• Evija (7/5): - Очень хорошее расположение, до основных обьектов удобно дойти или доехать. Квартира небольшая, но на двух человек в самый раз. Есть всё самое необходимое. Очень протекает душ, пол во всей ванне становится мокрым. Это крайне неприятно при выходе из душа. Также, заржавелая подставка под сушку посуды не придает аппетита. И заржавелая подставка под баночки в душе, не очень приятно мыться

• MARTA (4/5): Unpleasant place. - The operator informed US about car park- 5 euro per day. But car park did not exist. You can park on the street but cost-24 euro per day. Cheaper parking-8 euro par day is over a kilometre away. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning, especially the bathroom. Unpleasant small- the wet, dirty mop was locked in the wardrobe, which was supposted to be for clothes in sleeping room
• Liana (8/5): Стоит своих денег. Не стоит ожидать вау, но условия вполне хорошие. - Красивый интерьер, тихая улица и почти нет шума. Можно спокойно спать с открытым окном. Полноценная кухня где можно готовить. Хороший телевизор и интернет. Легкое заселение. Много удобств для жизни. Даже есть капсулы для стирки, соль, сахар, вся посуда. Проблемы с водой в здании, слабый смыв унитаза, медленно стекает вода в душе, звуки труб. Жестковатый диван.

• Julija Voit (8/5): Perfect green amd silent location close to city - Very silent, nature friendly and nice green location, Roberts was always great contact and help. The clean service was also perfect. It might be useful to get TV, the big mirror and some cleansing accessories, the shower might need refresh.

• Gintas (7/5): Miesto apžvalga - Tarp namu sodas . Namo kiemą prižiūri pora labai geriančiu žmonių  kurie laiptines sandėliuką pavertė šiukšlių konteinerių. Įžengus i laiptine  kvapas ne koks . Dabar apie kambarį . Atvykus plovėm kambario grindis , lova buvo paklota ant labai purvino užtiesalo . Sienos purvinos ,šaldytuvas nevalytas už švara 5 iš 10 .

• Nataliia (10/5): - Тихое место. Чисто и во внутреннем дворике, и в квартире. Квартира светлая и удобная. Мебель новая, телевизор, холодильник, посуда, поверхность для приготовления пищи, стиральная машина (в коробочке капсулы для стирки) и сушка для одежды, гладильная доска и утюг, чайник, моющее средство возле мойки, есть маленький пылесос в шкафчике при входе -все есть для комфортного проживания. На окнах есть затемняющие рулонные шторы, и белые воздушные шторы. В шкафу возле кровати лежат дополнительные два одеяла и подушка, чистая простынь и дополнительный комплект полотенец. В шкафчике есть, сахар, соль перец, чай, кофе. Вход во двор по коду. Мы пользовались стоянкой автомобиля. Она находится через пару домов. У нас возникла проблемка с заездом на парковку, которую хозяин быстро решил. На все мои просьбы быстро реагировал. Кому нужно тихое место для хорошего сна рекомендую.Курение в квартире и на територии запрещено. Для меня это был хороший плюс. Хотя пару раз в открытое окно доносился сигаретный дым. Единственное, что немного напрягло в первый день это въезд на платную парковку, которая находится через пару домов, в минутной ходьбе. Но потом хозяин быстро решил эту проблему.

• Jakub (10/5): - Byt je dobře zařízený. V kuchyni kromě vařeček nic nechybělo. V koupelně trochu horší odtok vody, ale nic co by dělalo problém. Postel byla velice pohodlná a moderní televize s možností Netflixu udělala radost. Chybějící klimatizace

• mark wigley (10/5): 2025 latvian adventure - It was just right for me as a solo traveller, only a few minutes ride on the bus to train station and origo centre, and about half an hour to riga old town. It would have been nice to have met the staff, however they were always in contact via email when I needed them
• Irene (9/5): Great stay, good for money 👌 - Great apartment overall. Kate was really helpful in guiding the check-in and their response time to fixing problem was superb (the smoke detector battery needed to be changed and they sent somebody to fix it in less than 20 mins). Really appreciated it! Kinda wished that the bedding for the sofa bed is better, the sofa was only covered by one thin sheet layer, the gap between the 2 sofa pieces kinda bothered us during our sleep. Wish the blanket was better as well. Cleanliness can be improved.

