Leichter Rauchgeruch entweder hat ein Vormieter heimlich geraucht oder es ist halt noch in den Wänden vom Vorbesitzer. Nicht schlimm aber wahrnehmbar für lebenslange Nichtraucher
- ernst (6/5): Ich würde wiederkommen - Die Lage war hervorragend und nebenan zum einkaufen war EDEKA Im Badezimmer müßte mal die Heizung gestrichen werden und der Handtuchhalter befestigt werden ansonsten war alles ok
