- Lydia (7/5): - Good location, and very roomy for two people Bed was uncomfortable and the property could do with some love and a deep clean
- Christopher (7/5): Great location - A charming mews property and street. Quiet location conveniently situated for sea front and shops.
Comfortable accommodation and facilities. Cutlery had to be cleaned before use.
- Andy (9/5): A fantastic stay with some great restaurants nearby. - It was very comfortable and the small garden courtyard was lovely.
The little extras were very appreciated. Nothing.
- Joanne (10/5): Charming and comfortable. We would happily stay again. - Layout and location. Nothing

- Natalie (10/5): - Lovely place with everything you needed for a comfortable stay, we were within walking distance of the train line, which was perfect for what we were looking for and lots for the children to do.

- Denise (7/5): Ideal for seaside stay. - Great location near the beach. Property had everything we needed. Pretty property Property very dusty needs a deep clean flooring etc. yard and front garden need a power clean. Just needs some TLC
- Claire (9/5): Lovely house, lovely location and highly recommend - House was lovely, spacious and clean with good wifi! Wonderfully close to the seafront and short walk into the town centre. Would happily stay again. Loved that the hosts arranged the digital parking permit as it made life so much easier and one less thing to worry about - brilliant! Although we had the parking permit, nearby roads were busy and wasn't able to park that close to the house, but that's out of the control of the hosts and would completely depend on the luck of arrival time.
- Rebecca (8/5): Location was fab. Such a shame it didn’t feel clean - Amazing location. Close to the sea front and close to shops and restaurants.
Spacious property.
Great to have a parking space sorted before arrival. It felt like it needed a deep clean. There appeared to be animal hairs hanging around which suggests it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Not nice, especially when travelling with small children. Such a shame.
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): A superb 4 person cottage in the heart of Worthing foodie district. - The cottage is in a superb location between a great restaurant foodie district, including fish restaurants and good Indian, restaurants. Lidl, Waitrose nearby. Perch on the Pier. Parking in zone C was prearanged so no extra expense. There was fresh fish landed on the beach at 10.00am most mornings; really fantastic.
The kitchen was good with everything required to cook at home. Bedrooms were good and bathroom clean, towels, and a good size. Plenty of storage space. The living areas downstairs were very spacious with good wifi. A nice little on street terrace outside. One of the beds was not refreshed from last occupant. The upstairs carpets are never easy to maintain. The agents were forgetful in providing entry code and keeping us in touch with the arrangements. We came down from Stockport in a 5 hour journey.
- Emma (10/5): Can't wait to return (fingers crossed for a cancellation) - The location was absolutely perfect.
The accommodation was equipped with absolutely everything.
We all had the best night's sleep we've had in a very long time.
The bathroom was perfect. We had to leave.
- Julia (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (7/5): Good -
- Adrian (9/5): A lovely mini break escape in a lovely property, but really location for beach walks and town shopping - Great location, clean and tidy, parking arranged by owner which was very helpful, nice decor and all facilities Minor point of feedback was the kitchen door, I assume a landlord regulation re having a self closer on it but difficult for elderly mother to open so a door stop for short term opening would be useful, the door bar step on the floor wasn’t great but minor points on an otherwise delightful stay
- Leah (8/5): Great place near the beach. The cleanliness let it down. - The location was brilliant, close to all amenities and beach The cleanliness wasn't great. It wasn't hoovered under the sofas so all dirt/dust was visible. The whole place had not been dusted very well at all. Kitchen cupboards were sticky. It could do with a deep clean.
- Leanne (10/5): Lovely cottage in perfect location - Location was brilliant. Parking was a great bonus. Nothing we didn't like. Would have been helpful to have a 'Welcome book' for info on bins, local area etc
- Chow (7/5): Gorgeous little cottage in central location - We loved the location - it was close to everything in Worthing.
We found the layout excellent for our family. Comfortable beds - slept so well after walks on the beach. Quiet peaceful location. Easy check in. Parking included. Grateful for dishwasher, washing machine and second toilet being a family of 4. It was freezing when we arrived as heating was turned off. We had to turn it on and go to bed in all our clothes to wait for it to warm up. The house was not very clean, thick dust in corners of bathroom and on skirting boards. Coffee spill on the countertop. No hand soap in the soap dispensers.
TV was glitchy but fine if you were watching things on replay like iPlayer.
- Nolan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzanne (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay here. - Excellent location, lovely comfortable cottage, great communication with owner. Handy having parking permit. Could do with a deep clean and little jobs being done. Sometimes difficult to find parking space if something is on at the theatre.
