• Lena (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückgezogen, Blick auf den Teide ist sehr schön und unten nur ein ruhiger Parkplatz. Nachts hört man durch die dünnen Fenster noch lange die Musik der Bars und Restaurants unten in der Straße.
• Sandra (8/5): - Toller Balkonblick auf Teide, gute zentrale Lage, hat alles in der Nähe in der Nacht etwas lärmig von den Bar Besuchern. Keine deutschen Sender

• Karin (5/5): - Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr bequemes Bett. Ausstattung Zweckmäßig. Tolle Handtücher und das Beste.... eine Waschmaschine. Ausstattung Balkon etwas dürftig. Lage auf keinen Fall wie bei Booking auf Karte ersichtlich, sondern an einer Hauptkreuzung mit ständigem Verkehr. Abends - Spätnachts Beschallung von allen Seiten, ab 5 Uhr wieder Lieferverkehr.

• Martina (6/5): Für meine Zwecke und als Einzelgast war es ok, aber ich würde es nicht für einen romantischen Urlaub - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Ausstattung war ok, wenn auch sehr minimal. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmachine was sehr angenehm ist. Relativ weit vom Strand, und durch die zentrale Lage auch sehr laut bis in die späte Nacht. Die Dusche, zumindest die Armaturen, müssen dringend erneuert werden. Die Beschichtung ist abgeplatzt und darunter kam Rost hervor. Anscheinend riecht es in der Gegend sehr stark nach den Kanälen und leider hat sich das auch im Bad wiedergespiegelt. Die Badetür mußte immer aufbleiben.

• Rodriguez (8/5): Recomendado - Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue la simpatía de la dueña y la limpieza . Estaba impecable. La ubicación es excepcional y aunque no tenga parking era fácil encontrar sitio por la zona. Lo que menos me gustó es el olor de la zona . Es cierto que la calle tiene un olor a cañería constante . Pero de eso no tiene culpa el alojamiento.

• Grace (8/5): Very good - Great location, nice apartment with everything I needed. Good communication and Silvana was very friendly. I didn't like that the day before departure I was asked to make sure that I washed any dirty dishes and to take the rubbish out to the bins in the street below.

• Kristýna (9/5): Lovely place with spacious balcony and rooftop swimming pool. It’s perfect for vacation, where you spend most of the tim - It was a well situated place, small but cozy - exactly what you need for vacation. The balcony was very lovely and spacious. We found the mattrass a bit too soft but that’s a matter of preference. Sometimes it was rather loud outside (all these older people dancing in a bar nearby) but it was managable.
• Miriam (9/5): Superb - Centrally located next to many restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop with lines to multiple places on the island. Well equipped for its small size. We found the apartment quite noisy at night (music from bars, shouting from neighbouring apartments and vehicles driving past). It is not very well soundproofed.
