• Angela (8/5): Nice Apartment - Clean and modern in a great location There wasn’t enough hot water for 2 people to shower. We visited in December and it was cold this year, there didn’t appear to be any form of heating and no instructions for air con units if they actually supplied heat that is so we used additional blankets out of the spare room.
• Ralph (10/5): Had an excellent stay in this well located & appointed apartment. - The property is very nice, & comfortable. The rooms are clean and well looked afer. The kitchen area is well appointed with all the appliances you would expect. It has an oven that is also a microwave & grill, it is a bit difficult to work out how to use it. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean and with decent sized shower. The apartment I stayed in had a balcony with views over the city rooftops towards the new town end of Benidorm. The apartment is in a residential apartments block & most of the apartments are occupied by residents. It is in a great location in the old town area with easy access to local transport links taxis & buses (only 5 to 10 minutes walk away) shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are many in the area. The Levante beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. The staff at Mundo booking.com office where I picked the keys (only a 150 meters away from the apartment) were helpful and polite. I would certainly stay there again. There is nothing that I didn’t like.

• Beatriz (10/5): - Lo nuevo que esta todo, el sofá súper cómodo las camas tambien muy bien y el baño muy bonito y cómodo. Que no tiene persianas y entra luz en las habitaciones porque las cortinas no son opacas.

• Barry (8/5): Very good - The apartment was excellent. Comfortable, spacious, very clean and well maintained. A lovely accommodation. The lift not working for the first nine days was a problem with the property being on the fourth floor. Checkout was marred by some lack of communication.
• Sarah (5/5): Passable - The apartment is modern with some good amenities and very well situated. The lift was not working for the full two weeks we were there and hasn't been for some time, we were on the 4th floor and were not made aware of this before travelling. I would NOT have booked this apartment had I been aware. The apartment lacks ventilation so the beds and clothes feel damp, the shower doesn't provide enough hot water for one person to shower let alone a family, and then also Leaks water into the shower room. Not all amenities were available that were listed on the booking website.