- Ines (8/5): Very nice - Very central. A typical older english house. We liked it very much. The interior of the house could be more looked after and it could be more tidier, as we cleared quite a bit of dust away from cupboards and floor at the beginning.
- Catherine (7/5): Good - Pebble Cottage was very lovely, great location, quiet neighbourhood and close to all the local amenities. Parking was easy, managed to get a space right outside. Would highly recommend. Street light in front of back bedroom and front bedroom window. Could maybe benefit from black out curtains.
- Steve (9/5): Relaxing and fun - Quality and location Nothing really - one kitchen cupboard had damaged hinges and rear garden quite small - but very minor issues
- Helen (9/5): Fabulous - Great location, well thought out facilities, plenty of info, and prompt reply of enquiry, thank you
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Holger (7/5): Good place for a Worthing stay - Nice little house with a great location very close to the beach and commerces.
- Espen (8/5): Very good - Nice house in a good location. A bit damp, mouldy smell. Could do with some upgraded kitchen equipment. And a blanket for each person, not these "double" blankets.
- Kevin (10/5): The property is well presented in a great location and highly suitable for up to a group of four. - Location, comfort, ease of access Internal steps
- Dawn (8/5): Lovely peaceful roomy cottage with everything you need you need for a perfect stay. - Very well equipped.
Nicely decorated.
Quiet and peaceful.
Comfortable bedrooms and beds.
Good location. What we noticed on first arrival.
Weeds in front garden, along with the plastic bay trees, which you don’t need as it spoilt the front outside area.
Old door mat.
Needs the table and chairs moved from the courtyard and put out the front as that’s where the sun is.
Stains on carpets and a stained footstool. Footstool needs to go asap.
The courtyard in particular needs URGENT attention as it lets the whole property down, as you can see from the photo attached.
- Leanne (2/5): Wouldn't recommend - The living and dining area are big The house has damp spots on the ceilings, there's a hole on the floor at the bottom of the stairs, paint is flaking off the ceilings, the big toilet has black marks around the rim.
I asked the people that we rented off if we could have some oxygen delivered before we arrived and they said yes, but when it was due to be collected no-one was there, not once did we meet or speak to the host
Going from the dining room to the kitchen there is a step to which wasn't noticed and caused an injury, my mum spent a couple of days in hospital
The stairs are very steep
We paid £611 for four days which is roughly £153 per day
And parking is a no go
I bought cleaning products as I wasn't happy at the cleanliness of the property
- Marie (10/5): perfect place to stay to walk my mum down memory lane. - they property was beautifully decorated. had everything you needed for a get away. literally nothing to dislike
- Gabrielle (8/5): Great stay and in reach of great tourist attractions - Great location , easy stroll to the beach and shops Parking was tricky And was disheartening at times
- Gina (9/5): Lovely cottage with good facilities. Looking forward to visiting Worthing again - Location perfect for beach and town and all facilities Instructions for using the fire and for the heating which was set on a timer and we could not see how to override it
- Christine (9/5): Nice place to stay convenient too beach and shops - Home from home very nice throughout No fault found
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Nolan (10/5): Exceptional - Easy parking great location Nothing would stay there again
- Pat (8/5): Very good -
- Clare (8/5): Great cottage close to sea and amenities - Easy to get keys from box
- Clare (10/5): Highly recommend this home from home - What a roomy well formed property
Great location and parking was easy nothing !
- Jane (8/5): Will return and really enjoyed our stay in Worthing. - Lovely cottage in a perfect location for seafront and lovely restaurants.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Close to Beach and town. Cottage very spacious and always warm and cosy. Quiet street no disturbances. Everything great. Being picky long glasses for water and not enough tea-towels
- Joanne (10/5): Fabulous - Location was fab & loved fact there was tea/coffee/washing up liquid etc Nothing. Only niggle is shower cubicle not big.
- Michele (8/5): Very good - Very convenient for local amenities. Comfortable accommodation.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional - The charm of the cottage, extremely cosy / homely in a quiet street, yet right next to everything you could possibly want. Great restaurants, cafe's, shops, bars and of course the sea and pier. Everything was spotless, comfortable, working (electronics) and we couldn't have asked for more. Loved it Nothing
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (8/5): Very nice overall - The space and location were perfect The cleanliness of parts of the cottage were not perfect, a lot of dust under the settees, on skirting boards and dirt between the seats in the settee. Also no instruction book or welcome information
- Elizabeth (8/5): A pleasant, well-presented property in a super location. - Pebble Cottage was in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the seafront, yet also close to shops and restaurants and the pedestrianised area of the town centre. The property was clean and generally well-equipped. We found the pillows rather hard and uncomfortable.
A teapot would also have been useful!
