• Georgia (9/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή! - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και κατάσταση κτιρίου για Νάπολη. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στον 3ο όροφο και είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και σύγχρονο. Νιώσαμε άνετα και ασφαλείς. Οι υπάλληλοι ήταν εξυπηρετικοί και το πρωινό περιποιημένο. Θα θέλαμε και κάποιες αλμυρές γεύσεις στο πρωινό. Η πόρτα στο μπάνιο δεν έκλεινε καλά.

• Georgia (7/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο αφού είχε και έναν μικρό χώρο ως κουζίνα. Ο υπάλληλος που ήταν εκεί ήταν εξυπηρετικός σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Επίσης η τοποθεσία είναι αρκετά καλή αλλά χρειάζεται προσοχή αν κυκλοφορείς το βράδυ. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ μικρό. Περιείχε μόνο γλυκά όπως κέικ ή τάρτες και άλλα συσκευασμένα προϊόντα. Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν καλή αφού η μαξιλαροθήκη είχε λεκε επάνω και γενικά δεν υπήρχε η αίσθηση καθαριότητας.

La struttura si trova all'interno di un palazzo vecchio e fatiscente, servito da un ascensore pericolante. La camera risultava piena di polvere, con coperte evidentemente non cambiate prima del nostro arrivo. Il bagno è minuscolo e privo di Bidet. Le pareti e i pavimenti presentano fessurazioni e tracce di sporco e incuria. La porta principale non isola acusticamente e anzi lascia passare anche la luce dal corridoio dalle fessure. La colazione comprendeva solo cibo confezionato e una scarsa varietà. Il giorno del check out i nostri bagagli sono rimasti incustoditi per ore nonostante ci avessero garantito la presenza di una persona in reception.

Good communication,great staff comfortable room, very clean Noisy street from 7 AM ( as everywhere in Naples), bathroom door is not closing hermetically,so it little bit uncomfortable when you with friends.

Le camere che danno su via Duomo sono luminose, spaziose, con un arredamento lineare e minimal, ma al contempo funzionale. Il tutto era ben pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo del pernotto, è stata ricca e abbondante. La persona addetta al front desk si è premurata di preparare per noi i caffè e ha avuto riguardo per gli ospiti (probabilmente anche per rimediare al piccolo contenzioso del giorno precedente). Avrei voluto dare il punteggio massimo. Ma un piccolo disservizio iniziale non mi consente, per onestà, di farlo. Siamo arrivati in struttura qualche minuto prima delle 11, ma non risultava la nostra prenotazione (già pagata in anticipo, fatta eccezione per la tassa di soggiorno). Giorni prima (il 29/09) una mail mi richiedeva tramite link di fare il check-in online degli ospiti, inserendo tutti i nostri estremi e i documenti - check-in che poi, non so perchè, é stato rifatto fisicamente al nostro arrivo. Una volta recuperata la prenotazione, ci è stato detto che la camera non era ancora pronta e di tornare dopo le 12. Quel giorno noi eravamo diretti a Pompei e abbiamo fatto presente che saremmo rientrati nel pomeriggio. La persona al front desk ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli e spiegato il funzionamento del mazzo di chiavi, che, a detta sua, avrebbe lasciato all'interno della camera una volta pronta, ma non ci ha fornito il codice d'accesso alla porta d'ingresso principale, nè ha specificato che dopo una certa ora non avremmo trovato nessuno all'ingresso. Infatti, una volta tornati in struttura (verso le 17:00), siamo rimasti per un'ora chiusi fuori dall'ingresso del B&B. Dopo ripetute chiamate al numero principale, che ha risposto la prima volta, riattaccando quasi subito e mettendo il telefono poi fuori posto, abbiamo chiamato i due numeri di emergenza, ma uno risultava spento, l'altro ha risposto dopo qualche tentativo. La Signora al telefono ci ha risolto il problema in una decina di minuti, verificando la nostra prenotazione e poi fornendoci il codice di accesso alla porta principale.

Piccola cucina per un break o un caffè. Pribat, addetto alla colazione e alle pulizie, è stato MERAVIGLIOSO, attento e super disponibile Non hanno procurato nemmeno un pacchetto di fette biscottate senza glutine quando ho detto di essere celiaca, quindi non ho potuto fare colazione. Ascensore rotto e la struttura è al terzo piano. Non tengono in deposito le valigie oltre le ore 12 e questo a Napoli è un po' un problema...

Il cibo è prelibato dalla pizza fritta, la pizza napoletana, etc. Purtroppo devo segnalare disservizi a livello di struttura ricettiva in quanto il climatizzatore non funzionava nella stanza D2. Inoltre il terzo letto credo che fosse un divano letto ma con un materasso di spessore totalmente insufficiente con la struttura metallica che premeva sulla colonna vertebrale ... 2 notti quasi insonni. Via Duomo è stupenda ma il traffico con le finestre aperte (causa non funzionamento del climatizzatore) è insopportabile fino alle 4 di mattina. La colazione non prevede cornetti
• Izabela (3/5): Wir hatten ein Dach über dem Kopf und eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Mehr nicht. - Ein großes Zimmer. Modern eingerichtet. Die Lage muss man lieben. Es war unser erstes Mal in Neapel. Die Altstadt würde ich niemals wieder wählen: dreckig und schrecklich laut. Mein Fehler. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und oberflächlich sauber. Die Schränke haben lange keine Reinigung erfahren, waren sandig und sehr staubig. Wir haben die drei Tage aus dem Koffer leben müssen. Die Tassen waren mit einer dicken Staubschicht belegt. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und recht verbraucht. Da ich mit meinem erwachsenen Sohn reiste, hatte ich bei der Buchung gezielt nach einer Unterkunft mit zwei Betten gesucht. Im Zimmer stand aber nur ein Doppelbett und ein Sofa. Bezogen war nur das Bett und das mit einem Laken. Am Nachmittag ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt, also kontaktierte ich die Unterkunft per WhatsApp. Ich sollte am nächsten Morgen mit dem Personal reden. Das habe ich versucht. Fazit: Englisch ist in Neapel bedingt hilfreich. Vorsicht beim Frühstück! Ich habe im Voraus auf die Bilder der Unterkunft besonders geachtet, denn uns ist kontinentales Frühstück sehr wichtig. Auf booking.com gibt es Bilder von einem sowohl süß als auch herzhaft eingerichtetem Buffet. Wir fanden ein Buffet vor, das aus abgepackten Süsswaren bestand. Als glutenfreie Option bekam ich ein Päckchen Butterkekse in die Hand gedrückt. Da freut sich doch jeder Diabetiker! Auch da wieder eine Nachricht an die Unterkunft. Antwort: „This year no Continental breakfast for economic reasons. Prices are lower about 40 % ;( „ Hätte ich all das gewusst, hätte ich selbstverständlich eine andere Unterkunft gebucht.

Had to find a carpark which there aren’t many and ended up paying more to park my car for the night than i did to stay in the hotel.

• Marina Esca (9/5): - Logement bien placée, bien équipé, confortable avec la climatisation. Le personnel est rapidement joignable et les instructions de check in et check out sont claires. Malgré la proximité de la rue, le logement est calme. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. Il y a quelques traces de moisissure au niveau du plafond de la salle de bain comme elle est fermée sans fenêtre mais la salle de bain est propre. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais ils ne proposent que des produits sucrées et froid, de type pâtisserie.
