Guest Reviews
- Sue (1/5): Very disappointing and staff very unhelpful - Nothing No suitable garden
- Muna (8/5): Comfortable and perfect location for our stay - Lock box at property for easy check in
Spacious 2 bedroom flat
Plenty of light and easy to open windows (has been a challenge in other places I have stayed)
Fairly clean and tidy Freezer completely frozen so needs to be defrosted urgently
Bathroom door handle broken on the outside - usable but annoying.
Crockery was greasy so had to re-wash before use
2 small old and scratched up saucepans without lids - would be worth investing in some new pans and a colander. Good selection of cutlery, mugs and glasses though.
Street parking rather than driveway - wasn’t an issue but was expecting off road parking.
- Aamir (1/5): - Nothing It was filthy when we got there
- Humza (10/5): -
- Steeve (9/5): Great stay , all positive. - Very clean and tidy . No complaints
- Frank (9/5): Flat war great , clean warm suited us perfectly - Location was great for our needs Everything was fine
- Keehan O'Brien (8/5): Great stay - The house was very clean. Full kitchen well equipped.
Very quiet area, and we all slept very well.
Easy access to city and highlands.
Aldi and m and s just 3 minutes away by car
Access to property at gable end. It has steps up to the door and stairs inside the door up to the apartment floor. If you have young kids, you would need a stair gate.
We were very happy with the property
- Georgios (5/5): In general OK, but very basic in comparison the rent paid. It's money making machine for landlords. - * The outside lights, at the door - entrance did NOT work. This is a Health and Safety issue.
* There was no Hand Wash (or soap) at the kitchen
* There was no Hand Wash (or soap) at the bathroom
* There were no hangers in the rooms, nor the bathroom.
So, we had to leave our clothes on the floor!!
* Only three (3) tea spoons were available at the kitchen, while the visitors hosted are more!!!
- Tighearnan (2/5): Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to serious concerns about the air quality and comfort, and the issue was not re - The location was convenient, Check-in instructions were clear. The property had a strong smell of cannabis and smoke on arrival, which was very distressing as we were travelling with our 6-month-old baby. We ended up leaving early and had to pay for another hotel. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable—you could feel the springs. Despite raising these issues immediately and trying to resolve them, the host denied any problem and offered no refund or compensation.
- Nick (9/5): Superb -
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catherine (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - It was near to our friends No tin opener and had to ring for toilet rolls
- Patricia (7/5): Good -
- Martin (7/5): Very clean, very quiet and very convenient for Glasgow central and surrounding area -
- Mcleod (6/5): Pleasant - Good location for where we needed to be and visiting the west area. Spacious, bright flat, parking ok. Nice bedding and towels Wasn't the cleanest, very dusty in areas. Chairs at the dining table that obviously hadn't been used were very dusty, corners and skirtings not cleaned. Carpet on stairs definitely hadn't been vacuumed for us arriving. Garden area at rear, overgrown hedge at entrance, no seating available, dead weeds. No instruction for bins, therfore bins full and overflowing. Previous visitors must have had same issue. Could have been better equipped in kitchen.
- Laura (8/5): Conveniently located property with a well equipped kitchen. - Great facilities in the kitchen. Speedy and friendly correspondence from property owners. Was a little dusty, beds weren’t very comfortable and the shower was a bit lacklustre. The property was also missing the hair dryer and iron.
- Helen (9/5): very easy and comfortable place great for us to be able to take our dogs - great location for us between Glasgow city and loch Lomond no problems
- Brenda (10/5): Our first time in an air b and b and would highly recommend this one - Very clean, nice quiet area. Was accommodating by allowing us to enter an hour early so my dad could rest after a long journey No handrail on stairs. The stairs were quite narrow so a handrail would of been very helpful
- Campbell (9/5): Superb - Great communication and well presented property Nothing
- Elizabeth (9/5): Relaxing home from home. - Comfortable, good decoration & clean
- Modupe (9/5): It was clean and very comfortable - It was like home away from home The kitchen utensils, especially the pots need to be bigger seeing as the place was occupied by a family. The cooking spoons should be either plastic or wooden to preserve the life span of the non stick pots
