Could use a high table or counter top with chairs since there is no where to eat or put any belongi - Having a small grocery store and convenient store right outside the location was great. Appreciated the quick responses to my questions. Could use a small high table with chairs and/or a counter top of some sort. There was no where to put any of our belongings or eat. Also, the larger bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.

- Jill (6/5): Nice apartment seems clean but mildew smell is very bad. - Nice size for small apartment, separate bathroom and shower/tub area, washing machine and drying rack, small kitchen, good air conditioning, not expensive (at the time I was there - I see the price has gone up about 50%). Location was good for me - near family I was visiting, convenience store right across the street, very close to Setagaya Station so easy to get around on train. Easy to check in and out with detailed messages from host. Mildew smell permeates apartment, when i got home even the clean clothes in my suitcase smelled bad. Ground floor apartment has all translucent windows so not much light gets in, I could not really tell if it was sunny or cloudy without going outside.
- Yukiko (9/5): Superb - I enjoyed my stay at Setagaya House as it was so clean and the location was very close to Setagaya station, near the supermarket. The only minor thing was the stairs to go up to the room. In case you have heavy luggage, you may have issues bringing it upstairs and down.
