• Sylvie (8/5): Magnifique Lac de Côme ! L’appartement est très agréable et idéalement situé. Je vous le recommande 🤩 - Bel appartement 1 chambre - spacieux, confortable et très bien décoré. Belle vue sur le lac. Endroit calme et pavé de parking à l’avan. Cuisine bien équipée et quelques cadeaux de bienvenue. L’accès en voiture n’est pas évident. Les rues sont étroites. Parking possible en plusieurs manœuvres avec une voiture imposante.
• Leon (10/5): The fairytale of relaxation begins here once you have found a parking space - Wonderful view Beautiful surroundings and village lake nearby (-> ferry nearby) Great cozy interior design very clean delicious welcome gift helpful and kind host very kind and helpful neighbours The only thing to critisize is the parking situation, our car had not enough ground clearance to drive over the gate iron. So if you want to drive there, your car must not be wider than 2m and have enough ground clearance, otherwise you will have to look around for parking space which is nearly impossible since all are occupied most of the time.
• Pratyush (10/5): Extremely comfortable and modern apartment right on Lake Como. - The apartment is extremely well appointed and newly renovated. Pretty much all the amenities were new and top of the line. Extremely comfortable beds, fully furnished kitchen and living room and a stunning view of the lakes from the balcony. We absolutely loved the colour themes used in the house. This place has its own parking (which is very useful in Como). Just a quick drive away from Bellagio & Lecco. Erica (the host) was extremely helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and would love to go back. Nothing about the property itself. However, the roads leading the property are quite narrow, so it is better to have a smaller car (unless you are really used to maneuvering in narrow alleys).

• Vlad (10/5): Fantastic - Fantastic location with breathtaking views, spacious layout, and fully equipped with air conditioning We didn’t like that we had to leave the property — we wish we could have stayed longer! :)
• Emily (10/5): Beautiful house in a lovely location! - We loved our stay! Really great location if you have a car to get around in. Erica (host) was great to communicate with and was extremely helpful. The house was modern and tidy. We loved sitting out on the balcony and appreciating the view (it’s even better than the pictures)! We also really appreciated being able to park our rental car securely on the property. The road to the house is EXTREMELY narrow! We had a small car so could manage but I don’t think it would have been possible to access if our vehicle had been any bigger. The mattress in the bedroom was a little uncomfortable but the sofa bed was amazing!
• Lan (10/5): Spacious apartment with amazing lake view - First and foremost the view from the balcony is a dream. There is perfect view on the lake, in the morning the sun shines right on this side, it is amazing. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The host is very nice and welcoming. A few minutes walk away is the lake, a cafe and a minimarket. It is possible to park the car in the garden, right in front of the house. Overall we had a wonderful stay at lake Como. The street is very narrow, this is important to know when travelling by car. The host sent us a video in advance which was very helpful.
• Lluis (10/5): Superb apartment with lake views in a quiet town - Very modern and cozy aparment with views to the lake. The surroundings are quiet and it's not far from Bellaggio. Totally recommendable for people who wants to visit the lake and has a car to move around. Caution if you travel with children. Some neighbors are very rude and they will complain if one of your kids make any noise (kids playing or crying).