• Daniil (7/5): Наудивление, учитывая все недостатки, нам понравилось проживать в аппартаментах - Стиль и планировка помещений, чистый подьезд и территория. Тихий район. Уютно и комфортно! Кровать так вообще отличная! В душевой кабинке нехватало половины стеклянной перегородки, что приводит к образованию лужи на полу после принятия душа. Дверь в спальню не открывалась полностью и задевала паркет, и следы на деревянном полу тому доказательство. Ролет, что закрывает окно на кухне, был не в рабочем состоянии, хотя это не особо то и мешало. Жирная вытяжка. На лампах было немного пыли, а также столы и керамика были не совсем чистые. А также самое примечательное, что у дверцы шкафа было оторвано две петли

• Joni (8/5): - Washing machine was nice. Location and the apartment itself were a good value for the money, stay went smoothly. Shower drain was quite slow and also the hand shower didn't work.
• Nicole (7/5): Small and cosy residential flat. - It was very convenient to have an apartment, even though small. Saved some money being able to buy food and cook and could enjoy some calm evenings indoors. The apartment was small and had some beauty flaws but I enjoyed it and managed around the space without issues. It was a few blocks longer away from the city as I first though but its not bad, 20 minutes ish if you walk. Some stuff I liked better was: * There was some cooking oil, salt and Peppar provided. Which was golden. Tea and coffee also included. * Washing machine was extremely helpful as my journey continued even after Riga. Washing tablets also included. * They sent an online 'brochure' with everything about Riga, what to eat, to do, how to get around. It was very helpful for a quick read especially about local transportation. As about I thought it would be a bit closer to the city, but I'm also stubborn and walk everything or ride a scooter. 😅 It's three flights up with no elevator, you must be able to carry your own luggage. There are local supermarkets around but their quiet expensive so maybe plan your shopping a little and buy from a bigger store. It's what I could think off.

• Evanthia (9/5): Comfortable and clean studio with all you need - Modern and comfortable room with big kitchen and bathroom for a longer stay. Clean room, close to mini market and cafe. Easy and flexible check in/out It is a bit far away, if you walk to walk till the old city of Riga but if weather is good you can enjoy the walk and get an idea of the modern city too. There is no elevator. If you have big luggage be prepared ;)

• kurkuma (10/5): Cosy, clean and spacious! - The apartment was really cosy, clean and spacious - above expectations! On the first day the water draining in the shower was slow, but the owners solved it as soon as I informed them. We had a great time. 20-30 min walk to most locations in the center, but that was still very fine for us.
• Jakovļeva (10/5): Good place, good sleep - Quiet place to stay and enjoy city. This place takes step forward by allowing easy access to all recycling bins (glass, paper, plastic, metal and food scraps/waste). In apartment washing capsules is provided, as well as cooking condiments and oil. All to have lovely stay. At one point seemed a water from shower doesn't go away as fast.

• Justinas (9/5): Good value for the price. Nice and accomodating host. - Quiet neighbourhood, private yard under locked gates. Not too far from the downton (about 30 min walk to Downtown Riga and pretty much same distance to the Riga arena). Remote check-in and flexible host. It was cold outside and therefore in the apartment as well. Would have loved to have some way to heat up the place. Maybe the owner should look into getting an air-con.

• Rigg (9/5): Central, warm and cozy for a great trip in a perfect location - The apartment was amazing and great location with a good shower and comfortable bed. Quiet and easy to get to and from when travelling It would of been nice to have an oven and more utensils to cook with. Also there was a coffee machine stated but instead was just a cafetière