- Mary (9/5): loved pebble cottege. - location, quietness, clean, rooms bright and uplifting, kitchen size, sitting room very relaxing.
ease of access. more cleaning bits in bathroom and more toilet rolls.
also, tea towels in kitchen, only a hand towel there.
- White (10/5): Holiday 2023 - Close to everything we needed .
The style of the house was great .
Weather good 👍 The smell of very bad damp in the house as you walked in.
vary a little amount of cups ,glasses no reading, or games films to browse through.
Could do with blinds in bedrooms as it was to light at night to sleep 😴.
Due to streets lamp outside the windows.
The garden was very poor weeds and cigarettes butt's on floor not nice to sit in .
£200 a night to high price to pay for this cottage.
Would stay again if all was addressed. .
Not anymore to say .
Trip was very good 👍
- Rudi (9/5): Excellent place to stay in Worthing - Clean, great location & good sized rooms. Plu All excellent but beds could be a little more comfortable.
- Anita (10/5): Home away from home! - Location was perfect. Beach, restaurants 100 yards walk. Had a great time!!
- Michelle (8/5): Would stay again. Lovely property - Clean, spacious and a nice size Couldn’t figure out how to use the gas fire
- Eileen (10/5): We loved our stay and would definitely book to stay again. - We loved the location. The inside of the property was much more spacious than we expected. Every room was comfortable. The double glazed windows were effective - we expected to be woken by seagulls but we could not hear them at all. The extra toilet was a bonus. All are trivial:
Back yard looked bigger in photos.
Shower cubicle could be bigger.
WC does not have a hand basin.
- Cheryl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (8/5): Quiet and relaxing stay thanks - Edge of town 5 mins from beach well situated we had a nice time, home from home A little fusty when we got there but opening up to let air flow in helped. Quite understand because was an old cottage.
- Christine (9/5): Superb - All practicalities easily arranged via emails and everything worked smoothly.
Lovely well equipped cottage. Excellent location for walking to all the main areas. The stylish decor was marred by plastic plants
- Siân (9/5): Great location! - Lovely little cottage in a quiet location, 3 minutes walk from the sea and 5 mins from the town centre. Spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Although no garden (just a courtyard) for dogs, there are two little parks very close by. The owner was very helpful beforehand answering questions and recommending places to go, and sent someone down very quickly when we locked ourselves out just after arriving. Can highly recommend the pub, The Egremont, just round the corner, for great food, friendly staff and being very dog friendly. Also Coast Cafe on the seafront 5 mins walk away, I wish we lived closer to it!
- Ruler (10/5): Wonderful stay by the sea - Clean, tidy and comfortable. Close to the beach and to Steyne Gardens where we could easily take the dog any time of day or night.
Smart TV for evening movies, washing machine, quiet street, parking outside and a lovely bath and separate shower. We forgot to take a cafetiere and there wasn't one there, our bad.
Cannot think of anything we would really change.
- Judith (9/5): Perfect Pebble Cottage - Character cottage in excellent location. Comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen, great shower, big bath, centrally heated so warm & cosy. Nothing, apart from the wet & windy weather!
- Mark (10/5): Lovely light and comfortable house in an ideal location. - A lovely, warm, light and nicely decorated small house in a charming, quiet side street less than five minutes from the sea. All the necessary facilities. I've stayed at several properties managed by the same company and they are always very helpful, including being flexible about check in and out times. Only one small quibble that I can think of: it would have been nice to have a shelf or tray in the shower at about shoulder level. As it is you had to keep picking up your soap from the floor, or else balance it on the shower taps (which actually was possible). By the way I only rated "Facilities" as second from best partly because of this and partly because there is only one bathroom (though two toilets), which may be a factor for some people.
- Beverley (10/5): Exceptional - loved the cottage, very comfortable and excellent location.
- Adam (9/5): Lovely cottage, close to the sea front. Easy access with decent facilities - Location was great. Right near the sea front and close to the shops.
Beds comfortable and fairly quiet. Cups, plates, mugs etc weren't fully clean. For the size of the bathroom the shower was small.
- Zoe (6/5): Spacious and well-equipped cottage in great central location and near to beach. - great location, and spacious property. well equipped and good shower and separately toilet. It didn’t feel that clean - floor was quite dirty, vape found under bed, hairs in bath.
- Mariana (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage was perfect, with everything you could possibly need.
It was impeccably clean and the host was very approachable and responsive. 5 stars. No negative comments!
- A (10/5): Lovely relaxing cottage - The cottage was lovely, right in the middle of everything. Beds really comfy. Would definitely book again or recommend to anyone
- Paul (7/5): Good -
