• Mandiemoo (9/5): Absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again. - Beautiful location - right on the golf course (13th/14th hole I believe). Extremely quiet and peaceful but it was during Christmas, and a half empty site so not too many people around. Plenty of facilities inside the property, t-bags, condiments, washing up liquid, shower soaps and shampoo/conditioner. Iron, airers, cooking utensils and cleaning products. Washing machine and dishwasher also provided. We booked an extra couple of nights while we were there as it was so homely and comfortable; lovely and warm with central heating and an electric fire (fans provided for the summer). Smart TV in lounge and both bedrooms. Power showers in both bathrooms. Extremely windy whilst we were there but you wouldn't even know from inside the property, very stable and no rain noise on the roof as you may expect in a normal caravan. Excellent communication with the host both prior to arriving through Booking.com and when contacted whilst on site for extra dates to book. Fab info booklet to help with both property and site details, surrounding area, emergency contact etc. Even a wee Christmas tree to add to the festivities. Just a couple of minor cleaning issues which I feel may have been overlooked by accident rather than poor service. One twin bed had been slept in and not changed (there was only one of us in the room so wasn't an issue) and there were a couple of dirty trays left in the oven. We wouldn't have noticed other than the fact that we needed them for use in the oven. Other than that the whole place was absolutely spotless, you could eat your dinner off of the floor. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or staying here again. It wasn't clear where the key safe was located and took a while to find it.

• Melanie (9/5): Great facilities, lovely surroundings and thoughtful touches - The facilities were perfect, brilliant to have so much in the kitchen to use for cooking, as well as body and hair wash in the showers and enough toilet roll for the family. Being on a golf course was a nice bonus, especially when we found a couple of golf balls on the nature trail! The children were so excited to find a TV in their room! It was also great to have 2 toilets. Not really the property, but we did have to drive quite a way to get to many of the places we went, including the beach. If we went on holiday around there again, we would maybe go a bit closer to King’s Lynn, however, this property was great 😃

The only thing that disappointed me was not being able to book swimming for me and my daughter. I will be going again . When I do I will be booking the swimming straight away. A lesson learned

• Mike (8/5): great location and very comfortable but limited access to facilitie. - great location and very comfortable, quiet and restful. tried to book swimming pool and Sauna was told no availability and closed at 5pm - the Sunday lunch wasn’t great. Meats were all over cooked and dry.
