroom is probably not ideal for longer stays but it was fine for one night. Wasn't quite clear if the bathroom next to room two was our own or shared with 1. Room next door was using it so maybe that could be clearer. The kitchen space was a bit of storage area as well. We weren't using it so it was fine. Maybe include some glasses in the room for drinks.

A 10-15 minutes de la Gare centrale de Pise, dans un quartier très calme. Nous avions la chambre donnant sur la rue et entendions clairement les voitures passer malgré que les fenêtres étaient fermés mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés.

Fácil de llegar. Camas cómodas y relativamente limpio. Se escuchaba mucho de la calle y los otros huéspedes aunque al menos yo no tuve problemas para dormir.

Pizzeria, bars are close enough. The furnitures in the kitchen and bathroom are overused. At least there should be some hand sanitizer in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness could be improved.

• Eva (7/5): It would be good if not the argument with the stuff. - It was clean and the apartment smell nice. It had tea in the kitchen. The kitchen was very big and very comfortable to cook. The shower was also good. They provided us with some shower gel & shampoo as well. And two good white towels. The view from the window was nice. I was afraid to pass in the corridor, because it had camera. The stuff wasn’t nice, while replying to us. They were texting from two different numbers and several times accused me of the fact that we answered them at 19:00 and not earlier instead of just normally processing the check-in. The send us a link to pay the city tax, which I was afraid to follow, because nowadays there are a lot of scammers who take your bank card details, if you follow the link. Anyway, they didn’t let me to send them money through Wise and insisted that we had to follow the link. So be ready you might get that kind of treatment if you stay with them.

• Mario (5/5): - Sono stato molto bene nell’appartamento dove ho alloggiato il 30 e il 31 dicembre, giorni dell’anno delicatissimi. Tutto nuovo, tutto funzionante, davvero bello: più che un alloggio sembrava di stare a casa propria, e questa cosa fa bene all’anima, molto più degli ambienti asettici degli hotel. Detto questo, due cose mi hanno lasciato davvero perplesso. In camera non ho trovato neanche un asciugamano, nemmeno uno piccolo: ho dovuto comprarne uno all’ultimo momento e, complice il periodo, mi è costato 29 euro. Pisa il 31 dicembre non è proprio il posto dove trovi alternative al volo. Seconda cosa: la macchinetta del caffè c’era, ma senza cialde. Cucina super accessoriata, per carità, ma senza le cose essenziali diventa complicato, soprattutto a Capodanno. Anche il bagno era ben fatto, ma senza asciugamani di fatto non sono riuscito nemmeno a farmi una doccia come si deve. Per questo motivo confesso che non ho lasciato i 5 euro della tassa di soggiorno sulla scrivania: al loro posto ho lasciato l’asciugamano che avevo comprato io, come piccolo “regalo” all’host, così la prossima volta farà più bella figura con gli ospiti. Nel complesso esperienza positiva, casa bellissima, ma su queste cose basilari bisogna stare più attenti.

• Denny (2/5): Kalte Zimmer und durchgängige Videoüberwachung. Sehr skurril - - Lage nur 10 min vom Flughafen Leider hatten wir kein schönes Erlebnis in dieser Unterkunft. Es waren nur 5 Grad in Pisa und der Gastgeber ließ uns vor der Tür warten, um alle Check- in Details zu klären, obwohl der Preis bereits vorab bezahlt wurde. Nur die Steuer hat er erst vor Ort abgerufen, statt sie vorher bereits zu veranschlagen. Auch beim dann übermittelten Self-Check in ging alles schief und die Tür blieb verschlossen, sodass der Eigentümer dann doch persönlich kam, um zu öffnen - erneut verlorene Zeit. Er war dabei arrogant und unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war total kalt, uns wurde erklärt, dass die Heizung nur zweimal täglich liefe. Aber wenn er weiß, dass er Gäste hat, hätte er die Heizung bereits am morgen anstellen sollen. In der ganzen Wohnung befinden sich Kameras!!! Darauf wird zwar hingewiesen, trotzdem finde ich es seltsam, dass ein Gastgeber seinen Gästen so wenig vertraut und den Innenraum überwachen lässt. Das Kopfteil unseres Bettes war völlig verdreckt und die Kloschüssel des Gemeinschaftsbades war locker Ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur abraten.

• Ana Cecilia (7/5): - Esta cerca del aeropuerto, yo tenia vuelo a las 5am y fui caminando sin problemas a esa hora d ela madrugada. Estaba todo limpio. Muy amable el chico que me recibió. Podes usar la cocina para preparar comida, hay heladera, microondas, etc. El colchón de la cama es muy blando, se nota que esta muy usado. Estuve en la habitación número 2.
