Theo (7/5): - Kids loved fishing from backyard. Table tennis and pool table kept them entertained. Plenty of room. Needs a clean.
Rui (2/5): Unclean & Unprofessional - We followed the checkout instructions, only to discover an additional cleaning fee charged to our card without our consent—no notice, no invoice, no explanation. Six days later after multiple chaser, we got a rude blank email with some unconvincing photos. The truth? The place was dirty when we arrived (hairs, stained blankets, a cockroach in the hair dryer which is disgusting). Worse, a faulty door slammed shut dangerously in the wind, injuring my wife’s hand. You pay for a safe, clean stay and basic respect. We received none of that. It took days of calling just to get that dismissive reply. This isn’t just about an unfair charge. It’s about a company that thinks it’s okay to take your money first, ignore you for days, and only answer when you force them to. You deserve clear communication and respectful service—not this. We've reported the case, but I'm sharing this so you can book with your eyes wide open.

Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing place, me and a few mates stayed here and was well deserved to get away and this is 100% recommended, bbq had old food sitting on there which we weren’t very happy about but besides that everything was wonderful
Melissa (10/5): Friendship keys is a beautiful location to come to. Kids enjoyed catching fish from the property and walking to get milk - The house had everything you needed. From space to activity to do on rain day with kids. Massive lounge room area and you can catch fish from you back door Nothing at all
