Siamo stati svegliati nel mezzo della notte da quelli che stavano sopra di noi, probabilmente tornati dopo la serata al pub, solo che erano molto rumorosi e fastidiosi.

• Viktoriia (9/5): Уютное и приятное место - Комната действительно очень светлая и чистая, нигде не было ни пыли, ни плесени, приятный аромат, чистое и мягкое постельное и полотенца, чайник, фен, обогреватель, вода, фрукты, печеньки, очень приятные хозяева, достаточно места для парковки Единственный недостаток - одна общая ванная комната с туалетом на все комнаты и была все время очередь, особенно утром, когда ты торопишься, а тебе нужно ждать или намного раньше встать, чтобы занять раньше соседа😃

Most Most disappointing Are our B/B’s becoming extinct ? - Continental Breakfast was advertised which I was led to believe would be available but when I presented for Breakfast was told by the host no Breakfast- I could have tea and coffee in my room!Now as a complete stranger to the location on a Sunday morning out in “the middle of nowhere” in the countryside can you imagine how I felt! If Its only Bed that’s being offered that should be made very clear on the site No signage was visible re the guest house location My sat nav took me to the wrong house by 2 When I finally located the residence I saw a small little sign saying Acrewooda house which was practically covered by greenery I did mention this to Val and he said a sign was in process of being procured.Another thing the idea of a shared Bathroom does not appeal to me meeting other guests first thing in the morning coming from the bathroom.

• Simba (10/5): Very comfortable. Met one of the sons when dropping keys and checking out, he was very nice. Lovely family - Val was extremely welcoming and took the time to provide some history on the area specifically the hills of Tara I’m use to a later check out perhaps 11 or 12pm
• Aultman (10/5): Wonderful accomodations near Newgrange/Bru na Boinne! - Perfect setup for our family of five. We rented two rooms. All rooms share a bathroom. Mary and Val were fantastic! They were so helpful and even knew to suggest we go up to Fox's Pub because Wednesday night is trad music night! It was great! We had a problem getting the radiator to work and it took a few tries but Val and Mary kept on working with us until we had it nice and toasty!

Very clean, beds and linens very comfortable and soft, spacious bathroom and good hot water once it’s running. Daily fresh towels and basket of fruit and snacks was a really thoughtful touch. We were attending a wedding at Ballamagarvey Village and this place was a 10 minute ride away, which is a relief after a whole day of festivities. We were always rushing out but on the occasion that we caught the host (apologies, name slipped), he was so kind and friendly!

• Natalia (10/5): Mary y Val se portaron increible con nosotros - Mary estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nuestro confort. No hubo problema en que nuestro check-in fuera tarde de madrugada. Además, nos dejaron una cestita preparada en la habitación con desayuno ya que nuestro check-out era antes de la hora de desayuno. Un encanto y una casa chulísima. Sin duda una ubicación muy conveniente si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto (30 mins en coche) lo unico que podria decir es que no habia opcion de delivery food mas tarde de las 20:30 ya que es una ubicacion un poco remota.

We were there for a wedding and if there had been a choice we would have preferred a cooked breakfast. But this isn’t a criticism..just a suggestion. I would have liked a box of tissues in the bedroom as I hadn’t bought any tissues with me. Bathroom was great and shower was excellent. Key arrangements worked great for us. Book of information was excellent. Taxi services were excellent. Really appreciated help given when we arrived and realised we were in a rural area without a car!! Weather was awful but you couldn’t do anything about that!!,

The beds were comfortable, and our twin room was perfectly fine and very clean. Although the washroom was shared, it was spacious, spotless, and the shower was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful — especially Mary and another staff member who explained everything about nearby tourist places. The overall service was exceptional. They were kind enough to warm our food and even helped us pack what we carried. The overall service was exceptional, and we truly felt at home. The location was a little far from Dublin airport 35min, and the breakfast had limited options. However, the available continental breakfast, including bread, toast, tea, and coffee, was fresh and good.

• Nathalie (5/5): Nah am Flughafen mit Gemeinschaftsbad - Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist ideal. Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ, witzig und freundlich. Zum Glück gab es im Zimmer eine elektrische Heizung, die wir einschalten konnten. Self-check in ist auf Anfrage auch möglich. Hübsche und moderne Einrichtung. Das Zimmer war auch groß genug um vor dem Abflug nochmal alles im Koffer zu sortieren. Einen Wasserkocher und Tee gab es auch. Preis-Leistung passt für mich nicht zusammen, da es lediglich nur ein Gemeinschaftbad gab und man gerade morgens vor dem Flug schauen musste, dass man sich mit anderen Gästen nicht in die Quere kommt. Duschen ist limitiert auf maximal 5 Minuten. Im Badezimmer und unserem Zimmer war es sehr kalt. Es wird Frühstück ab 8 Uhr serviert. Leider mussten wir vorher los. Uns etwas abends für den nächsten Tag einzupacken, war nicht möglich. (Wieso nicht? Wo ein Wille ist...) Das Bett war so weich wie ein Marshmallow, sodass ich mich bei jeder Bewegung meines Partners, ebenfalls auf der Matratze bewegte, was sehr nervig war. Die Gläser waren leider schmutzig vom Geschirrspüler. Das WiFi Passwort war nirgendwo notiert, sodass ich es nicht nutzen konnte.

• Fleming (9/5): Really lovely homely accommodation - Perfect location for Emerald Park and the beds were very comfortable. Mary was so, so nice and friendly. The room was a great size and suited us for the night. Greeted by a super cute doggy on our way to our car in the morning, which is always a bonus for me and my kids. I’m quite sensitive to dust etc and the room had a mild musty smell. Luckily i had antihistamines with me. A tv would have been nice but I do understand the noise levels tvs create could be why there isn’t one. Otherwise I can’t fault the property.

• stacey (4/5): Very disappointed - The house was very stylish and full of history information. On arrival there was one single key to the house for multiple people/ rooms being used by other people. The kitchen was locked so had no access to water to wash up anything or to make more tea. The paper cups provided were used! Yes they were dirty cups. The SHARED bathroom had TWO over filled dirty bins on arrival, lids open showing the unsanitary waste! With very little toilet paper for multiple guests. It advertised breakfast from 8am how ever we were told they weren't doing it until 9am but had to leave before hand has our daughter had a competition starting at 9, so we had to seek food elsewhere! The house was freezing!! We had to use one plug in heater between our two rooms to heat my 6yr old little girl.

Perfect location for visiting Emerald Park (10 min)and all other gems Meath has to offer Newgrange, Hill of Tara, Battle of the Boyne, and much more. Would have no hesitation in staying here again on my next visit to county Meath. Nothing-everything was perfect. .
