• TEODORA (10/5): Препоръчвам - Местоположението е: локацията, локацията, локацията!!! Точно в центъра на града и все пак в тишината. Дамата, която стои зад това място е върхът и прави всичко с любов и щедрост. Хем не си си вкъщи, но ти е удобно, като да си си у дома и нищо не ти липсва. В кухненския бокс имаше три вида кафе, още повече чай и има още неща за изброяване, а дори не съм започнала с другите кътчета... Но нека и Вие се изненадате приятно:)

• Kalin (9/5): Чудесен - Много добре обзаведено и поддържано студио. Лесна и ефективна комуникация с домакина. Удобно местоположение. На приземен етаж, на което не бяхме обърнали внимание. Но не е имало неприятни шумове или друг проблем.
• Aydan (10/5): Най-доброто студио в Бургас! - Много сме пътували в страна и в чужбина - все по частни квартири и мога да кажа, че това е най-добре заредената и оборудвана квартира, която сме посетили. Възхитени сме от малките детайли, помислено е за всичко. Посрещнаха ни вкусни сладки за добре дошли, имаше кафе, 5 вида чай, бяла захар, кафява захар, мед, течна сметана в хладилника... Дори са оставили и картонени чашки, за да си пресипите кафето на път за морето, примерно. Всичко е ново, уютно, има аптечка, има сет за шиене, има детски книжки, една невероятна енциклопедия... Имаше паста и четки за зъби и още, и още. Голямо браво от нас, така се прави, така се печелят клиенти - с отношение! Ще ви препоръчваме навсякъде! Всичко ни хареса!

• Nina (10/5): - Мне очень понравилось. Я часто езжу по миру с ребёнком, но такого приёма я встречаю редко на обычном съемном жилье, и даже не в каждом 5-звездочном отеле. Для моего 4 летнего ребёнка было приготовлено прикольная постельное белье с цифрами, прлотенце с Пеппой, красивая детская посуда в морском стиле и несколько книжек со сказками. И красивые печенье как Божья коровка. И бутылка воды в холодильнике. Было ОЧЕНЬ чисто. Прекрасная сантехника. Окна на первом этаже как и на фото, но выходят в тихий дворик. Там никто не ходил. Мы прекрасно выспались. Хозяйка отвечала на все вопросы очень быстро по переписке. Всем советую. Хоть я часто все критикую, но в этих апартаментах я недостатка не заметила. Все так, как в описании плюс внимание в мелочах к клиенту. Фото прикреплять не буду, все так как в описании на Букинг.
• burcu (9/5): comfy, great landlord - landlord was extremely helpful. apartment was cozy. we were 3 people, might be better for 2 since the apartment is small but landlord provided everything and helpful for us to stay comfy. shower is in the wc are and it is not a proper bathroom. but it s not a big problem for short term stay

It has a washing machine, 2 stoves, cooking utensils, tableware, cutleries, mugs, electric kettle, toiletries, sewing kit, electric iron, ironing board, collapsible racks for drying clothes, tea, coffee, portioned milk, sugar, cooking oil and etc. The place is only less than 10 mins to the commercial centre, 10 mins walk to Sea Park and the beach, and about 20 mins walk to the Train Station and Burgas Bus Station South. Nothing
• Stephen (10/5): - One of the benefits of this studio is that you have a private entrance on the ground floor. The location is very good, basically 10 minutes walk into the town centre and bus and rail stations. The studio is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. The interior is very smart and comfortable with clean bedding and towels. The owner, Galya was very helpful and a good communicator. My wife and I live 60km outside of Burgas and often treat ourselves to an overnight in the city and I can honestly say that this accommodation is one of the best we have tried and we will most certainly return in the future. Nothing not to like...

• Rosemarie (10/5): Great location, well equipped kitchen and sunny apartment - This was the best equipped studio/apartment/guesthouse that I have ever stayed in. The hostess thought of everything, even down to a first aid kit and a sewing repair box. Loads of different types of teas and coffees in the shelves. Location is near to everything. Thank you.

We had a nice welcoming cookies on the table :) Beach + restorans + shops all just 5min away. Very quiet and clean. Easy access to the apartment with all the luggage's. there was nothing :)

• Michael (9/5): gute lage, gute ausstattung, preis leistung stimmt, daumen hoch. - die lage ist gut und ruhig, kurze wege zum centrum oder strand. für das essen muss selbst gesorgt werden da es ein studio ist und kein hotel. in der küche ist alles vorhanden wie geschirr, kühlschrank, salz, zucker, kaffee, toaster, kochherd, wasserkocher, alles gut. studio könnte grösser sein , ist aber ansichtssache.

• Svetla (10/5): Централно, чисто и спокойно студио - Отлично, централно месторазположение, на няколко минути пеша от централната улица и морската градина, лесно придвижване от ж.п. гарата/автогара - юг (с кола или пеша); тихо, чисто и уютно студио. Домакините са отзивчиви и приветливи, а комуникацията с тях - отлична :) The studio is of excellent and central location in the town centre of Burgas, just a few minutes on foot from the central street and the Sea Garden. Getting there from the railway/bus station (both on foot and by car) is quick and easy. The studio is quiet, cozy and clean. The hosts are very welcoming and the communication with them is excellent.

• Stela (10/5): Отлично място - Чудесна локация в близост до пешеходната улица и до Морската градина. Мила и услужлива домакиня, която ни накара да се чувстваме все едно сме на гости на роднини. Удобно легло, избор от меки и твърди възглавници. В апартамента имаше ВСИЧКО, което ни потрябва, както и най-различни комплименти.

• Mariia (10/5): Малесенька затишна квартирка - Затишна невеличка студіо. Здається, що буде добре на двох невеликих людей, які не збираються багато часу проводити в квартирі. Чисто і комфортно, є абсолютно все, що треба для проживання. Квартира розташована на першому поверсі з індивідуальним входом з внутрішнього дворика. У дворі живуть милі котики :) Дуже приємна власниця, яка все ретельно пояснювала і була в контакті. Рано вранці на вулиці гучно кричали баклани (або чайки), варто запастися бірушами, звісно, що це не питання до власників.
